This house is in a great location, just steps away from the bustling activity of Commercial Street but tucked far enough away to be quite peaceful. Plenty of restaurants and shops are a stones throw away, along with bike rentals. The host was very responsive to inquiries and the neighbors who share the condo space were very friendly. It was very inviting to walk in and have a bottle of wine waiting for you -- excellent after a long drive when you just want to relax! As a tall guy, many places in Ptown have a lot of low ceilings and other challenges. Fortunately I had no such problems in this location. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Rob, Michael, and Tim's place. The location is very convenient to everything and well appointed with all of the necessities. Rob was very responsive and accommodating throughout our visit. Thank again guys!

The home is perfectly situated to all Provincetown has to offer! Convenient to both the grocery store, gym, bike rentals, and walkable to all of Commercial Street's bars, restaurants, shops, and galleries... yet still quietly located just off the main streets. The owners are communicative and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay in PTown a great deal. The apartment was as photographed and clean and tidy. The AC in the master bedroom needs some attention, kept the place cool but was hella-noisy. Overall a great stay, would highly recommend.

We very much enjoyed our stay at 23 Conant. The location was perfect, the condo was clean and spacious (bigger than you think it is - the deck was such a bonus) and the vibe was just right (Cher coasters!). The property managers/owners were immediately responsive and super sweet (they provided a coffee gift card). We would absolutely rent this property, again.

The condo is well stocked and in a great location. It was a nice touch to have a bottle of wine from a NY winery. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had and we would hope to stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location is excellent. It was a plus to have a parking spot because parking is not easy in Provincetown. The condo is completely equipped. We used the BBQ and sat outside on the balcony to eat dinner. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and perfect location to the downtown area of Provincetown . We would definitely stay here again.

We stepped into a cozy, immaculate, home away from home! From inception to departures, the communication has been spot on. A bottle of wine was left on the kitchen counter for us, which was so kind. With 2 bedrooms, my husband and I were given ample room to store our belongings. Each room has fan and air conditioning. The toilet room boasts an update shower and it's a perfect size. The living room is perfect for lounging and the kitchen is just right to cook a romantic meal or have cocktails. Can we talk about the deck outside? What better way to take in the summer air and sunshine by sitting out on the upstairs deck connected to the home. You will find flowers and a stunning tree providing shade. We will definitely recommend this humble abode to our friends family. It is JUST minutes away from our favorite bar, Monkey Bar and Thai restaurant, Johnny Thai. Mussel beach is a few skips away. Liz's Cafe is close by and their chicken with waffles is mouth watering. We look forward to our next, magical stay!

This is the third time we have stayed in this great apartment—and we intend to do it again.

I booked a getaway week for myself and this was the most perfect location for that. The unit actually seems a little bigger in person than in the photos, and the location is ridiculously convenient - the deck and the parking are just added bonuses. I've stayed in many rentals and this particular unit was one of the top three in terms of cleanliness and having everything as advertised. Hopefully I will be able to book again for summer 2024!

My partner and our friends absolutely loved our stay in PTown! This unit was the perfect size for 4 people, spotless upon arrival, and so conveniently located that we only used our rental car to go to the beach and back (which could have been done easily on bikes too). Rob, Tim, and Michael are fantastic hosts and we’re already planning out our trip back!

We loved our stay at this super cute condo in Provincetown! It was the perfect amount of space for my friend and I. We each had our own bedrooms located at either end of the unit which allowed for privacy. The location was perfect, it was within close walking distance of the best of the West End - the Boatslip, Joe's Coffee, Pop + Dutch, and more. Our hosts were super thorough and prompt in their communication, and made us feel super welcome. 5/5 stars. We'll definitely be back!

Well stocked condo in great location. Perfect place to relax and recharge before heading back out in the fun of Ptown.

This condo was perfect for our stay. 2 bedrooms are large with plenty of storage! Location is close to everything but was very quiet at night. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. I have marked this place on my "favorites" list and will definitely check to see if it's available to rent again when I return to Provincetown.

The property, location, and experience was perfect just as described. The owner also went above and beyond as far as accommodating a last minute schedule change. Highly, highly recommend this property if you are planning a trip to the area.

This property was a great spot for our late-season visit. Quaint, tidy, and well maintained. It was in a great location, and easy access to a lot of favorite spots.

The title says it all: Tucked Away and Close By in the West End. As our car sat idle we explored Ptown all around us. And at the end of the day we were steps away from our quiet and comfortable refuge. Exactly what we wanted and highly recommended!

Place is perfectly located 5 min walk to commercial street but far enough to be quiet at night. Bike rentals next door very convenient. Space is perfectly set up. Beds large. AC in every room. Kitchen items stocked. We were very comfortable, felt at home, and happy. The deck is nice to grill and stay outside too. Hosts very nice and very quick to respond to me throughout the stay. 5 stars!

We loved our week's stay here. The unit is on the second floor of a house, one flight of stairs up. Beautifully furnished, very homey, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, and clean!! As a family of four, we didn't feel even a bit cramped, it was a pleasure to be the apartment in the down-time, watch TV, read or cook. The deck is great for eating dinner or hanging out. The neighbors, which you WILL see (it being a close-quarters condo conglomerate) are very friendly and accommodating. Literally three minute walk to Commercial street. Excellent communication with the owners. There is a communal bike rack in front of the door, and a parking space, which is a hot commodity this close to center of town. It could use a washing machine, but not a deal breaker for us, the laundromat is an easy 6-7 minute walk. :) Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We have stayed in Ptown every summer for the past few years. This is our preferred place to stay! Great location, comfortable, has everything we need and the hosts are very helpful!

Our group of four had a fantastic stay! It's the perfect size for a group up to four people. Within easy walking distance of tea dance, the grocery/liquor store, and the laundromat. Owners were super communicative and helpful with any questions or issues we ran into. We would absolutely stay at this property again.
