paid for premium suite no 1109 and got less than economy comforts. the bath room glass door was not there and it was an open to all situation the toiletry items incl tub gel/shower cap missing housekeeping calls took eternity to service. Disappointed .

Very friendly staff in general and hotel was clean and tidy. Breakfast was perfectly decent.

However, pool area outside was not useable and only having two lifts for so many floors can lead to fairly long waits. Breakfast buffet was totally fine but lunch was a problem. Unless you wanted a huge buffet, you were out of luck. No option to order a sandwich (sometimes no a la carte menu ordering was possible), even through room service! Bit silly because most people don’t want a huge lunch if they’ll be eating out in the evenings etc. Bed very hard but that didn’t bother me.

No hot water in the shower on my last day. Pool was under maintenance.

Staff was excellent. Food was good. Bathroom good and spacey. Hot water

Bed was uncomfortable. Furniture visible rust. Foreign hair in the room. Couldnt regulate AC (was too cold).

Location is central, rooms are modern and clean.

The rooftop bar serves drinks with tap water ice, which isn’t suitable for international travelers. I have gotten the worse poisoning of my life after drinking a cocktail at the hotel.
