Very good location. On international drive, 5 minutes driving from the premium mall. Room was clean an comfortable.For the breakfast there is Starbucks.

The presentation of the breakfast at Starbuck , It was in a "take away package" although we were eating in. Also the fresh fruit was not that fresh.

The two rooms we paid for and hotel overall did not feel clean at all. Our first room had brown spots on the comforter, yellow spots on the shower curtain, mold growing in the corner of the room by the door, and the floors were filthy. Our second room had spots on the pillow case and mold on the shower curtain. It did not feel safe to stay, given that there seemed to be a mold issue in not one, but both rooms. The rooms just felt dirty overall, and after discovering the brown spots on one of the comforters later in the evening, we decided to leave and simply drive through the night to our next destination. The morning staff that signed us in were great. The second shift staff, however, refused to give us any kind of refund or discount even though we were leaving and not staying the night. Their reason for refusing to offer any kind of discount was that we should have let them know promptly so they could clean the room or give us a different room. My thinking was this - shouldn't the room we paid for ALREADY be clean? And if not one, but two of their rooms were equally this dirty, wouldn't moving to another room simply yield similar results?

the staff at check in were very rude and made us wait 3 hours for check in after telling us our room would be available in 30 minutes. i asked for rooms close to each other and they put the rooms 4 floors apart.

The pool was really nice and gaming room was a great touch, also with the bar and games for adults where on point.

Everything around the property needs an upgrade carpet, floors in room and updated the rooms everything seems to be coming apart.

I really enjoyed the pool. It came off as a resort. Pool was nice with bar and food and closed at 11pm

The rooms photos had a filter on them. The rooms were not like the photos I saw online when I made a reservation online. They are outdated, and I purchased a room with a view and got a parking lot view. When I first tried to take a shower it was brunette hair in the the shower and walls that could not belong to me. I called about it told them I wanted the room I paid for and was promised when I actually called to meals sure. Maids were just sent in to clean my room.

The pool

For $175 I was able to book 2 giant rooms for me and my travel party for the night. Rooms had microwave, coffee pot and mini fridge. Yes the resort rooms are old and the architecture is dated but it’s also half as expensive as (if not more than) other similarly situated locations. The location is fabulous with many shops, eateries, entertainment across the street and lots more offerings if you are willing to walk a block or two. Parking was easy and free. Pool was open until 11pm and warm enough to swim when we finally got in around 9pm. It is almost as nice as the cabana bay pools across the street size wise. There is a legit deep end of 6+ feet and it’s not supervised so a lot (5-6) of rude people were jumping/diving in in a way that made the deep end too splashy, but the pool is huge with a giant shallow end to avoid it. I’d also imagine staff would have asked them to stop if requested, I just wasn’t that motivated. The splash pad at the pool was nice and sprayed warm water so you could actually use it. The AC made the typical wall unit AC noise but it worked well. Our rooms backed to the interstate but I didn’t find the road noise to be noticeable and we were only on the 3rd floor so not super high up. The bathrooms were small and motel-esque but again for the price I couldn’t complain. My feet didn’t get dirty from the floor and the rooms both looked and smelled clean. (I am SUPER picky with smells so this one was a concern for me but they were fine). Upon walking back through the tower atrium courtyard around 11pm there was the smell of smoking weed but nothing near the rooms (our rooms were in the tower). Location was well lit and felt safe. There wasn’t a line when I checked in around 7:45 PM so no wait there and the staff was helpful in getting me adjoining rooms. All in all I’d say it was well worth it for the price and I’d stay there again.

Bathrooms are small (but normal for the older construction). Doors kind of stick/hard to open/close sometimes.

Issue with cleanness of the room. It cause me a respiratory infection and ruined my vacation. Do not recommend this place at all.

Pictures in booking. com app looked significantly better than actual. Overall the hotel was dated and is due for renovations, however beds were comfortable and services were good.

Location and shuttles to universal

Room was absolutely disgusting, black mold in the bathroom, brown stains on the wall. Then we tried to move rooms and they gave us a room that the door was jammed. Didn’t make our beds or clean the first night either.

Location was the only thing good about this room

Pictures LIED. They have BUGS... walls dirty. Blood and hair on the towels and sheets. It was disgusting. Ive reached out to booking.com and Avanti no resolution. Next is tic tok, fb and youtube review. I have pictures and videos of everything

Went to the cafe that was supposed to be open at 7am and it was closed. The shower was broken, bathroom doors don't have locks. It was a clean room but felt dirty

The staff could have been nicer, didn't like how the room felt, how there were no locks on the bathroom door and the shower didn't work because the handle was broken

Was very nasty. The floors was not mopped. My kids broke out from the nasty beds.

The location, and that’s it.

The shower in our room was not able to be used. There was water UNDER the frame of the bathtub, so the frame felt like a water bed and soft to the touch . When you stood in the bathtub, brown, sewer smelling water poured out of the seems of the bathtub around the whole frame of the wall . The maintenance man shrugged it off and said it happens . Very dissatisfied with the hotel. Then when we brought up the concern to the front desk, we was told there was nothing they can do, and if we wanted to shower that bad, they can put us in a dirty room that hadn’t been cleaned yet JUST to shower because they were completely booked. We ended up having to checkout and then try to find availability at a different hotel .

Very thoughtful pool - shallow area for kid, deep end for adults. Really good food in cafeteria. Nice area with games for kids. Microwave in the room.

Very basic room. Very minimum daily cleaning: only make beds and sometimes clean floor; didn't include toilet/bath cleaning for the whole our stay (5 days), coffee maker was very basic, no tea bags in a room.

Everything is very close

A hotel that has no security has people smoking marijuana in the corridors and in the rooms the rooms are connected and my neighbor spent the whole night smoking marijuana with several people We had to put pillows to try to seal the door

Big rooms, great location, clean, good staff, heated pool !!

Price of the food. Your place is wonderful, it would look awesome with some new exterior paint.

Noise level of surrounding guests in the middle of the night disrupted sleep and we couldn't reach the front desk. Heater didn't work in the room when the temperatures dipped. Appearances indicated that there might have had flooding previously.
