We never saw any Cockroaches. I found the Apartment had almost everything you need apart from Wi Fi I know most people do request this it’s important. I lost my mobile and not having Wi Fi I had to ask in a Bar to use Wi Fi as I needed to use it to find my phone. I have stayed in Lupain Apartments before they are good I would have had at Xmas but find the price to high. Thank you for help from Josh very helpful just hope they get a light near the security box for the keys we arrived in the evening and could not read the box older people do not have young eyes. This apartment is ideally situated for all that is going around it. Not too far/ nice wee walk to beach and prom and town centre. Lots of space at swimming pool and in the afternoon it gets the sun till it's almost gone. The apartment is bright and has enough amenities should you wish to self cater.

Everyday I have had a lot of tiny cockroaches inside the property mainly in the kitchen, which I have been killing and this morning there was a big one running on my head board. Which if I hadn’t have been leaving today I would not have wanted to sleep in the bed. It has potential to be a really good property with some tlc

Great 2 weeks. There was initially some issues with the property which was addressed quickly by Lupain . Some things are a bit tired but we were told a new shower room and cooker are to be installed this year which will improve it greatly. Thanks for taking care of us Lupain, fantastic customer service. Hopefully be back again

Booking experience was really good all queries answered promptly. The apartment is in a great position and generally in very good condition apart from the bathroom that has a damp musty smell and could do with a refurb, the garden area could do with tiling over as the small stones are a bit annoying. All in all we would definitely return and hope to do so next year.

Photographs of the interior of the apartment are misleading. The whole place is in need of modernisation, all bedding needs replacing and better quality towels in the bathroom would be good. Bathroom is nothing like the photographs the sink and shower head are grubby. The grout in the shower was so dirty and I had to scrub it before I could even think of using it! We had a few problems and to her credit Joyce did resolve most of them. Regretfully I could not recommend this apartment

Property was fine in good location.Did not have a good experience with Lupain.We got in touch with them and told them on numerous occasions our tv was missing and when the came with one it did not work until 2 days before we were due to leave.The customer service received was shocking.Apart from having to complain to them the apartment was good.I have asked to be compensated by Lupain for the fact I paid for a service we did not receive.They have chosen not to respond.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment has good sized rooms. The bathroom is quite big with a really good, powerful shower. The kitchen is very well equipped so if you wanted to make yourself a meal instead of going to the vast number of restaurants then you can. The bedroom has doors that open up to the front patio area and has a ceiling fan and also an added bonus of a safe in the wardrobe. The front is large with 2 sunbeds if you fancy a laze around the apartment during the day instead of using the pools that are easily accessible. Although it's on a hill, we thought the location was ideal with loads of bars, restaurants and shops only a couple of minutes walk away, and about 20 mins walk to the beach. All in all we had a great holiday and would certainly stay here again.

Lovely apartment in a ideal position near to the supermarket and a short walk down to the beach and all the restaurants and bars. The kettle stoped working( not a big problem) but I phoned Jeff and by the time we got back from the shop there was a new one on the side. Ann also was very helpful in sorting out an extra days stay because we had an evening flight absolutely lovely apartment will be booking again for next year. The only thing that would be good is maybe two sets of keys as I went to the bar to watch the football and my wife was at the pool so I couldn't get back in until someone opened the gate as we only had one phone. Very convenient apartment. There was access straight from the road, without going the complex, so very handy.

We were very comfortable in this well equipped villa. Good location. We knew it didn't have wifi before we booked, but it was a big miss.

We have never travelled to an unknown apartment before and were pleasantly surprised at the ease of this Holiday experience. The apartment is situated on a very secure complex which was very clean and welcoming. At the top of a very steep hill but still accessible for Disabled people. A quiet location with many bars and a large shopping centre very close by. The bedroom has plenty of space and the beds although a little hard were clean and had British Mattresses on them. The apartment was well presented and the owner and his wife are very helpful. We stayed over five weeks and during that period found the cleaners and repair staff were extremely quick and obliging to our needs. The swimming pools on the complex are not suitable for disabled or infirm people due to there being no easy access to them only steep ladders on the sides. This is not however the owners fault and should be addressed by the complex management as a lot of the residents are elderly. A big thank you to Lupain staff and Victor and his wife. We hope to be able to rebook at some stage this year. We would highly recommend this apartment and send our best wishes to the staff for the new year. Stayed from 6th November to 13th of December 2017

The apartment was well-equipped and comfortable with TV with channels in English. We appreciated the bottle of water in the fridge on our arrival. Spent most of our time outside on the patio, where we had our meals and soaked up the sun on the sun-loungers. Lovely view with the sea in the distance. Supermarket and restaurants just a few minutes away. Sea also within walking distance. Lots of interesting little shops in the town centre and market on Sunday am. Also found a good English-speaking church.
