Maher and all staff go above and beyond to make guests happy. Huge variety of delicious food at the restaurant. Clean rooms and bathrooms and comfy bed. Very nice deck at the cruise with scenery views at the Nile river. Maher made our life easy through the well organized sightseeing visits including Abu Simbel Temple, High Dam, Philae temple, Sound and Light show at the Philae Temple in Aswan, Kom Ombo Temple, Edfu Temple, Luxor Temple, Karnak Temple, King's Valley, the Sound and Light show in Karnak Temple and Hot Air Balloon ride in Luxor. Tour guides were very cheerful and knowledgeable tour guides. It was Awesome! Thank you Maher for making our vacation in Luxor and Aswan on the Nile Carnival Cruise, unforgettable! The cruise has exceeded expectations in the highest level of service and friendliness. The food offered by the cruise was very versatile and always fresh and delicious. The crew was always very helpful, kind, polite and a friendly to be around! Although the boat itself has been around, it is beautiful and the facilities are great with a chance to take a dip on the sun deck in the pool, to massages, and ability to chill in the lounge. The additional sightseeing activities were just right and the guides were very informative. Overall, a wonderful experience and most certainly value for money!

The furniture in the rooms was a bit worn but this is the only thing that meets the eye.

Room very spacious (suites). Comfort bed. Have separate living room. Buffet breakfast lunch and dinner with variety of choices. All staffs are absolutely friendly. Got the room for 4 days 3 nights at only around USD450.. really a bargain.. really recommended to those who want to have nile cruise experience..

Only the downside is no free water except plain water. Hope the management can consider to also provide few types of free drinks like coffee tea, juice.

Hospitality and service are top notch and they really took care of our needs going above and beyond at times. It is an old boat with very basic decor and can’t be put into the luxury segment but what is lacking from the ambiance perspective, staff compensates that with their hospitality and service. Mr. Maher Aziz and his team made sure that we have a comfortable stay. My wife doesn’t eat meat so they used to make special Vegetarian Indian food for her during every meal. Amazing service and hospitality and we are really impressed. Thanks so much

Nile carnival cruise was amazing. we booked the 4 nights from Luxor to Aswan including sightseeing package. everything was organised well in advance. special Thanks to Maher and Romany who did an outstanding job. We got the schedule in advance, meal times are adjusted according to visits and return times. we had a guide for each visit depending on the city we are visiting, they were all on time and quite knowledgeable of the history. the view from the room was great. would recommend to others and would visit again. location of where the cruise stays at Aswan is 2 minutes to the train station, shops and markets.

This cruise was above and beyond my expectations. Mr. Maher, the director, accommodated our every need and request. It felt like a customized cruise experience! We had a private tour guide at every location which was so wonderful - we could go at our own pace and ask questions and get the most out of every site. Our tour guide in Aswan, Milad, was helpful and very knowledgeable. I really felt that he want us to learn about each place. I highly recommend seeing the Nubian Village- it’s very unique and colorful! Regarding the lodging, the rooms were very comfortable and more spacious than I expected. They were cleaned every day and the staff arranged the towels in cute shapes like swans on the bed. The boat was very stable (and quiet) which is something I was worried about since I’d never been on a cruise but I didn’t feel a thing, even while we were moving. We had our own table during each meal and the meals were all buffets. The food was tasty- much better than I expected, and the middle eastern food was especially delicious. They celebrated birthdays of the cruise guests with a lot of joy and enthusiasm. The sun deck on the roof was a great place to enjoy the view of the Nile while lounging or having a cup of tea. There was entertainment in the evenings but it ended early enough that it wasn’t disruptive to sleep. The bathrooms always had hot water and good water pressure. The staff was very friendly, accommodating, respectful, and helpful. But above all I have to say Mr. Maher was the best host ever. Before we got here he would answer all of our questions on WhatsApp with a call or text. He really adapted our tour schedule to meet the needs of our family and make it efficient since we were traveling with an infant. He arranged a day-use room for us on the last day since we had an evening flight and arranged all of our airport transportation. He even checked on us during dinner to make sure we were enjoying our trip. Overall this was a wonderful and memorable trip

The cruise is very good value for money. The room is big and comfortable and also the buffet food is delicious. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Mr Maher who arranged our tours and helped us with a private transfer at the end of the cruise. The tour package is valuable as you get private tours with excellent guides and it fits in very well with the sailing times.

I would recommend the Nile Carnival cruise to everyone who decides to cruise the Nile. The ship is beautiful. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated and extremely clean. The food on board is fantastic. Big praise to the entire ship's staff from management, restaurant staff, room cleaning staff (they did an amazing job daily) and everyone we met on the ship. Everyone is very friendly and always at your service and ready to help. They organized wonderful private trips and everything we wanted. Keep up the excellent work.

The general manager, Maher, checked on every passenger and ensured we felt welcomed, always present and available to everyone for anything! Both he and his staff were always attentive, present and responsive to any request! Every meal was exceptional and delicious. The buffets were closely attended by the staff, as was the wait service, always ready with a smile and available for any request. Staff bent over backwards to ensure our comfort and satisfaction! No complaints whatsoever except the trip was too short, would have loved sailing with this crew for many more days!
