We had told the real estate that we were bringing 2 puppies with us but the drive way had deep ruts under the gates where you drive in, deep enough for our puppies to be able to escape under the gates so my Husband had to block off the deep ruts with the wheelie bins. Every time we wanted to leave the property, my Husband then had to move the bins so we could get out & then put them back again when we arrived back at the house. NOT something you would be wanting to do on your holiday. As far as we are concerned, this property is NOT pet friendly. Yet you knew months ahead that we were bringing puppies with us but still nothing was done to fix this problem. My Husband phoned your Real Estate & spoke to Kimberly about the problem & yet still nothing was done, the same with the yard, it was untidy & not mown. For the amount of money paid to stay at this property, it should have been in better order. It has left us with a very low opinion of your care & consideration for the tenants who rent this property. Also the lack of power points through out the house was disappointing especially in the bedrooms & bathroom. The power point in the bathroom I could not even reach to plug in my hair dryer. Hot water system was inadequate as hot water ran out only minutes after getting in the shower. The whole house needs updating. It looks very old, out dated & tired.

The location was great.

no one told us there was no wifi. Cleanliness was terrible.....our feet turned black after 30 mins walking without shoes!! No washing up liquid was supplied. Not even a tea bag or coffee sachet for a cuppa and this was not a 'bargain'' price. There was also many unsanitary washing up implements left under the sink! I would suggest a clean unused chux wipe and a washing up liquid would have been better. Also, the tv was so pre-historic and ancient that it didn''t talk to our laptop. When you pay this price you do expect more than this.

Located one street back from the beach meant easy access to the water and walking paths Also within walking distance to a grocery store and liquor outlet and restaruants.

The 'floor' in the shower could be replaced but overall it was well appointed with a large fenced yard for our dog.

Location was great. Accommodation was comfortable and clean.

We had 2 small dogs and were disappointed that we had to put something under the double gates so that they couldn't get out. If you are advertising that the property is dog friendly and the yard is dog proof then this is something that needs to be addressed, especially for small dogs.

The location as we don't have a car at the moment so it was absoulty close to everything.. The house itself was nice and clean had the best yard the dogs are able to travel all around the outside of the house.
