The house is great and near to the west entrance to Yellowstone.

Nice and roomy. Large kitchen great for us all to cook together. The rooms were nice, but all the rooms except 1 had dresser to store clothes. But not a hugh deal. Plebty of room, large deck, very clean, carpet seemed new and we all loved the interior wood trim. We went to yellowstone every day and at night we played cards and watched movies. Great for a family vacation. You can easily have 14 people comfortably.

For our family more separate rooms would have been nice. It seemed a little pricey by comparison, but overall a great location and nice accommodations

Very comfortable and great space for the 4 families that stayed, Myself with my Wife and daughter, my son and his family of 5, my other daughter and her family of 4, and my sister with her husband. Everyone had plenty of space and a great dining space for us to enjoy some meals together.

We loved this house! It had enough room for everyone and the kitchen was so well stocked, we found everything we were looking for in order to cook for our big group.

Pictures don’t do it justice
House is large with plenty of room for multiple families to spread out. Inside is very clean and carpets and other items looked almost brand new. Major perks for us was the numerous beds in almost all rooms, double washers/dryers, and kitchen table large enough to seat our whole party. Only slight gripe was that we were not able to get the ice machine to work, but we just purchased bags for our coolers. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great location for Yellowstone
House was roomy and kitchen had everything we needed for making meals. Beds were very comfortable for a good night's sleep. There were not any directions on how to use the fireplaces that we were able to locate. If you plan to do laundry at the home, make sure you plan extra time to dry the clothes as the dryers take at least 2-3 cycles to dry a load. All in all this home is a very nice home to return to after a long day outdoors.

Huckleberry Hideaway is great
We have stayed in several rental homes in close proximity to Island Park, Henry Lake and West Yellowstone. By far our experience with the Hideaway was the best. We would definitely return.

Lovely cabin!
Perfect retreat cabin for our family getaway! The cabin was clean and very comfortable. We didn't mind that Yellowstone park was about a 45 minute drive away. Plenty of space for us to spread out and nicely furnished. Only drawback was the 10 a.m. checkout, a bit too early.

Hidden Gem
This place was amazing! We had two families of six. House was well stocked and plenty of room for everyone. Loved the 3 bathrooms and 2 washers/dryers. A nice 20 minute drive to West Yellowstone. The store across the street was well stocked! It was an awesome vacation. We would all stay there again!

Very nice house
Beautiful house- clean and seemingly new or newly renovated with lots of amenities. Located not quite as “in-the-woods” as we were hoping, but still quiet and relaxing. It worked great for our group- especially the handicap accessibility.

Huckleberry Hideaway
Great place to stay for any length of time for Yellow stone.
Need more steak knives. Four knives don't work for 8 people.
Buy a new Bar b Que grill. The grease covers over the flames are so old that they are missing over the two middle.
If you wish to get into any tours, make sure that you are near the pick up point. We book a great tour, but they launched from Gardiner off the north entrance.
Always had hot water and enough towels and the two washing machines were great.
All in all I would not hesitate to book here again.

We enjoyed our time there. However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the cabin.
Easy check in by email. Good location. If you stay there in the winter, just know, you have to pack your coolers, luggage, etc up to the second level. In the summer, the ramp would make it much easier.

After performing diligent research to find an accommodating cabin for my familys Memorial Day vacay. It was very important for us to find a cabin where my husband; who is a manual wheelchair bound disabled Navy veteran, could enjoy our experience visiting Yellowstone as everyone else. I must say that Huckleberry Hideaway was exceptional in its accessibility. The main floor bedroom with walk-in shower was a delight..as we did not have any issues with space. The kitchen and deck were also very accomodating. I must also mention the cleanliness of the entire cabin. The kitchen was appropriately stocked for preparing meals and barbecuing. The double washer and dryer made doing everyones laundry a piece of cake. If youre looking for a cabin close to Yellowstone that is wheelchair accessible. I would recommend this cabin. My recommendation to may the cabin even better would to have a wider concrete platform at the end of the ramp area for wheelchair loading and unloading.

Great except for one of the washing machines downstairs didn't work at all
We enjoyed our stay very much -- convenient location for us to get back and forth to Yellowstone; pretty surroundings, lots of space indoors; which was very convenient for our party of seven; great kitchen with everything we needed. The right washing machine did not work at all. We never used it. There was a little blue water in it when we arrived, and it would not even turn on. Otherwise, everything was as described to us, and we were happy with the overall experience. Thank you!

Wonderful place to spend a week while visiting Yellowstone!!
It was a beautiful home with all the amenities. The kitchen was very well stocked. There were 8 of us in the home and room for 4 more. We were never crowded even when the other 20 people from our group came to visit. The little community of Island Park is lovely. Henry Lake was a great place for our boys to go fishing There is a well stocked grocery store just across the street from the home. Great vacation home away from home!!

Cute little cabin!
We stayed in the huckleberry escape. Such a cute little cabin! It was so clean and a great location - quick to get to all activities! A perfect location and place to stay for a relaxing vacation in beautiful island park. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer.

Amazing Property!!
We loved this spacious cabin surrounded by trees. Great location not too far from the main road, near gas stations and the market. Easily accommodated two families with room for more. Two living areas so kids could be downstairs playing/watching movies while adults visited, played games upstairs. The kitchen is very large with granite countertops, brand new appliances, and equipped with pots, pans, and cooking utensils as well as the coffee maker and toaster. Two gas fireplaces, three spacious bathrooms. Also a large tile area to drop snowmobile/snow gear with hooks and double washers/dryers. Cabin is also handicap accessible with a ramp for entrance and a handicap accessible bathroom. We will definitely stay again!

Best rental we've stayed in
This rental is amazing. It's much bigger than the pictures show. Plenty of room and ammenitites. It's very comfortable and homey. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, appliances, and tools and there are lots of towels. The kids loved the play room full of toys. We booked through Cheri at Island Park Reservations. She went out of her way to ensure we had the dates we needed and checked in with us the day of our arrival to answer any last minute questions. We will definately be staying at this rental again.
