Top Objekt und alles problemlos abgelaufen

Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank auch an die netten Vermieter, dass ein so später Einzug möglich gemacht wurde!

L'appartamento molto pulito ed ordinato. Può essere difficile trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze, ma per il resto il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole The rooms are very clean and tidy. It can be difficult to find parking lots in the proximity, but all in all the stay was very pleasant .

Gerne würden wir in der Zukunft einen Familienbesuch wieder mit dieser Ferienwohnung verbinden!

Wir haben zu fünft diese schöne Ferienwohnung für 4 Nächte gebucht und waren rundum glücklich :D Es gab alles was das Herz begehrt und noch mehr. Die Lage ist perfekt wenn man Düsseldorf ohne Auto erkunden möchte. Die Bahn ist ganz nah und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Aber auch wenn man das Auto nutzt braucht man keine Angst um einen Parkplatz haben. Wir haben immer einen gefunden sogar nach 20 Uhr ;D Wir waren Fünf Personen, 2 Männer und drei Frauen und auch wenn es nur ein Bad gab kamen wir supi zurecht ;D Man muss sich nur absprechen ;) Im ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen. Die Vermieter waren auch lieb und haben uns alles erklärt und auch tips gegeben wo man gut essen kann und wie man am besten in die Stadt kommt ;) Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. ♥

Thank you for the wonderful place to stay! The owners met us at the door and explained all that we needed to know. The neighborhood was beautiful with transportation and shopping close by. Getting luggage up the stairs was a little difficult but not worth dropping the rating!

Hat alles super geklappt. Etwas schwierig ist, dass die Wohnung nur ein WC hat. Aber sonst alles top, die Lage ist sehr schön.

Meine Gäste haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt in der blitzsauberen und komplett ausgestatteten Wohnung :)

Nice house with all you need provided to have a great stay. The location is great, close to grocery stores and restaurants and an easy tram ride to downtown (10min). Thanks again for the hospitality.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It is only about a 3 minute walk to the tram, which makes it easy to get around Düsseldorf. A good supermarket is also just a short walk away. We would definitely rent this apartment again if we return to Düsseldorf The apartment is clean and equipped. Dieter our host was very nice and had lots of information about the area. Just a note. The bedrooms and bathroom is on the second floor and are reached by using the spiral staircases which may be hard for the elderly or those with limited mobility.

This was a fun place to stay with my family of four in Dusseldorf. Good communication and coordination from owner.

I stayed here in July/August 2017 with three of my students. The flat was clean, spacious, and centrally located with easy access to the main station and the old city. The flat was also well equipped with all of the comforts of home. We really enjoyed our stay!

15 min walk to Rhein River path, grocery stores a block away, the train to downtown also just a block away, the condo is nicely furnished though the colors may be a little outdated but almost everything you need for your vacation is there for you we are planning on coming back

We had a great stay: the location is very quite and connected to every service, the property is a wonderful townhouse clean and furnished with everything you might need for the stay, including wi-fi, dishwasher and laundry. Everything looks brand-new. Mr amd Mrs Schmitz are very kind people and they did everything possible to support our staying. Absolutely highly-recommended!
