É o segundo ano que passamos férias e voltaremos com certeza! Casa bem cuidada, anfitrião muito acessível. Excelente para passar umas férias relaxadas junto à sua fantástica piscina e refeições no alpendre. Como sempre perfeito!

ESPAÇO EXCELENTE E CALMO.

The property is in a quiet location but handy for Tavira, Barril Beach, Fuseta etc. There is a good restaurant a few minutes walk away. There are plenty of options for sitting outdoors. We particularly liked the roof terrace at night time. The outside dining area shaded under the loggia is very comfortable. The pool is deep throughout; even the shallow section at the top of the pool was too deep for a toddler to stand in. Because of its depth and lack of a pool cover it was cold even during the heat of August. Inside the house is spacious with good air conditioning in all rooms. The kitchen is large with plenty of equipment. The house is the owners home for a large part of the year and this is apparent from its decoration. All the bedrooms are a good size but the bed in one of the rooms was very soft. The stairs to the upper floor are fine for most people but are not suitable for people with mobility issues as they are narrow and winding with no handrail. Despite a few reservations, we were pleased with the house and had a very enjoyable stay.

Magnifique villa avec de belles prestations, grands espaces de vies, bien équipés, superbe piscine agréable pour les enfants seul point faible il manque une barrière de sécurité autour de la piscine pour éviter les accidents !! L’agent immobilier est très sympathique et réactif en cas de petits souci. Le quartier est calme avec des petits commerces de proximité. Le jour du départ nous aurions apprécier de pouvoir quitter la villa à 12h00 au lieu de 10h, cela nous aurait permis de prendre le petit déjeuner tranquille avec les enfants. Nous avons été précipité par l’arrivé de l’employé qui a commencé à nettoyer le jardin à 9h avec le souffleur. Très bon séjour entre famille et amis, à refaire très vite.

A propriedade está bem localizada e tem excelentes áreas interiores e exteriores para desfrutar em sossego e tranquilidade. A piscina é muito boa e teve manutenção durante a estadia. Em suma, fiquei muito bem impressionado e recomendo.

Esta casa oferece todo o conforto que podemos esperar de uma casa de férias, tem ac em todos os quartos e salas e é muito espaçosa. A piscina está bem tratada embora o seu acesso não esteja vedado a crianças mais pequenas. A cozinha está muito bem equipada e a churrasqueira está num local fresco, embora precise de mais iluminação. Em resumo é uma excelente casa para quem procura sossego e conforto.

Olá Lisa, Magnifica propriedade! O ambiente exterior, o espaço disponível e sobretudo a piscina fizeram as delícias do grupo pelos bons momentos que proporcionaram. O interior, bastante espaçoso e confortável permitiu umas merecidas férias em qualidade. A instalação de ar condicionado, agora em toda a casa, foi também uma mais valia para o tempo quente que se fez sentir. Contamos voltar. Obrigado

Wonderful well equipped villa in a perfect location close to Santa Lucia, Cabanas, Tavira, Fuseta and Olhao. The pool is a good size and extremely well looked after. There are plenty of different outdoor areas to sunbathe, read, eat and chill. Highly recommended and we will return for sure!

Excellent accueil de Lisa. Merci pour sa disponibilité. La villa est très sympa. La piscine aussi. Tout confort (clim etc...) la villa est au calme. A quelques kilomètres des supermarchés, une dizaine des jolies plages ( Cabanas, Baril)

Two families of four and we loved this villa. Lots of space, fabulous well equipped kitchen and whole house has everything you could need. We loved the outdoor space - decent sized pool and lovely shaded dining area. Short walk to a fabulous local bar and restaurant. 10min drive to excellent supermarket and Tavira & Santa Luzia ( €8 for a taxi each way) We’re had a wonderful holiday and thoroughly recommend. Only things to be aware are that there is no air con in upstairs bedrooms and the kids have been very hot at night.. and the double beds are very very soft!

Imødekommende personale ved ankomst. Dejligt hus og særligt udearealer med terrasse, grill og pool. Masser af udstyr i huset til fri afbenyttelse. Mange seværdigheder indenfor rækkevidde med bil. Vi vil klart anbefale huset til andre.

As we arrived very late Lisa was very welcoming and helpful. The offer of getting some provisions in for breakfast was gratefully accepted and made the next day a little less fraught. The layout of the villa is very good with excellent space for the 6 adults that were staying. Air conditioning is only in the downstairs bedrooms although in June the temperature was okay for the upstairs rooms to not get too hot and fans are provided. The pool was well used and even though there was a problem with the circulation Lisa and Mohammed were on hand very quickly to get this sorted and the pool back to full working order, excellent service and easily contacted. There was also contact details available for taxis which we used to get to Tavira for a couple of nights out, a lovely town just 10 minutes away. Santo Estevao itself is small but the local shop had everything we needed and the Bar / restaurant was excellent, only a five minute walk up to the village. We did have a hire car to get around and it was very easy to get to the main roads for travel to Faro, Villamoura and Albufuera. Overall the location of the Villa and the service provided by Lisa was outstanding and could not be faulted, if we decide to come back to Portugal this would be my first choice of villa following this holiday.

This was all as listed. Very comfortable and loads of room. Well maintained and cleaned twice weekly. Anything required only a phone call away with rapid response. Definitely a car needed but in easy access of Tavira Town and beaches. Pleasant local eating places. Certainly a place for a return visit.

Grande villa dans un quartier calme proche de Tavira. La maison est bien entretenue et propre. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Un service de nettoyage a lieu une fois par semaine ce qui est très appréciable. Nous avons rarement vu une maison en location avec cuisine aussi bien équipée, on y trouve tout ce qui est nécessaire. Grand jardin où nous avons pu profiter le soir de nous faire des poissons sur le grill. La piscine est très grande, toutefois nous avons eu quelques problèmes avec le système de circulation de l'eau qui ne fonctionnait pas bien du tout. La climatisation est installée mais ne fonctionnait pas durant notre séjour, nous avons utilisé les ventilateurs mis à disposition. La responsable de l'agence, Lisa, est très serviable et disponible. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

We have stayed here for the last four years ! It's a great family villa,homely well stocked kitchen and great pool area . Lots of sun beds and umbrellas. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough .Book andd see for yourself ,photos do not do it justice

Lovely holiday, fantastic house. Everything posing provided. I have never stayed any where with so many kitchen utensils or crockery, so helpful! House and pool lovely. Easy access to nearby beaches and Tavira.
