A group of friends gathered to visit Austin during the eclipse. The home gave ample space for everyone with 5 bedrooms. Well stocked kitchen.
We had a hiccup with a broken bed but the property company dealt with it within hours. There was a noise issue with the delicious restaurant next door but was solved with free cocktails the next day!
The location was great for quick access to downtown.

The property, location, and check in/out process was great, however, the quality of the beds and other furniture was poor. Most of the beds were broken and there was one bed that was unusable because of that.

It was a good place to stay. It is right next to a BBQ place, but it wasn’t too noisy. It’s pretty close to everything (restaurants/bars are a short walk, scooter ride, or Uber).
Be prepared for a little loitering around the outside gate from the place next door. It wasn’t a big problem, but we had to ask a few people to move so we could get into the townhome Friday/Saturday night. It’s sort of a natural spot to stop if your leaving the BBQ place.
The town home was a little run down (marks along the walls, a crooked bed in one of the bedrooms, etc) and the outside areas weren’t clean (spider webs, dust, etc), but again, not a deal breaker.
The place was a good place to stay with a group and we didn’t have any issues. Really enjoyed the location!

The perfect stay for a girls weekend! The location was great. Close by to downtown and lots of fun restaurants. The place was clean upon arrival and check in was easy. Would recommend to anyone looking for an Austin getaway.

Overall a good place to stay for a bachelor party. Would have been ideal if it was a little closer to the heart of the city- I wouldn't say it is accurate to say it is walking distancce from Rainey Street. Otherwise, a great place to stay!

Great location and space for a group!
Overall great location and great correspondence. Perfect for our group of 9. The walls are a bit banged up and there is tape probably from many bachelorette parties before, but the space was good for our group and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again, thank you for the hospitality!

Cousins trip 2021
The house was so awesome it was secluded and the gate gave us the privacy we needed.
We felt like we were not even in a neighborhood. With the exception of the trash being full when we showed up and we had to haul ours away, everything was amazing. Close to downtown, grocery store and the restaurant next door was a plus. I would highly recommend this lovely spot to any group looking to getaway.

Nice house, convenient location, great for groups
10 of us went to hike and party in Austin. We had a great time. The house was nice and had everything we needed.

Almost perfect!
This is a GREAT property with even greater potential!!! We enjoyed our stay very much, and would recommend -- a few things (a specific list I communicated directly to Guest Spaces, the management company) could easily turn 4 stars into a TRUE 5 star space. Lighting is a big issue; there's great natural light during the day but Dimmer switches/floor lamps are badly needed, full length mirrors in bedrooms, etc. I BROUGHT MANY THINGS from my son's Austin home to make this place work for us for the week and then just took them back there when done. Again, all easy fixes: another example would be patios and patio furniture were dirty/unswept; again, that is a big "first impression" thing, and we just quickly spruced it up ourselves. All 9 of us agreed the beds were very comfy...it was a great value for a family wedding week in Austin.

Great access to downtown!
It's a 2plus mile walk downtown but we all enjoyed that walk everyday! The neighborhood is a bit noisy but we understood we're in the city and there's noise everywhere. Having food trucks around the corner was a plus for us. The home was very clean and met all of our needs, very clean and well equipped. It accommodated 7 of us comfortably.

Great time at QuiltCon!
The property was very clean and suited our needs. We had 5 women and 2 of us had husbands and everyone seemed to be comfortable. The neighborhood was a bit noisy but being close to the food trucks and other restaurants and comfortable walking distance (2 miles) to downtown made up for it. It was a great visit!

Great location in Austin with plenty of room
Even though I've listed some "cons", I would stay in this house again. The "pros" far outweigh them.
The Pros:
1. Good location with many great restaurants within walking distance. Downtown and other area attractions are a short drive. Airport is 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. Grocery store is a 5 minute drive, at most. The store has excellent selections and the prices are cheap.
2. Modern comfortable house with high end appliances. Plenty of room (and privacy) for 10 of us.
3. Very secure with an electric gate.
4. Room for 3 cars- one in the garage and 2 in the driveway.
5. Electronic key pad entrance to both the house and the gate-no problem upon arrival.
6. Plenty of soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each bathroom.
7. The instructions for arrival and departure were good.
The cons (the reasons why I didn't give it 5 stars):
1. The interior of the house (especially the main living area) needs to be painted. It looks like there were a lot of really fun parties there prior to us!
2. The trash bins need to be taken to the curb on Thursday night, and either no prior tenants were there recently on a Thursday night, or didn't put them out, so the trash bin was full upon our arrival.
3. We saw a few roaches in the house.
4. This could be either a pro or a con - there is a very popular restaurant next store which uses a wood stove to cook its meats. They are very respectful of the neighbors so I did not find the noise to be a problem.

Overall our stay did not meet our expectations based upon the cost and description. Key items were missing, grill tools, plunger, pans, etc. Bathrooms were not clean, several cockroaches, bedroom light bulb out, pans dirty, several bedroom doors either didn’t close or tough to open, and half eaten apple sitting on pantry shelf. Very loud restaurant next door and rooster that started at 4:45am every morning and stopped whenever he felt like it - should have been disclosed. Sleeps 10 but kitchen table for 6, despite perception in picture. Towels in dryer and cans on street despite arriving day after garbage day. Nobody is going to walk 2 miles to Rainey street from here, it needs to be removed from the title.

Exactly what we needed
This house was great and just what we needed. We had a 10 person Bachelorette party stay here and we had plenty of space. The house felt very spacious and open and bright which was great. We could have used a full length mirror or two or three given we had 10 girls in one place- but that was a minor issue. The master bathroom and downstairs bathroom are HUGE, but the main “guest” bathroom is a bit snug, but that is my only really “complaint”. We should have had more people sleep downstairs so the upstairs bathroom was not so crowded... minor details...
The check in process also could have been smoother. The house has a code on a gate and then on the door to get in which was great because people were arriving at all different times... however the instructions they gave us were not completely accurate... so we spent a good amount of time feeling dumb/confused standing at the gate “trialing/error-ing” different combinations of the code we were given to try and get in.
The kitchen space is beautiful if you plan to use it!! And there is lots of available seating for everyone, so it really is a great space to entertain. They have a good amount of pots of pans plates cups utensils, not a whole lot for serving purposes and we had to go out and buy some salt and pepper and oil.
I actually live in austin (the rest of the group came from out of town) so I can attest to This location being fantastic! So close to everything you need on the east side and central enough to still be close to downtown, the airport, and soco all at the same time. Right around the corner from lots of food options and yes it is minutes from Rainey street....But more like a 10 minute Uber to Rainey street. Also it must be noted that this is on a quiet enough street to sleep peacefully!! SPEAKING OF SLEEPING. I dunno where the beds are from, but we tried finding a tag on the mattresses when checking out because the beds were like SLEEPING ON CLOUDS! Seriously, super random, but everyone was like WOW THE BEDS are SOOO comfortable!
Last but not least guest spaces was very easy to communicate with and always super speedy getting back to me. They were also accommodating enough to give us a slightly earlier and later check out which was really helpful!
If you have a large group, this is a great place to stay!!

Bachelorette party in Austin
This property was perfect for 11 girls staying in Austin for a bachelorette! Amazing size and great location with a garage. Easy walk around for local bars and quick drive downtown. It was great!
