The hotel is little bit old, but everything was clean and location is great. Free Universal shuttle was an amazing thing

The Rosen inn was excellent 👍 Booking the stay had me a little uneasy about our stay. Simply because when I booked through booking.com I figured I was going to stay at Lake Buena Vista area due to my family visiting Disney not Universal. But we ended up staying at the Rosen inn on international across from Universal... Mainly because it was two days before my stay and because to upgrade was $49 dollars more 😭😬. So when we finally did reached the right Rosen it did not disappoint !!!! It was very comfortable and inviting. The cleanliness was spectacular at least to my liking. Security was very gentle and respectful. The Elevators near room 465 worked super. The room was spacey, clean,and quite. Everything worked! The pool was closed once due to weather in the area. But when we did indulge it was refreshing. Nice temperature, clean,and it was not over crowded. Parking was easy and available. The customer service was amazing as well..I highly recommend you to spend you money here you won't be disappointed..

Shopped at the 24/7 store they have on the site spent 50 on little nick nacks. Really pricey 😕

We did not have breakfast as it was not included in our plan, but location was really good and room was compact and had more or less all amenities.

The restaurants closed very early and the one within the premises was hardly open.

The room was spacious, decorated nicely and the bed was comfortable.

I liked everything.

the room I was have ants, the bathroom sink and toilet was next to the main hallway and door. I was in room 112 it was in front of some room were staff is. I couldn’t sleep well since 5-6am because there were staff talking very loud, so loud that I thought they were inside the room.

Dissapointing primarily due to the exorbitant package handling fees imposed by the hotel. I found it unfair that this information was only provided AFTER I had already made my booking. The hotel charges a staggering $10 for each package received, regardless of its value. Even when the items inside the package were worth less than the handling fee, I was still required to pay the full amount. While I understand that hotels may implement charges for certain services, it is essential that such information is clearly communicated BEFORE the booking process. I ended up paying 80$ just for handling packages I would not recommend this hotel, especially for guests who anticipate ordering packages during their stay. The undisclosed and excessive package handling fees tarnished my overall experience, and I believe there are more reasonable options available elsewhere.

it’s my second time staying at this property, and this time I stayed in a room that really needs renovation. the hotel is very clean, the bed is comfortable; however, the room is just old, the light switch was not working correctly and the door lock was getting stuck. if they update the rooms this hotel would be perfect! I also feel secure as a solo traveler to stay there

IT NEEDS A RENOVATION! You guys have so much potential, and the price is so reasonable, but you should really invest in your property also, the housekeeping opened the room twice on the check-out day to check if I was there and it was a bit annoying It was before 11 am

We enjoyed the location and the access that we were able to have commuting to the different attractions in the area.

Great value for the money. Not a bad place at all of you are looking to travel on a budget. Very clean, no issues with that at all. plus, the free tram to universal saved us about $60 a day in Ubers. We stayed a block down from this property 6 months ago and paid about $25-$30 to universal and between $35-$45 back to the hotel. literally like 2/3 miles. That alone is worth the stay!

I know they look like balcony’s, but they are not. Also, I somehow missed that the beds were double beds and not queen.
