Quiet, clean, large room with separate bathroom and toilet. and staff are very helpful. I would recommend who don’t like the city. Just 3 $ Tuktuk to the center of Siem Reap. Food was great

Det endra bra var storleken på rummet.

Poolen var helt grön, omöjligt att bada i den. Första rummet vi fick hade en A/C som droppade vatten och hittade en stor spindel. Nästa rum var bättre, men A/Cn var för stark även på lägsta nivån. Täcket andades inte, så det blev för varmt med det på, för kallt utan. Färg faller av från både väggar och tak. Gymmet är i princip obefintligt. Bilderna är nog väldigt gamla, hela stället är mycket mer slitet idag. De tar på tok för mycket betalt jämfört med vad du får.

They wash glass in the restroom (wc) and they dry glasses with the our dirty towel in front of our eyes !! They dont even change it :/

El alojamiento fue increíble y sobre todo, destacar el personal, muy servicial y amable.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and efficient with their service. On top of that, the rooms were very beautiful and clean. It's located at a quiet, safe private area for you and your family with kids.The foods were also restaurant-quality.

It’s quite a distance from “pub street” but that does make it the perfect stay for when you need to get away and take a break from Siem Reap’s nightlife.

Beautiful location outside downtown Siem Reap. Property will help arrange pick up and drop off into town. Our room was enormous with high ceilings and a soaking bathtub. Would love to stay here again.

staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for you, the pool area was lovely and the rooms were really nice. The shuttle from the airport was a nice touch too! everything very cheap including drinks which were nice by the pool and we practically had the place to ourselves. the staff are definitely what makes this hotel.

The food was very average, didn’t have a lot of the items listed on the menu or the food would come out differently. also the gym is poor we didn’t use it. location wasn’t the best quite far out from everything but none of these things would stop me staying again.

The staff at Cheata Residence were amazing - so friendly, extremely helpful and attended to all our needs. Great pool, breakfast and really nice and spacious room.

it’s located far 4 km away from the downtown so if you want to stay quiet and calm place no doubt just come here. There is free pick up and drop off service. All facilities are nice especially the pool. Friendly and welcoming staff will help you as well as you want. Cheap and tasty cocktails are served. Also breakfast is optional and portions are much.

Quite, Clean and friendly staff

We really liked the large bedroom, the appearance and style of the residence which is faithful to the pictures, and the silent and chill location. Very relaxing!

We probably arrived during a slow restart of business operations after pandemic restrictions. Hot water is not very reliable (we did not understand if the issue is because it is warmed up by solar panel, or anything else). Internet sometimes is fast, and sometimes crashes every few seconds, not stable enough for calls (there is mobile internet coverage, but not all operators are good). Sometimes difficult communication with the members of the staff, but in general they are always available for help and do their best. Location is isolated from the city center, but still reachable with tuk-tuk for little money in about 15 minutes. Extra services may have much higher prices compared to the rest of the city (e.g. laundry, spa and massages).

Nice resort, clean area and rooms. Comfortable bed, room was cleaned everyday. Nice pool area. Friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast only and only Khmer food available. No problem for us, cause I have a Khmer girlfriend but maybe western tourists don't like. Shower was often cold.

The best place to stay in Siem Reap if you want to relax away from the city center's huss & buzz in a lovely village area! The personnel was extremely helpful, friendly and warm-hearted so we felt more like at home than in a hotel. They picked us up from the nearby bus station and helped us get tuk-tuk's for temple visits. The rooms are very big and comfy and the pool area is luxurious. There is a local market, small beverage shops and a family laundry within easy walking distance. We were so pleased with our stay that we booked one extra night on the spot.

Everything is great for the price

Like the room becus of big room space and big bed. Poor service with no response and ignore when I asked for hot showering, clean the rain drop in front of the room, the water is not clean, not really clean floor. Not really hygiene when I saw the breakfast. There’s fly roaming around the table and only few option for buffet breakfast. Bad road condition and small space for car park. WiFi not working and pool is not clean. Not worthy with the price at all. As local, wont be there again and never after I heard everything build based on foreigner taste from the owner when local customer give complaints.
