Dieses 1000 m² große Haus wurde 2017 erneuert.
Mein Vater und sein Vater lebten in, nachdem sie sich nach New Smyrna zurückgezogen hatten. Mit ca. 1. 5 Hektar Grundstück gibt es genügend Parkplätze und Sonnenbad.

Es verfügt über einen großen 75 x 10 großen Pool, der überdacht ist und zu dem Sie gemeinsam mit den anderen derzeitigen Gästen der 2 anderen Häuser auf dem Grundstück Zugang haben.
Mein Platz ist 3,5 km vom Strand entfernt, ca. 1 Stunde von Disney World, den Universal Studios oder dem Kennedy Space Center. (Raketenstarts vom New Smyrna Beach aus sind großartig) Auch viele Restaurants und Restaurants, familienfreundliche Aktivitäten, Nachtleben und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Sie werden meinen Platz wegen der Menschen, des Außenraums und des Lichts lieben. Mein Platz ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern). Bringen Sie Ihre Fahrräder mit und fahren Sie jeden Tag zur Main Street, zum Fitnessstudio und zum Strand.

Es gibt einen Winn Dixie etwa 3 Blocks von zu Hause entfernt für bequeme Last-Minute-Bedürfnisse und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten innerhalb einer Meile. Post, Apotheken und Banken sind nur wenige Blocks entfernt.

Older home we’ll maintained. Teens loved the pool! The ability to have both the beach and the Universal Adventure within a reasonable distance of residence was “Great”! Host was available and responsive to all requests. Would happily stay here again.

We came down for the Daytona 500. It was the perfect place for 4 of us. The only minor complaint is it either needs an outlet in the small bathroom or a mirror in the second bedroom. Like I said…minor. Other than that it was great! Kim was very nice and responded quickly to any questions.

Absolutely wonderful rental beautifully decorated amazing pool. Wonderful caretaker absolutely perfect. Kim was amazing very attentive very helpful with local attractions. This is the second time. I’ve stayed on this property and my family and I will be back time and time again the pool is amazing. The house is beautiful it is so spacious. We stayed with five people and had a blast, I will continue to go to this property. The beds are so comfortable. The kitchen is so spacious with the separate laundry as well. We only had to pack for a couple of days. The shopping is great in this area, so are the nature tours and the beach you’re so close, but yet out of the hubbub , I recommend this property to single families as well as anyone else. Looking to stay in the new Smyrna area.

Upon arrival I was extremely disappointed in the overall appearance of this unit . In font of the house that appears to be poorly added on top was an older camper within feet from our door along beside an old outbuilding in a not so nice neighborhood. I never even went inside I was so disappointed with the exterior and surroundings. I found a beach front condo larger than this unit through a local vacation rental agency that was the same price as this unit. The owner was kind enough to refund the cleaning fee and non usage of power.

Great peaceful experience besides motorcycle coming in at early hours in the morning unexpected. A bit sketchy with boarded up house next door. Kim was wonderful and I can’t wait to stay again

Came from Indiana for girls week and grandsons wedding. The house is a bit dated but nothing bad. Disappointed the solar was damaged by hurricane so pool was not heated. Kim, manager, was very friendly and helpful. Would probably rent again

The property and location are as described and very comfortable. The owner and manager are what make this rental great. They accommodated our needs and we’re very supportive. We came away as friends.

Great location ! This place was perfect for what we needed. We stayed over Thanksgiving and had a couple friends over. Kim was so nice and got an extra table and chairs for us. 8 minutes to the beach and grocery store right around the corner. If you get a chance eat at Norwoods Treehouse and Blackbeards. Kim also mentioned a French bakery but we never made it 😢. The place is low key and very comfortable.

Nice stay

Comfortable and quiet
The rooms were clean and spacious. Bathrooms and kitchen were especially nice. There was a place to eat outdoors by the pool. We liked the quiet neighborhood. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Great Stay
The neighborhood was quiet during our stay and the beach and grocery stores were a short drive away. Gene, Tim and Kim are wonderful and work very hard to make sure you have a great stay and that you have all that you need. You are in good hands with them.

Gene was accommodating and helpful, the place is shared with other rentals on the same property but set up well that is doesn't bother you or other party’s. Over all a great experience and great price!

just a really nice golf getaway place!
Everything is well managed and maintained! Loved the location and easy accessibility to the area. Very friendly staff and very comfortable accommodations. Well stocked and nothing left out! Would definitely do this again!

Snow birds
My husband and I decided to spend several months in Florida (5 to be exact) while our new home is under construction.
We chose the pool house because of its location and size. We were quite comfortable here. The rooms were large and well supplied and both the property manager and cleaning lady were charming and available for any needs.

Handicapped friendly accommodation
Very handicap friendly stay.
Roomy and even has a handicap shower stool available, and a walk in shower, which i didnt expect. My son is autistic and in a wheelchair.
New symrna beach is on of the few " ramp" access beaches.
Having a washer and dryer available was so nice, due to my son and his disabilities, it was very much needed.
Staying here was like a home away from home.
Plan on returning next year.
Onsite staff was very friendly and was available if needed.
Short ride to the beach and shopping to the main shopping district by the beach.
Not far from Aldi, winn dixie, publix, walmart, drug stores and fast food services.

Very close to beach
This place was clean and very close to the beach. The kids loved staying here where they could swim in the Olympic pool anytime! Definitely would stay here again.

Clean & Convenient
This property is clean, convenient and spacious. The pool is lovely. The kitchen is well appointed. We would have enjoyed a couple more pillows and perhaps a few more towels.

Great location
Great location and was perfect for our family trip. The pool out back was awesome. Furniture is a little outdated and not many kitchen utensils/pots and pans. There were some areas that were not as clean as we would have liked, but we also did ask to check in early so I am not sure if that had something to do with that. Overall this place was everything we needed and would stay here again!

Property needs updating, especially in the kitchen! Cooking ware is so warped very hard to cook with a electric stove. Sofa was from the 80s! No potholders, had to ask a neighbor for one when I baked a pan ans uses a towel in one hand and pot holder in the other! Very loud water pressure connected to the washing wachine! Was woke up from my vacation at 730am a few times from the wash machine being started!

Nice…despite a few issues
First of all the positives…Great location & convenient to the beach and whatever else you could possibly need. Loved having a pool that was only shared with the other guests on the property. Nice size TVs and loved being able to do laundry in the attached garage area. Charlie(property manager I think) was AMAZING. He was available to help with any issues that came up and quick to resolve them as quickly as he could. However, we did go 2 days without hot water which was an inconvenience for the 5 of us staying there. The addition where there were 2 single beds had NO A/C and it was HOT. We left the double doors from the living room open, but it was still too hot to sleep in the room. So this was an issue when having enough beds for us all. The fold out loveseat in the master was old, dirty and broken and this was the same for the living room sofa. We ended up putting sheets on top of just the top of the sofas so that at least 1 kid could sleep on each. Since the room with no air couldn’t be used we then had the one remaining child sleep in the master bedroom with us. The decor and the furniture all needs to be updated to say the least. Despite the negatives, we would definitely return and stay again. We just hope some much needed improvements would be done prior to our next visit.

Beautiful lot, perfect spot
I enjoyed my stay in the main residence with my family and my husband's elderly parents.
The house attendant was more than helpful around the property and knowledgeable of local eateries and where there is fishing.
The residence was clean and welcoming. The decorating was dated but in it's time fancy.
All in all this was a great location to make fanstastic memories.

nothing to like, the place is a dive, it was like living in the Twilight
Was like living in the
twilight Zone! Pool is nasty, dishwasher was nasty, with dirty dishes. When the guy weed whacked around the door, the grass clippings came in the living room.
