Great location for airport stay and great to be have shuttle access. Cafe food great.

The smoke alarm that went off during the night (obviously beyond the hotels control).

The breakfast was ample with lots of good fresh selections. The room, which was a king, was very well equipped. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not. Really good sized room. The bar and dining was great after a long flight.

My only comment against us probably out if their control, but the free shuttle, excellent, picked us up from the airport at the only smoking section, which was M. If it could be moved away from the smokers it would be vastly better. Also a time for collection would be good so you weren't left waiting, not knowing how much longer.

Location to airport. Great service with mini bus to airport. Good food.

Excellent overnight stay for airport pick up and drop off. Very large apartment that slept 3 adults, well appointed and clean. Ate dinner and buffet breakfast in the restaurant, food and drinks were amazing. Highly recommend this gem, can see why it's so popular. Tried to get another booking for later this month and was already booked out...next time!!

Mould in the bathroom in room 124 so we were moved to 110. At first glance it was better but the bench top near the entrance was sticky and dirty, and the coffee mugs weren’t cleaned properly.

The male attendant at the front desk was the rudest I have encountered in years. Shouted/snapped at me as I my room number didn't immediately come to mind and then scowled throughout the rest of the encounter
