식사가 맛있었고 친절하였습니다.

접근성이 아쉽습니다. 식당 및 이자카야도 많이 있던 우레시노온천마을과 달리 여기는 주변에 료칸들이 모여있는데도 식당은 하나도 없고 해 지고 난 후에는 동네 산책다니기도 무서웠습니다. ㅠ

酒店门口有一个巴士可以进入佐贺县城，很方便。酒店周围环境绝佳，是温泉酒店集中的地方，温泉非常棒！酒店的早餐和晚餐非常好，体验到了纯日式的饮食，食材也很新鲜，吊打我们在城内吃到的饭馆。

英文交流有一些问题，其实可以使用翻译软件就能解决，不过服务态度真的不错热情了。

Very comfortable Japanese style room, an exceedingly friendly and helpful staff. The dinners were excellent and quite ample. Breakfasts were also very good. We very much enjoyed the onsen (hot spring baths) that were down the hall from our room. Nice location in the countryside North of Saga.

Nice place to relaxation. Pretty service and very clean.

Dinner was yummy but breakfast was very simple. Keepers were very nice.

We killed one big and one small cockroaches in our room :( Hope keepers will improve the hygiene level.

The staff did not inform us about the public bath, only the small private by-reservation only onsen and the chargeable one. In fact, they shd not be charging their stay-in guests at all for the private baths but we had to pay 1,000 yen for 1 hour.
