Clean, friendly staff. Close to where our party was.

Light at front door flickered all night. Coffee cups need to be bigger.

Clean place. Has high ceilings and good amenities. Has a mirror and a place ro put bags near the front door, which is a nice touch.

Good value for money except the airconditioner was very weak. We lowered the temperature to 18degrees but it was still very very hot at night.

This was our second time staying with you. The location is fabulous. We were disappointed that the restaurant was closed for renos but that is ok, we ate at the sports bar, meals were lovely. Can't wait for the restaurant to reopen.

I think the rooms need a airier/dryer to put wet towels / togs on when you get back to the room. beds could be a little more comfortable or larger. And also a newer air conditioner would be nice. I could not get the fan on low.

It was a pity Charlie’s was closed though meals were served in the sports bar. No designated reception area to check in had to ask at the bar. Outlook from the rooms furtherest from the public overgrown and in need of a tidy up.

The location is excellent as its straight across the road from the beach.The bed was comfortable also.

Upon arrival was made to wait at the bar for 10 minutes as the manager was on the phone,surely another staff member could have checked me in.No wi-fi was available.There was coffee & tea available but no milk some long life pods would be appreciated.

Hot water in room barely warm. Room to dark.

Rooms were very clean, neat and tidy, staff were very obliging to our requests.

We didn't get breakfast if that was included, the construction works made it a very long walk to the hotel itself and to the beach. The location of the rooms were very tucked away and dark at night so a bit intimidating if wanting to go for an evening stroll.
