Beautiful home, great location and property management. Highly recommended!

Within walking distance of beach, shops and restaurants. Never used the car. Allowing our dog was also a huge benefit. A bit noisy on Saturday night until the club closed. We had a great weekend!

The house is large but cozy and updated. It was exceptionally clean and has all the conveniences of home. The location couldn’t be better within walking distance to everything. We enjoyed our stay from start to finish! The host is responsive and accommodating. We can’t wait to go back!

This house was amazing! Location was perfect, right on the main drag and walking distance to everything. We took this trip with our adult children and they all said they can’t wait to come back. The house was immaculate and everything you need is on property. We have absolutely no complaints and are already looking forward to next year!!

The house was beautiful and perfect for our family - we loved being in the middle of town and the walk to the beach was easy. The management company was very responsive to all my questions. Overall, we had a great family vacation and would definitely rent this property again.

We were supposed to stay at this property, but due to a situation out of everyone’s control, the house was not available. We found out an hour before we were going to head up to OGT. Maine Street was so great to work with during this crazy situation. They were honest and offered us a full refund or a different property. The new property was farther away from the town center than we wanted so they let us use the parking at the original house, which was key to us agreeing to stay at the new house. It saved our vacation. My kids are all adults now and are busy with college and grad school and us all being together is precious time! I can’t say enough about how easy and communicative Maine St was during and after our stay. When we peeked into the original house it looked awesome. And what a location!!! To be that close to all things Ogunquit - the Backyard and SoZap (best dumplings!) would be amazing! I also have to mention that at both properties you truly didn’t have to bring anything but your own food and personal items. The amount of space that is saved when a property truly has linens and towels and the kitchen and laundry basics is substantial. And my pup was also able to enjoy our vacation, which is important to us since she’s an old lady now. Highly recommend the property on Main St AND Maine Street Property Management.

We had a wonderful time relaxing in this house. Not only is it a perfect location, it had everything we could possibly need. The beds were super comfortable and the house was spotless. It was a great place to start and end the day after walking the Village. Everything was so convenient. Thank you for a great stay and wonderful communication. The welcome basket and personal note was nice to see when entering the home! A+++

Our party of six (four adults and two four-year-olds) had an amazing time in Ogunquit at this warm and lovely house! The location could not be beat, just minutes walking distance from shops, restaurants, Marginal Way, and the beach! The home itself had more than enough space for all of us and there were just a bunch of thoughtful touches that we appreciated, like a cabinet full of games, and a welcome basket full of supplies to get us started. The Mediterranean and Thai restaurants neighboring this house are also great! Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful home.

My family and I vacation every summer in Ogunquit. This house was perfect for us. We loved the location, walkable to everything. We hope to stay at this house again.

Best value in ogunquit for a real house (yard, totally usable kitchen, nice bedrooms, laundry etc.). Made staying with a family of 5 very easy, definitely could have had fit more people. Super walkable to beach, restaurants, etc. highly recommended the thai and greek places next door on either side. Gas fireplace was a huge plus during the random two days it was cold at night because of the storm.

Convenient, clean property. Had everything we were looking for in a house. Had a great stay and would return again. Location is close to everything. This location was a bit noisy, so if you're looking for a quiet spot, there may be better options.

The house was very nice! The location was great...we walked to everything in town and walked to the beach. The house was spacious, well appointed and comfortable! Bonus points for letting us bring our pup!

Very clean property 6 of us stayed in: kids, in-laws, and us. Five minutes to the beach and right in a middle of the town, 10 min. to the Marginal way. 3 min walk to the town market for all the basic necessities and a short drive to the supermarket in the next town. Everything necessary was provided by the property: linens, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent. Our dog also felt welcome with a little dog mat. Thank you!!

The property was exactly as pictured. It was spacey, very clean, and accommodating. All we truly had to bring here was food. Games, toiletry, and extra blankets and towels were provided. And with high functioning AC units we slept like babies. The home was within minutes of EVERYTHING! We parked and didn’t have to touch our cars the whole stay. And with a convenience store across the street, anything we forgot was a 20 second walk across the street. The beach was stunning, amazing shops, and great restaurants. We will definitely be back.

From the beginning of our booking this house to the moment we left, it has been wonderful!! Skye, the property manager, is amazing! The house was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed! The location is wonderful because you can walk everywhere and believe me, we did!!! This has been such an incredible weekend and we are hoping to rent it next year at the same time. Thank you Skye! Had a great stay. House was precisely as advertised. Easy in; easy out. We've stayed at five different motels in Ogunquit and went with the rental this time due to having a different set of circumstances. We did not regret our choice and will strongly consider this property in the future.

We loved everything about our stay here! The house was very comfortable for our family of four plus grandparents and pup. The location is perfect, we were so happy to ditch the car and walk to everything Ogunquit has to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the enclosed front porch each morning with our coffee from the shop across the street and planning our adventures for the day :) Skye is wonderful to work with, we hope to be back soon!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is in the ideal location to enjoy the town. Everything is walkable including the beach, the Marginal Way and all of the lovely shops nearby. The property manager Skye was really easy to connect with and very helpful. The house was perfect for our family of 5. Would highly recommend this property especially if you want to park your car when you arrive and never need it again!

The house was in perfect proximity to food, shopping, the beach, nightlife and the Marginal Way. Rooms were adorably decorated, tons of space for our whole family to eat in the dining room. There were lots of toys for the kids. Great having a washer and dryer and air conditioners in each room. We will be back! Skye was great to do business with.

I've been staying at this house for 4 years. I can say this is my best year so far. Everything you need is here. Parking right in town. Close to all the shops. Although the club is a few doors down you can barely hear anything. The few upgrades such as hear pumps in the rooms and a gas fireplace made sure every one was comfortable.

Clean, had everything we needed, easy access, and close to everything Ogunquit. To bad it was sooo cold we couldn't go out much. We found the dog park less than a mile away, so Blackie had a good time too. Wonderful to rent a home and avoid motels!

We had a great weekend in Ogunquit. The self check-in/out process was easy and convenient. The house was clean and provided everything we needed (linens, towels, coffee pot, hand soap, etc.). It was perfect for me and my 4 girlfriends. There was plenty of seating for chatting and hanging out. The location is perfect. We walked to shops, restaurants, & Perkins Cove. We can't wait to return next year, or sooner if we can!
