The location was perfect and the host was very helpful.An ideal option for a solo or duo traveller who want to stay close to the sea

Excellent location

You will like this property if micro-living is your thing. If you like the idea of making toast, having a shower and being in bed all at the same time. If, however you want space that means you don’t have intimate relationships with the shower curtain when washing or don’t want to Tetris yourself to fit onto the toilet - you might want to find somewhere else.

Communication was terrible. I arrived with very little guidance on how to find the place and then staggered around in the dark and had a cold shower before getting pinned between the sofa bed. A few simple instructions on how to find the place, switch on hot water, lights and open the bed would be great.

The apartment is clean and good looking. Good location.

Small room space. The toilet drain gets stuck easily, the drain pipes are not designed for WC usage. Poor value for money ratio.

Transport outside makes it difficult to sleep with open window, very small room and shower.

Only the location (which is lovely) and the owner (she was available when needed), but the “apartment” (closet) was very disappointing

It’s basically the (very!) small closet (around 9m2 I would say) of another apartment, poorly transformed into an accommodation. 2 people have difficulty to move and your holidays are basically a tetris, finding a spot for your stuff! Terrible. Also, there is no kitchen at all! Just an oven and a useless filter-coffee machine... The sofa bed opens and becomes a very uncomfortable bed, not even double but 2 separate uncomfortable single beds! Terrible.. The toilet is minuscule, with the WC basically underneath the wash basin. To shower, you have to remember to activate the hot water button in advance, but not too much in advance because after 20 minutes kept on it starts dripping hot water on the WC! Terrible... The keys are locked to a card that, when you go out, removes all the power from the “apartment” (closet), so you cannot charge your phone unless you are at home, and every time you go back home it takes 10 minutes for the router to give you back wi-fi.. also terrible All this for a price that is much above the seasonal average! Not acceptable

1. location is OK, 7-8 min walk to the beach. If want just to stay overnight and to swim before leaving to the airport, it might be a good choice. 2. The owner did his best designing the tiny room.

I guess this was just a redesigned personnel facility closet or something. There is no even full size drain pipe in toilet (you are prohibited to throw toilet paper so there was no toilet paper in there :-). And the cell is not 20 m2 as advertised, the owners photos were made by wide camera+correction and don't reflect the real size. The room is about 12 m2, add ~2 m2 for a bathroom which is unforgettable! The shower is less than 50 cm deep, but 20 of them seized by taps and a soap shelf. Literally 30! So measure the 30 cm anywhere and imagine yourself taking shower in that )) Had to spend some time drying the floor after shower. They kindly provide a big pack of paper towels. Some other inconveniences: street noise, no blanket cover (one sheet at all), impossible to dry towel or clothes inside, just not enough air and you wan't leave the quite big A/C slowly&economically blowing for drying - the keys locked together with an electric card, you have to take it with you. A hint which was found only the last day unfortunately: open the window and use the wooden blinds to hang clothes on it. You think that I am a fat boy, exaggerating the troubles? Try it yourself ;-)

Location was excellent. There is everything you need - meticulously designed.
