My family and I could not have been happier with our stay at Blue Palm. From start to finish, everything was as expected or better - great communication with Dee Dee; easy check-in; well-stocked home; and the best backyard and pool. I was thrilled that the pool had a very shallow area that was perfect for my granddaughter, and there was a good assortment of floats and chairs. The outside table was perfect for pizza (I highly recommend Papa Vito's around the corner). I have stayed in quite a few VRBO's, as my daughter lives in the area. This was by far my favorite, and we look forward to returning.

The property and house were beautiful! Exactly like the pictures, and the living space was actually larger than what I was expecting. Proximity to the beach was great! The host was very easy to communicate with and fast to respond. I would highly recommend this property!

This property and this trip were amazing! The backyard is a tropical oasis! We lived in and around the pool. It was perfect for my kids and for my dog. The house was comfortable and clean. The owners provide everything you need and are super responsive if you have any questions. The beach is less than 5 minutes from the house. There are great restaurants and activities very close by to the house, including the Kennedy Space Center. Because of that, we even got to see a rocket launch from the front yard. I can’t recommend this property enough and can’t wait to go back!

Blue Palm Cottage is clean, comfortable, and convenient to everything in Cocoa Beach. Check in was super easy, the host also took the time answer our questions before we arrived, a very nice person! We spent a lot of time in the wonderfully heated pool, and the host has provided lots of seating options, umbrellas, an outdoor shower and many pool toys for us to enjoy ourselves. We didn't take advantage of the outdoor fireplace, but it looked great! We loved walking to the beach (saw a rocket launch while we were there!), and again the host very thoughtfully provided everything we needed - beach chairs, a cooler, umbrella, etc. even a beach wagon to carry it all! Getting to the beach is easy, just a short walk down the street and we were there! Neighborhood is very quiet; we got the best sleep of our lives on our ver comfy bed while we were there. The cottage decor was beautiful and the air conditioning was great on the hot days. It was just the two of us, but Blue Palm Cottage can easily accommodate dining and sleeping for 6 people very comfortably! We also appreciated having a washer/dryer and dishwasher on the premises, and wow, is the kitchen well stocked! We only had breakfasts there,but you could easily do a lot of cooking and serving of meals there with all the pots and pans and serving dishes and all the basic spices and then some. We are definitely coming back, we loved everything about this place.

We loved this home with its beachy decor, beautiful outdoor living space with a pool in the private backyard and just a block from Cocoa Beach! We would definitely give this property a 5 star rating!

This was a beautiful property! Clean, well laid out, and tons of activities in the area. There was so much to do within walking distance. SpaceX rocket launches were visible from the yard. Great neighborhood and quiet neighbors. Family loved every minute there.

We really enjoyed another stay at Blue Palm. The pool and proximity to the beach are fantastic. Dee Dee is a very responsive host. Lots of good local restaurants too!

The home was comfortable and the perfect size for my family of 5. The house was close restaurants, grocery stores, the beach, and things to do. The pool was clean, warm, and refreshing! The backyard was well maintained, which gave us extra space to hangout. We had just got off a cruise and didn't bring much, so we appreciated the house bringing well stocked. There was plenty of stuff to take to the beach, seating, and the kitchen was full of pans and plates to use. The showers were the only place lacking stuff, like soap and shampoo. The grocery store was close, so not that big of a deal. Overall, the house was great. We felt safe, comfortable, and were able to enjoy our vacation in Cocoa Beach! Highly recommended!

The house is beautiful with impeccable decor. The backyard is amazing especially the pool. Very private and quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach and restaurants. This was the tropical vacation that we needed. We did not want to leave and hope to come back again someday. Thank you Dee Dee and Carl for allowing us to share this slice of paradise 😊

The property was great. The pool was our favorite. We walked to the beach every morning. Convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and activities.

The house and location made our multi-generational family getaway of six adults, two children and a dog comfortable and fun. The heated pool provided a wonderful alternative when the cloudy windy weather made beach days impossible. The fenced in pool area was perfect for everyone, especially the young children and dog. Our hosts were quick to respond to texts and very accommodating. They immediately provided a blow-up mattress and bedding when we realized there was not a pull out sofa for the children. The home was well stocked and clean. Lots of pool and beach toys, coolers, chairs, umbrellas and a wagon for the beach, which was a very short straight walk . We would not hesitate to book this cute vacation home in the future.

Absolutely beautiful property on a quiet street! Less than two block walk to the beach (non-crowded area!). The backyard is an oasis!! Would definitely stay again as everyone already wants to go back.

My family and I had a great stay at Blue Palm. Location is only a couple blocks from Cocoa Beach. The pictures in the listing are a really good representation of the property. I was traveling with my family of 6 and it was a very cozy house with plenty of room for us. The pool area is fantastic with lots of seating, a grill we didn't use, and an outside shower to wash to salt water off you after swimming in the ocean Most nights when I used the pool the weather was in the lower 60's and the water was still warm enough to enjoy it. In the pool area there was several surprises, we found some fruit trees among other fun plants. Was also close to other amenities you may need, grocery store, etc. Communications with the property owner were very good and really responsive. We really enjoyed our stay (would stay here again) and hope to come back to the area again to explore, we left so much unseen.

Hurricane Ian threatened the West Coast, so we looked for an escape on the East Coast last minute. The owners quickly responded & we’re happy to help. Ian left our home undamaged but came right for us in Cocoa Beach! We were happy to know the owners lived down the street & checked in on us to ensure we were comfortable. We never lost power, so we thoroughly enjoyed our stay & mini vacation. I highly recommend this property!

House was fantastic. My wife and I came down to celebrate our anniversary and it was everything we wanted. We used the pool everyday. Beach was walking distance and we brought our own bikes and biked to restaurants/bars. House came with so many amenities which was nice as well. Hope to be back again.

We had such a great time at this lovely little beach home! It was clean, well kept, and in close proximity to the beach! We even got to watch the rocket ship launch one morning!! We were able to use the bikes for a little morning stroll to the cute shops and the Boardwalk. There were a ton of beach chairs and a beach wagon and cooler that were great to have , especially since we were coming all the way from NY. The pool was an excellent plus too! The next time we are in the area, we definitely plan on coming back! Great for families and friends!

We loved everything about Blue Palm!!! Close to good food, walking distance for our ocean adventures and a private pool for enjoyment! This was a fabulous vacation!!!!

We were thrilled with this cottage! The host Dee Dee had a vision for the cottage and everything about it was perfect! We used the pool every day and it is a fabulous pool. The beds were super comfortable and we had absolutely everything we needed there for a beach vacation! There are bikes to get down to the beach which is two blocks straight down the street, a little beach wagon to take along your beach items and a chest full of floats and noodles to use at the pool. The back yard was a private oasis and beautiful. Thank you Dee Dee and Carl for a wonderful stay! We certainly will be returning!

We were looking for a low key, low stress, relaxing vacation and this house nailed it. The location was great and was the perfect balance between touristy and peace and quiet. There was putt putt, go-karts, grocery stores, and restaurants all within 3 minutes of driving. The pool was fantastic, and the beach was only a few minutes walk. Plenty of space on the beach and never felt like we had people right on top of us like other big beaches. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. We already want to come back again next year. We even got to see Space-X Launch a Falcon 9…. icing on the cake.

This house was just as lovely as the reviews portray! The backyard and pool are a complete outdoor oasis. The house is very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen has everything you need, and the beds are comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
