Super location, balcony looking right out onto the Ramblas and the beach. Apartment had everything one would need for a week's vacation.

Early morning market noise - can't be helped of course. Lack of comfortable seating. Clikclak only. No small oven. No cushions on the balcony metal sofa and chairs.

Appartement très bien situe, taille correcte, avec une belle vue. Instruction par mail correcte pour accéder à l'appartement.

Pas de WiFi du séjour malgré le mail envoyé à l'agence ou propriétaire qui n'ont même pas pris la peine de répondre. La prise dans la chambre nous a cramé un chargeur de portable.. Une odeur de cigarette dans les toilettes à notre arrivée qui a durée tout le long de notre séjour. Dit accès au fauteuil roulant, compliqué avec la bordure pour accéder à la terrasse. La propreté laisse à désiré ( grille pain, bouilloire certains meuble avec de la rouille, poignet meuble salle de bain... ) Personnellement ce n'est pas un appartement pour faire un long séjour. Dommage de devoir payer en supplément draps, serviettes, parking.

Good location, responsible hosts

Sadly the appartment was not very clean, no any clutters/ kitchen paper, anything to clean the table after yourself.

The apartment is in a good location, close to everything and with a sea view from the balcony. It's fine for a couple or two friends to stay for some days. We received a code and the key automatically what made it really easy.

Before booking there was no information about an extra fee for towels and sheets, however, after confirming you get this information and we were said to leave the money on the table. After contacting booking about this they told us that is it not OK and the owner told us that we don't have to pay. There was no dishwasher cleaning product as well as no product to clean dishes by hand, and no kitchen towels. There was a little mold on the walls in the bedroom.

Good location and cheap, if you have your own bed sheets and towels.

You have to pay extra for the bed sheets and towels. The linen kit is 20€, which it's expensive if you are just staying for a night. The cleaning can be emproved. Very noisy street (not their fault).
