We had a great time the unit was clean and perfect for our family

This is a nice quiet unit at the back of the resort. Queen bed was extremely comfortable. The hide-a-bed was great too and easily to set up and put away each day.
Living room furniture was comfortable and clean!
We loved having the use of the beach chairs, snorkel gear, and boogie boards. Ample supply of towels including ones we could use at the beach.
Kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated being able to use some spices from the cupboards. We ate all our suppers at the Condo and used the barbecue just outside our door 3 times, it was so convenient! We brought our own water bottles, but wouldn’t need to as there were plenty in the cupboards.
While it is in walking distance to Kamole III beach, this wasn’t our favorite beach so we choose to drive to other ones. We appreciated the booklet of information at the condo suggesting activities, beaches, hikes, etc.
Our children enjoyed playing tennis and the upper pool, when we were at the resort.
The resort keeps up on regular maintenance which is good, but we were a little disappointed the water to our building was shut off for a couple hours on the Thursday for maintenance, and then on the Friday we had to be out for the morning so they could spray for the quarterly pest control in our building, that said we saw no signs of bugs anywhere in the unit during our whole stay.
All communication with Rental company was good. Mahalo.

Have stayed in a VRBO in Kihei x3 now, and this was our favourite of the houses. The balcony especially made breakfast very pleasant!

Had 5 units in complex. this unit very clean, well stocked, beach item a bonus. Loved the location. So close to many beaches, food, shopping and hiking. The complex is beautiful. Note : pool quiet time is 6-9 pm. Which with our family of 20 and half under 16. Was a challenge as even after a full day at the beach. We like to have fun in the pool while BBQ is going on. Which very nice tables and BBQ at the pool. Just beware as security and elderly enforce it! Otherwise was great time and we hope to be back

We absolutely love the Kamaole Sands resort! Great location, great pool, hot tubs, grounds, bbq’s, and more! This unit was perfect for the 4 of us adults. The kitchen was well outfitted, there was plenty of beach gear, and was A/C worked perfectly and was a great blessing.

We loved the condo we stayed at. It had extra items to be able to take to the beach and things you wouldn’t want to pack with you (beach chairs, pool noodles, sand toys, tennis rackets, etc). We had 4 adults and 2 kids and we all fit comfortably. The twin beds may not have been as comfortable, but the king bed was very comfortable to sleep in. We stayed 10 days and didn’t want to leave!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was stocked with everything we needed. It was great to have beach supplies with chairs and a cooler! The condo was clean and check in was a breeze. My kids enjoyed the pool. We only went to the lagoon pool closest to the condo, we only wished it opened earlier and stayed open a bit later to use the hot tub in the evenings. It is one of the farther condos in the complex, so if you have kids it can be a task to walk to the beach—but we did do it a few times with a 5yr old and 8yr old. The beds were comfortable and the AC was really nice to have!

This condo exceeded our expectations. It is in a beautiful location just close to Wailea and the grounds were phenomenal. The condo was well stocked and super comfortable for our family of 5 (with 3 teenagers). We would definitely be back.

Hello! This is my 4th condo rental in this complex and was by far my favorite. I loved the corner condo location, with the side window view to up country. Condo was wonderfully decorated and so comfortable. We loved the big table on the deck. The only thing I would add is string lighting on the deck. (The neighbors had them and it looked so magical!) Appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella also! Loved, loved our stay! Loved the location of condo, being tucked in the corner with the beautiful ferns and palm trees in front of the deck. Great privacy!

Great location, we love Kamaole Beach III, my grandson loves to boogie board there. The unit worked well for us. It's not the best equipped condo I have rented in Maui. There were no baking dishes for the oven except a cookie sheet and a muffin tin..but, there were at least 6 or 8 spatulas and at least that many frying pans and tons of plastic containers. Also plenty of dishes and glasses. I slept in the primary bedroom (upstairs) the first week and after one night sleeping on 100% polyester sheets I went to Ross and bought a set of 100% cotton sheets. I couldn't sleep, especially in a warm climate, on polyester. All the bedding could use an upgrade. The contour sheets on the twin beds are much too deep for the mattresses and don't stay tucked in. A map of the complex would be helpful, it took us awhile to find the upper pool. Also there were no instructions for anything in the condo. We did have a problem with the TV in the living room, we thought we were just inept, but after Maui Rentals sent someone over we discovered it was a bad remote which she immediately replaced and we had no more issues with the TV. Maui Rentals was very helpful and had someone there within 30 minutes.Tip to anyone who rents this particular condo, start the washing machine when you leave, it is extremely loud and makes some strange noises, but seemed to work fine. The upper pool is really lovely, although it can be crowded at times, with no chairs available. Of course, we were there during winter break for many schools, so it was busy....everywhere! Another tip - make your dinner reservations before you leave home for any of the popular restaurants!

We just returned from another fabulous Maui family vacation. This unit worked well for our stay. It is well appointed, kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. The condo was clean and had lots of space for everyone. One thing about the property in general - there are a lot of units. It is surprising that they just have 2 pools. In the afternoon, both pool areas could get very busy making it impossible to find a spot to sit. The pool closes at 8:45 PM. That seems very early for a family complex.

Very clean, well stocked, quiet and beautiful unit and complex. Car is recommended. Great area away from the busy parts of S.Kihei Rd. We greatly appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella! You won't need to rent any snorkels or beach gear. Plenty of room for a family of 4. An end unit with beautiful views of Haleakala. Would stay here again!

We had a fabulous stay
We had a fabulous stay. Easy entry with the pin pad, everything was as stated(besides no beach umbrella and one boogie board was broken). Well stocked. We really appreciated all the beach towels(prob 8-10?). In the closet off the main balcony was tons of beach items(snorkel gear, boogie boards(3 good ones), cornhole, noodles(5-7), inflatable inter tube, swim belts, tennis rackets & balls, 4-5 tommy banana beach chairs. The king bed was a little firm and could probably use a topper but the pull out couch bed and the twin smaller beds in the bedroom were comfy. Chairs and table on the patio balcony out back. There were seasonings, silverware, Tupperware, pots and pans, glass bakeware, cutting boards, pizza cutter, basic kitchen utensils, etc. the kitchen was overall very well stocked and we didn’t find ourselves needing to go out and buy anything. The AC units and fans work very well and kept the rooms cool. The lady downstairs didn’t cause us any problems, no notes left on our door, no trouble at all. The guest book had many complaints about her but they were possibly more rowdier guests that were loud. As long as you are respectful and quiet, I think she won’t have any problems with you. There were board games and puzzles, along with 3 TVs(in each room). Overall our stay was very delightful and comfortable. We would highly recommend to stay at this condo!
*the bathroom door up stairs needs some WD40, the door was squeaky in the night. The light from the BBQ area shined in the upstairs bedroom the first night and was very bright. The next day I went and adjusted the light which made it better, but maintenance should fix as it was loose and unable to tighten completely.

Spacious condo in a quiet property surrounded with beautiful foliage,
plumeria trees and friendly roosters and chicks. Many singing exotic birds of many colors. Short drive south to beautiful Mekena beach. Harbor just across the way and a few minutes north to Foodland, boss frog, ABC store Ululani's. We will definitely be back and recommend to our family and friends visiting Maui. ❤️

Very roomy place with the basic necessities. AC worked great. There were lots of towels and beach towels but no cooler or other beach supplies. We made a point to be quiet and the downstairs neighbor didn't say anything. Really enjoyed our stay!
