We stayed at here for a fabulous weekend with friends and wonderfully recommend. The outdoor space really makes the lake experience with plenty of outdoor seating options, TV, couches, dining table, lovely grass yard, fenced area for small children, dock, and perfect swimming area. Inside areas were lovely as well, just spent most of our time outside. Highly recommend!

My 3 cousins and each of our spouses travel each year to different lakes for our annual family fishing weekend...We could not have been any happier with this beautiful home...it has Everything, 5 great bedrooms, 5 great bathrooms, an amazing view of the lake, with an incredible dock for lots of catfish catching. Anytime I had any questions the owners were so quick to respond...We will Absolutely come back to this beautiful home again for our annual family fishing weekend!

We were 3 adult couples, 60s and 70s, staying 4 nights for the total solar eclipse on April 8, 2024. The property is nice. It was clean inside and reasonably supplied. This home for our 3 adult couples, without children, worked well for our stay. We did buy some supplies normally found in Vrbo homes. There were no glass water or wine glasses; actually no glass glasses at all, none. Trying to enjoy Prosecco toasting after the eclipse from plastic cups was disappointing. There were a number of reasons for down grading the review. One of the reasons was the lack of honest advertising on Vrbo. Vrbo owners are required to list amenities that they freely provide for guests to use and enjoy. “Popular amenities” from this Vrbo listing Hot Tub - There is no Hot Tub. You have to go back 5 years to find a 2019 review that has a comment about a Hot Tub at the property.

 Fireplace - One bedroom has a small, in wall, electronic fireplace with no switch or remote for guests to use it.

 Washer - The Washer and Dryer were in a double closet with a bicycle lock across the double door handles to keep guests from using the appliances.

 Dryer - See Washer comment above. The outdoor furniture pictured on the Vrbo listing does not exist. One of our couples are runners. They had planned on being able to use the washer and dryer. Maybe we were the first rental of the season but the outdoor furniture, deck chairs, Adirondacks, lounges, etc. were dirty. We had to clean it all.

We enjoyed our time at the beautiful lake house. We will definitely be booking it again.

We were two families together. It was really a nice place for us. Host is really responsive on time.

This was our second visit to this property and it is just as wonderful as we remembered! It's the perfect layout for our family of six adults and a pet. The totally fenced yard is so convenient. Thanks to great weather, we enjoyed the many hang out options that are available outside. We took advantage of the game selection in the upstairs cabinet. Everything you need or want for a good time is right here! We highly recommend this property. Thanks to our wonderful hosts!

Everything was as listed and perfect for all 10 members of our family. This was one of the most well stocked (both in the kitchen and toiletries) of any of the places we have stayed at before. Host was very quick to respond to questions. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This place is amazing! We rent a lake house every year to celebrate a birthday, and this one by far has the best amenities and accommodations for those traveling with multiple families.

This home is fantastic. We had another home that didn't provide enough space. I spoke with Mr Schultz very pleasant man that allowed us to host at his home. This home provided everything we needed. If you are looking for a family vacation spot PLEASE choose this home. We will be renting again.

My family had a great weekend at the lake. This house was well stocked with everything that we needed. There was enough beds and baths for our group. We loved fishing off the dock and watching the sunsets. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog to run around in. Would definitely book again. Thank you!!

This house suits our family beautifully! Very well supplied with towels and toiletries, cooking supplies, tv channels, and bedding. The owners are quick to respond to messages and questions. Very reasonably price for families on a budget. Fenced yard for fur babies. Lovely dock and swimming area. The lake was up this summer so swimming for kids was perfect! Can’t miss with this one! The property is amazing and one of the very best I've ever stayed at. The house is beautiful and very well done. By far, the best stocked ever. It has absolutely everything you could possibly need. Tons of space to accommodate a lot of people. The back entertainment area is huge with a beautiful view of the lake and has tons of seating. The fenced in yard is a bonus and made us feel very safe and is awesome if you bring your dogs. Highly recommend this listing and would love to stay here again!

We have stayed at 3different houses at Cedar Creek Lake over the last few years and this is our favorite. The house is very comfortable and roomy. We love the back yard and all the different seating options. Access to the lake is convenient and the sunrise/sunset views are the best. Our consensus is we will book this house again next year, no reason to look anywhere else. Hughes family

We have been back to this property multiple times now! This by far is our favorite rental for our yearly family lake trip. Deana is a wonderful host. The house has plenty of room for our family of 12. We bring our boat and the large driveway is wonderful for my husbands large truck and trailer. The dock was great to tie our boat up too and the kiddos caught soooooo many fish. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. We can’t wait to come back again next year! Thanks for sharing your home with us !

Excellent lakefront home with broad lake view. Property is completely gated, bringing an extra layer of comfort. Home is well stocked, A/C and heating worked well, and internet handled 3+ people working simultaneously. Would definitely return.

Decorated beautiful. Great to relax inside or outside and view the lake. We loved the stay and would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay here. The view is amazing. The house is fully stocked. The backyard is pefect for gathering and kids have plenty of space. My daughter loved playing basketball. The back porch area is incredible and lots of seating. Our family enjoyed fishing, boating, cooking, sitting around the fire pit, etc. The reasons I deducted a star were as follows: There is an ant problem in the kitchen area. We couldn't serve food on the counter without attracting ants. Judging by the jugs of poison I'm assuming the owner may have been aware of this, so a little heads up would have been appreciated. Also, the gate was nice, but you have to enter the code to exit the property and it was inconvenient. Lastly, the floors and rugs in the living area could have been cleaner and access to the washer/dryer would have been useful to wash clothes or towels.

The house was amazing. The views from the large windows are spectacular. This was everything plus more then we expected. We would do it again.

Outstanding from rental to Arrival to departure. Clean, cozy, comfortable, well appointed, great communication, very easy instructions, great location, nice neighbors, perfect spot on the lake. We have already decided on our next trip to this property. We have stayed at about 40 properties since discovering VRBO and similar sights. Beautiful place which was very well stocked. There was plenty of room for our 6 adults and 5 kids.

We had a great time with 9 adults ranging from 87 to 20 years of age! Great porch for football and great deck for sunsets! And sunrises!

The location was wonderful! You could see the sun rise and set and a great view of the lake. The property is well maintained and clean. We had a family reunion here and would definitely come back and stay again.

This is our second time at the Schultz Lake House and we love it. Thank you for stocking supplies more than the typical VRBO rental. It's made it such that we didn't have to leave the entire stay for forgotten supplies. We find the gating of the entire property a godsend since once of our dogs is an escape artist. About the only thing we were lacking was a beach kit... Because the lake water was so low, we were able to walk the "beach" and wish we had digging tools. Thanks again for a wonderful time!
