Location was great! Great little cafe below the apartment. apartment was spacious. great to have a washer/dryer in the unit.

The day we were to check in we were told one of the two showers was not working and the dishwasher and garbage disposal was not working. There were 5 of us so this was very disappointing. The working shower had a major issue with water not draining. Within minutes of running the water, had to shut it off to let it drain for fear of it overflowing onto the bathroom floor. The kitchen sink also had issues and would not drain. The owner responded to my concerns but didn’t resolve anything. on our last day she said a plumber was coming, but he never arrived. it got so bad that my husband had to spend time unclogging the kitchen sink with a plunger and pulling clumps of hair from the shower drain so we could use it. we were extremely disappointed. The apartment also had a very musty smell to it, especially the bathroom with the broken shower. The other bathroom had visible black mold on the ceiling which I told the owner was a significant health concern. I would not stay here unless you are provided proof that these issues have been resolved. for us, they impacted our vacation.

Excellent apartment, exactly as described. A really central location for the old town, trams, metro and buses. Apartment is fully equipped with everything you need.

While you can't hear too much road noise, this is not the case when the trams pass - you can feel their vibration as they pass. We are light sleepers and the cafe/bistro below woke us every morning when the music was turned on

The apartment is huge, location is great. walkable to many sites and attractions in the area. we stayed as a couple and it was much larger than what we needed as we were not in the apartment much.

the second bathroom had a strange smell coming from it so we kept the door closed.

Superb apartment, very modern, excellent location, and all utilities you need are included. We will come back. Host was very helpful, welcomed with a treat and very fast in response. Check-in and check-out extremely easy.

The only bad thing was that the host could not meet us at arrival and instead send a friend that was not polite and a bit unfriendly.

We had a great stay in the apartment. It is in great location and very easy to access anywhere in Lisbon from it. It was well equipped with everything we needed. The apartment is large and very comfortable.

The property was bug, clean and had everything we could possibly need. Location was great.

The tram outside can be a bit noisy but everyone else in my family had no problem sleeping through it.

Loved staying in this beautifully modern, clean and spacious (really spacious) apartment in the heart of Lisbon! Walking distance to everything - landmarks, bars and restaurants, train station and bus stops. The apartment has everything you need - great wifi, washing machine, dishwasher even a great view of the world famous No28 tram roaring and rattling through the street. Excellent and helpful communication before, during and after our arrival. Highly recommend!
