Wonderful property with everything you need including a short walk to lake. Really enjoyed stay. Bedrooms upstairs extremely hot in sunny summer weather though with no AC.

We stayed here for a football tournament- 2 families combined. Very comfortable, everything we needed and space for everyone to spread out. Amenities near by were fantastic.

Great place to stay in Taupo. Big enough for multiple families or large group of friends, as there are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms so everyone gets their own space. Living area is nice to hang out in, with an open plan layout and views of the lake from the balcony. Convenient location

The oven was filthy inside and on top and there was food down the side of the oven and old food in the fridge

is very well stocked with crockery and cutlery we enjoyed our stay . needs a bit of tidying up.

Room-a-Plenty!
Great house for family & friends. Lovely upstairs area opening out to a large balcony with an awesome view of the lake. Downstairs having another 3 bedrooms , kitchenette and extra toilets/showers is a big plus! Being so close to the local shops/pub /takeaways is an asset. We were here for a sporting event so to come back and not have to go out anywhere is awesome. Lovely house to stay at.

Great for groups
Great space to share in summer. A bit tired in places, but fine. Queen beds were on the firm size. Close to lake and away from busy-ness of town. 4 square is 2 mins walk.

Overview of property in Taupo
House served our purpose for our stay. Great location and views of Taupo amazing. HOWEVER The cleaning of the property needs to be reviewed. Had to clean all bathrooms before I allowed my family to use them, cobwebs in every room, found medication under one of the beds my grand daughter slept in. NOT IMPRESSED. Blind on door in lounge upstairs had cord broken which was left on the floor under the breakfast bar. I would totally review your cleaners cleaning process. Heaps of room for the family. Downstairs was a bit dark but served its purpose.

Good location, close to lake. Property is a good size, but needs updating. Can improve on cleanliness. Overall good value for money.

It is very basic
Arrive at the house. It wasn’t clean the floor could have done with a good vacuum. The linen was left on the bed for the guests to make the duvet covers on the beds had stains on then. They could do to buy some new ones. The toilet in the upstairs bathroom leaks. The downstairs TV room I wouldn’t sit in there it was non inviting. The whole house needs a good clean and tidy. I wouldn’t stay there again or recommend it to others the only good thing it had going for it was the view.

Family weekend
It was a great place for a family weekend. Unfortunately the cleaners had not turned on the hot water tank so it was cold when we got up in the morning. The sign for the switch is way above head height so not easy to see and not mentioned in the notes about the house. Despite that we had a good weekend.

Such an easy process and great communication. Property was perfect for our needs, wish we could have stayed longer. Close to town but not too close, beautiful views. Perfect for a group or extended families.
Will definitely keep in mind for next trip to Taupō.

Very handy, good parking and lots of room. Good views from the deck. The interior is quite dated however, seems overdue for a freshen up.

Size of the house was great for us and the extended family and it was very well stocked with crockery, cutlery etc. Would have liked to have seen electric blankets on all the beds as it was Taupo in winter! Also my daughter needed Wi Fi for her work and we couldn't connect as the password on the modem was incorrect and didn't get the correct password until the next day.
