Os banheiros muito pequenos. A pia minúscula e pouco funcional.

Genial mitten in der Stadt, dadurch natürlich nicht sehr ruhig, mit geschlossenen Fenstern aber ok. Besonders, wenn man noch die doppelten Türen von innen schließt. Jeden Tag frische Frühstückszutaten: Saft, Milch,Butter, Marmelade, Käse, Frischobst, 1x Eier und sogar vorgeschnittene Melonen bzw Ananas, Brötchen… was fehlt wird aufgefüllt,,daher nachhaltig, wenn auch in kleinen Döschen, Kaffeekapseln und Tee auch, Öl, Essig, Salz und Pfeffer vorhanden,Einkauf, Frühstück und Essengehen um die Ecke, 150 m entfernt eine tolle Fadobar… Bimmelbahnhaltestelle vor dem Haus… das Personal ist super bemüht! Danke!

… die Wohnung ist groß genug, aber in beiden Schlafzimmern nur spärliche Abstellmöglichkeiten für Koffer und für Klamotten….nur ein Handtuch pro Person für 5 Tage, am letzten Abend kam dann allerdings eine Grosslieferung mit Entschuldigung, wir konnten damit leben….ok

Fantastic location, it had everything we needed, lovely and spacious apartment, clean, tidy and the breakfast was a lovely addition 😊

The safe didn't work, so we had to take our passports and valuables with us at all times. But this wasn't a major issue!

Fregadero bastante atascado, el plato de ducha resbalaba muchísimo y la vitrocerámica dió bastante guerra.

Beautiful apartment,immaculately clean and well maintained- location perfect for sightseeing but still in a quiet location .Bonus of breakfast delivered each day by a friendly helpful lady.Beds very comfortable and our towels changed every 2 days .Would definitely stay again

Only a couple of niggles in that the door to the apartment was difficult to lock and our bathroom was not tiled and had bare plaster walls - looked like a work in progress but was still clean

Gostei de absolutamente tudo: da gentileza e disponibilidade da proprietária e da funcionária Lúcia, da localização, do conforto, do espaço, etc. Tive dificuldade com os eletrodomésticos, pelo que sugeri a Lúcia que fizesse um manual resumido para utilização dos equipamentos.

Gostei de tudo.

O café da manhã poderia ter mais opções.

Não ter ar condicionado. Como fiquei em andar baixo, fiquei com receio de abrir a janela, mas mesmo assim, devido ao calor dentro do quarto, fomos obrigados a abrir as mesmas.

Em um dos banheiros a porta do box estava quebrada

Do conforto do apartamento. Muito bem decorado e cuidado. além disso, é perto de tudo de bom em Lisboa!

Sijainti oli aivan täydellinen! Kaikki toimi hyvin ja asuntoon toimitettu aamiainen oli sopiva ja mukava lisä majoittumiseen.

Ensimmäisenä iltana siivousaineiden tuoksu oli voimakas ja aiheutti tottumattomalle pientä päänsärkyä, mutta se helpotti kyllä heti seuraavana päivänä.

The location was great, close to the water and to a metro station. Staff was wonderful. Quiet at night but bedroom overlooks a street and cars are noisy early morning.

The apartment was very dated. There were no hooks in the bath for towels, and breakfast was not worth the money, although they accommodated our request for croissants. It is cold, delivered the previous day and was mainly processed cheese we didn’t touch, milk, a small yogurt, a croissant and a bun each. Oh butter and jams we didn’t touch either. You’d get a nice omelet in downstair café for much less. Overall overpriced for what it was.

Apartamento ótimo! Banheiro e chuveiro muito bons, cama perfeita! Café da manhã já fica no quarto simples porém muito bom! Localização nota mil! Perto de tudo, de frente quase para o metrô, na rua de um shopping, perto da Augusta.

도보 20분이내로 리스본 관광지를 돌 수 있고, 정문앞이 바로 28번트램 정류장이 있어요. 맛집들도 멀지 않아요. 식기세척기 전자렌지 세탁기 등등 다 갖춰져있어 가족 또는 친구들 중심여행으로 최적화되어있어요. 5인 여행중이었는데 쇼파베드도 나쁘지 않았고, 미리 셋팅되어 있었으며 오후 3시이후에 냉장고에 마실음료와 치즈 등을 넣어주고 상온에는 매일 다른 빵과 과일들을 놓아줍니다.

직원은 만날 수 없었고, 왓츠앱을 미리 깔아놓고 가세요. 응대는 빠름. 약간 에어비앤비 같은 느낌이 들었어요(키박스에서 키 찾아가라고 하고, 도시세도 다이닝 테이블에 두라고 함.

O café da manha é razoável, no entanto foi complementado por algumas compras efetuadas por nós, a localização é show, difícil imaginar melhor

Estava tudo perfeito

Excellent location, beautiful flat. Perfect for our family of four. Breakfast delivery was very good. We had one member falling sick on the day of departure and the staff very kindly facilitated a later check out. Will definitely stay there again when in Lisbon.

The bathrooms were a bit run down.

Good location close to lots of tourist sites. Breakfast was very good. Lovely towels in bathroom. Comfortable beds.

Lighting in the bedrooms was very dim.

Café da manhã bem básico. Poderiam melhorar a variedade de pães. E o fato de colocarem no dia anterior, o pão não fica fresquinho no dia do consumo.

Spaciousness, location

Single bathroom, central heating did not work (reliance on oil heaters which were small, didn’t heat up room quickly or enough)

the breakfast was fine, the location was fantastic.

I did ask for extra towels and was told they would be delivered but never received them. We are not used to using the same towel for 3 days especially when the towels we used never really dried when hung. we found the bed pillows too soft and not enough filling.

Suite was well appointed. Breakfast was fine, accommodated our needs.

Property literature in the room should be updated for a much better presentation. Info should also be communicated at the time of arrival.

Excellent host who helped us promptly if ever needed. Very roomy and clean.

Excellent location - well supplied with breakfast supplies and towels.

O café da manhã é um pouco simples.

Brilliant location. Not far from the pink street and Time Out for quirky bars and great food. Near the waters edge. Easy access to buses and metro and on the famous 28 tram route. Flat is very clean. They got me gluten free bread which was nice.

Great location and close to the cruise port, you could walk. Great for a family of 6. We were able to drop off our language at 10am, which was nice so we could go explore. Lovely bread, fruit, cheese, and drinks provided.
