Very nice room. Service was good. Small charge to allow for late check out.

Minor issues to improve on.

Ich habe ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade erhalten ansonsten ruhiges Zimmer, gute Matratze, sehr nettes hilfsbereites und hilfreiches Personal, schöne Dachterasse, gutes Restaurant mit fairen Preisen, Abholung vom Flughafen nachts hat perfekt geklappt. Bin rundum zufrieden.

Nichts

Der var rent. Værelserne var meget store og luftige, dog ikke særlig hyggelige. Der var det hele strygejern, el kedelig, box og masser dims på badeværelset Baren/restaurant på toppen hvor der en dag var levende musik. Det var svært at finde restauranter i Dar es Salam, så godt der var en rimelig god restaurant på hotellet hvor man også kunne sidde udenfor.

Dar es Salam er bare ikke en særlig interesant by, men det er jo ikke hotellets skyld. 😊

Excellent Location and room size

Air conditioner are not up to mark, breakfast menu needs upgrade. Lastly we found cockroaches in the closets and fridge area . Last one was a big disappointment

J'avais deja lu d'autres commentaires distanta qu'il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude... et je ne l'ai pas pris en compte, donc si ça ne dérange pas de prendre de douche froide y'a pas de soucis . Et j'ai trouvé un cafard dans la chambre.

حسن استقبال موظفي الفندق، وكبر مساحة الغرفة والحمام، وتنوع الإفطار، وقرب الفندق للكورنيش ولمحطة الفيري المتوجهة إلى زنجبار وقربه من المطاعم.

صادف يوم وصولي إقامة الحفلة الإسبوعية الصاخبة يوم الجمعة التي أزعجتني إلى الساعة الحادية عشرة ليلاً، وكان هذا مزعج للمسافر الذي يرغب النوم مبكراً هذا بالنسبة للفندق. أمّا مدينة دار السلام فالحقيقة أنّه لا يوجد ما يجذبك للسفر إليها، فلا يوجد بها أي معلم سياحي أو تاريخي رغم علمي بذلك مسبقاً لكن جعلتها ضمن رحلتي للتأكد.

The rooms are badly isolated. The call for prayer at 5:00 is an insured wake up call.

Was clean, everything worked, staff very friendly, rooms large and well maintained, bath exceptional, breakfast ok

Seems a bit misplaced in the neighbourhood

one of the employees would help to take your luggages from restaurant to the reception, but it took us about 5 mins to find them because employee decided to use the stairs while we used the elevator, which created a confusion where to find our luggages located because employee dropped them to reception without acknowledge. That was unsatisfactory for customer service. Moreover, there was $25 needed to be paid during our check-out, but the front-desk clerk refused to use the same card we used to pay the rooms but insisted to pay in cash, so where would be a record that we payed that $25? Such manner is not a good customer service at all.

There weren't reading lights by the bed and the overhead lights were too bright

Comfortable beds, superfriendly staff and spacious room! Nice towels and amenities in the bathroom. Coffee, tea an water in the room, very nice. Great cappuccino in the coffee bar downstairs:)

Beds are not too big, 1.60m at the most so a bit tight for 2 adults. Bathroom is badly lit.

Good breakfast with a lot of choice, staff very nice, room very clean with 3 beds.

The elevators were a little too small.

Break fast was excellent with good staff in the restaurant. Good service offered.

Waste water leaked in my washroom this was so horrible for me!

A lady who came to greet me at breakfast and a polite lady at athe reception when I was checking out.

A guy who did not cary my bag to my room when I arrived from airport at midnight.

I liked the fact that this Hotel was African Owned and that they had a cultural night each week

I didn't like the fact the bar closed before Midnight and that the hotel has a sister hotel and some drivers go their first before coming to The one I stay at.
