Great house, lots of space, nice secluded yard, well stocked kitchen and grilling tools, very comfortable master bedding. AND Bob was absolutely totally immediately responding to any request we had. The question would we stay there again-cannot think of reason not too!

This was hands down the best VRBO experience I have ever had. Robert is an incredible host, extremely easy to communicate with, and made the check in/out process very easy.
The property is absolutely incredible, and I caught myself and my family saying ‘wow’ multiple times when we first checked in and walked around.
Extremely easy access to the beach, Publix, gym, and the interstate. The neighborhood is in a great location and quiet at night. I highly recommend Robert and his property, he is the exact reason why I prefer VRBO over traditional hotels.

We enjoyed staying at this lovely house. The owners were very responsive. It was spacious to stay in even in one in a thousand years torrential rain. The skylights were a great plus on a raining day. We will definitely come back and stay to visit with family and friends.

It was clean - big space - had everything you need

Our family of 5 rented this home while visiting Florida. The owners were very communicative and we were greeted upon entry to a bottle of wine and a plate of strawberries. A nice touch but somewhat soured by the very strong smell of pot that permeated the home and took days to air out. The living spaces are large and comfortable but the bathrooms leave much to be desired. The master bathroom was very large, attached to the bedroom and could have been pleasant but the water closet lacked a door and so only one person could be in the space at a time if you wished for privacy. The shower was dated, had missing tiles and took a very long time for the water to heat. The second bathroom smelled of sewage and was very unpleasant. Location was convenient and outdoor space was nice, but if traveling with young children be aware, there is a channel of water that runs behind the home and it is not fenced off. I am glad I explored behind the bushes in the backyard before letting my kids wander around. Not being a Floridian, I am not used to motes of water running alongside homes and this one hidden behind the bushes was a surprise. I would not return to this home nor recommend it.

I want to thank our lovely hosts for an amazing vacation. We were so fortunate to find this jewel. The hosts went above and beyond helping us get our bearings. Everything you could want was right there. Beautiful beach, fun shops and great food. The home was bright, nicely appointed, and immaculate. We will be back hopefully very soon. A five star experience!

Property, as advertised, Robert was very responsive and communicative. Check in extremely easy. Location is extremely convenient to shopping center, restaurants, bars supermarket all within 5-10 min walking distance. 10 minutes drive to Boca, 20 minutes to Delray. Safe neighborhood and home. Hot tub was great, all rooms plenty big enough, kitchen supplies adequate, everything works! Outdoor space fantastic! Great for family or adults. Beach was a 15-20 minute walk down Hillsborough Ave. All in all, great value for the money, clean and safe neighborhood. Highly recommend.

I STONGLY RECOMMEND NOT RENTING FROM THIS OWNER. IN MY VIEW HE ONLY WANTS YOUR MONEY.
The owner refused a reasonable request to alter the reservation which made it impossible to stay at the property. He cited inflexible and unreasonable rules to take our money even though we couldn’t stay at the property and refused to offer any concessions. Don’t be fooled by any reply. I am extremely disappointed and would never rent from him again. I strongly recommend you don’t rent from him.

Wonderful property, great location, delightful hosts
My family and I stayed here on a last minute booking and we only wish we were here longer. The home has everything we needed and lots of cozy comfortable home touches. Location is perfect. Super close to the beach and amenities. Hosts were responsive and also respectful of our privacy. We will definitely be back! (Thanks again!)

Wonderful Vacation in Deerfield Beach
We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It is comfortable, clean and well decorated. Deerfield Beach is a charming beach town between Palm Beach and Miami with a laid back feel. The beach is perfect without high rises blocking the sun.
The property manager was friendly and efficient.

Happy Times at One Little Harbor Way
This home was the perfect place for our stay. We spent lots of time enjoying the outdoors. The covered patio was just right for BBQing, cocktails and lounging in the spa. This is an easy location to explore the local sights from. The beach is walking distance, fishing from the Deerfield Pier is fun, and don't miss Deerfield Island. WE WILL BE BACK!

Great property and location
Really good value for a nice property in a great location. Front of house landscaping could use some cleaning up but that had no impact on our stay. Property manager was great to deal with and house was in good shape, no issues.

Beach family vacation
The location of this property is great! We had easy communication with the owner and the house was big enough for the whole family. Very close to the beach, about a seven minute drive there. very close to a lot of stores (Walgreens, Publix, Starbucks) as well as being in central location of a lot of restaurants. The jacuzzi is a big plus for those who would rather stick around the home instead of the beach.
However, being that we paid so much for this property, I would have expected it to be a little bit more clean especially paying a hefty cleaning fee. This is not the owners fault but rather the cleaning crew that is hired. Simple things like the floor being mopped and dusting cobwebs would go along way. Also, the furniture should have a good cleaning as well as all the couches were cloth and turning black.
Overall the home was a good choice for a beach family vacation but I would expect certain fees to be used properly and thoroughly when cleaning and maintaining a home.

Very old-not worth price
Although location and property manager were very good, the property itself I would give 1 star.
The AC didn’t work for a day, hot tub was unusable for 2 days, bathroom sink had hose burst and flooded, very musty smell on back patio area and rusty screened patio, landscaping non existent. The inside had very old uncomfortable furniture, dirty windows, dusty blinds, dishwasher soap container broken.
In addition to all of that, maintenance for hot tub showed up unannounced and walked right into patio while my family was enjoying hot tub (could’ve made for very “awkward situation”)
When asked if I would be compensated for inconveniences (I had mentioned possibly Gifts cards to area restaurants) their offer was moving my checkout time from 11am to 2pm (I found that on border of insulting considering what I spent to rent for month)

Perfect location
This was our second time renting this property. The home is very comfortable & cozy, perfect for the three of us. Location is a short distance from family and the beach. Outdoor space was great for hanging outside, unwinding after the day. The house has everything you need..

Robert was quick to respond to my communications. And a little word of advice--for a real "Ahh! That feels good moment"--soak in the hot tub for 20 min. or so and then lay in the pond/pool. Just perfect for those muggy Florida nights. I had a great stay.

Beautiful house with stylish design
This house is jem that is located close to the Deerfield beach. It easily accommodated our family of 6. Very clean. Richard was very attentive and helped with all questions we had. House has beautiful design and makes me feel like Im in 5 star hotel room. Beach is 5 minutes drive and has few restaurants in walking distance. Will definetly stay again.

Great location
Our family of 6 stayed for a long weekend. Great location, close the the beach. My youngest 2 kids enjoyed using the hot tub as a splash pool (we didn’t turn on the heat). Nice screened in back porch area. Robert was quick to respond, easy to work with & kind to us.

Great getaway!
We had an amazing time at this property! It was close to the beach and so many good eats! The house was as described and in wonderful condition! Might I add super clean!! Nothing beats walking into a fresh clean smelling home! Robert was fast and efficient with responding! Such a great host! Would def recommend to family and friends!

Spacious lovely home with ALL kitchen needs
Everything was exactly as represented. Two major things made this a nicer experience. The owner/property manager immediately responded to any communication totally eliminating any problems. Second was the fact the place, unlike so many others, did not have the pantry cleared out. Assorted things left by previous renters, spices, tea, coffee, can goods eliminated the “usual” need to duplicate what we all have at home and need for a long stay. We contributed to the “pantry”!! Location was ideal with access to plenty of shopping, eating and recreation!!
