Great property, very very well equipped. Nice rooms, nice location and friendly hosts. The parking is good, the kitchen had everything you might need and more. It was nice and cosy for us as we had a winter stay.

It was difficult to find - a sign by the road would be helpful. One bedroom has low beams.

What a lovely little (but big) pigeon loft. lovely place to stay. very well equipped.

nothing at all. having a big American truck leaving the house is a bonus having the traffic lights 2 metres away to press the button.

Very Clean Light and Airy Characterful Toys were appreciated

Tepid water throughout property for our nearly 3 week stay plus heated towel rail didn’t work for two of those weeks; we did raise these issues early on but were told ‘it’s because it’s a combi-boiler’ - eventually a plumber was called but still didn’t fix the hot water (we were told the cause was due to recent storm damage, but no compromise was offered). No change of towels offered in our nearly 3 week stay (we decided to buy our own). No extra cleaning offered for the duration of our stay. Sally’s husband at least tried to be helpful, however to our mind, Sally was dismissive of these issues.

Really easy to find and the parking was right next to the property really easy check in. All the facilities were fantastic. I love cooking and the kitchen was lovely. Incredibly spacious living space, bathroom and bedrooms.

Had loads of choice of DVDs to watch but did not manage to use the playstation dvd as there were no instructions.

Very comfortable, a beautiful characterful space with a lovely garden.

One of the beds was a little too hard for one of us - but this might suit others.

Lots of room and character. All the essentials and lovely garden. Nice and quiet. My son thought he had a royal bedroom! Good Pub and Malaysian Chinese takeaway 2 doors down. Close to lots of attractions. Wish could have stayed longer.

Some low beams. Fine for all but the very tall. And part of the character. A little difficult visibility wise, getting out of the drive on to the main road. However can park right next to cottage and nice big parking area so can turn round.
