We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The house had everything we needed and the location is perfect! Thursday’s walk to the Farmer’s Market was a fun time. Lemon Bay Park’s walking trails were also a hit. We were close to so many beaches but Manasota Beach was our favorite for finding shark’s teeth. Check-I was a breeze. We would highly recommend this rental. Thank you Sandi for letting us use your home. Even though we had done cool days it was still much warmer than where we live! Preparing for a ice storm, should have stayed a couple of more weeks!!

The location to town was great. Could walk to Farmers Market, library, restaurants Kitchen very well equipped .

Very nice property. Owner was wonderful and checked on us after a week of our stay. We wish we could of enjoyed our stay longer, but had to head home 10 days early because of the corona virus.

Well equipped kitchen. Walking distance to downtown Englewood. Sandi was responsive to our calls. Just wished the master bedroom had a king bed.

We had a wonderful month in Sandy Villa! We have rented several different homes for a month in the winter between Cape Coral and Englewood. This villa was perfect for us, and we will definitely rent it again. The kitchen is fully equipped, ALL the beds are comfortable, and the amenities worked. We loved the location, though not on the water it is close to wonderful beaches and fishing spots. We could walk to the grocery store, the pharmacy, and to several restaurants and parks. The immediate neighbors were friendly and quiet. We had no trouble sleeping after spending the days in the Florida sunshine.

We had a nice stay at this property. It is conveniently located to restaurants, Dearborn St., parks, beaches and grocery stores. The property was clean and well maintained and we would be happy to stay here again.

This was my 1st experience renting with VRBO & will not be my last! I am very particular about what I do for vacation especially the accommodations. The owner was a delight to work with. The villa was BEAUTIFUL & very well laid out and supplied with all of our daily needs. The master suite was my dream master suite, especially the sliding doors out to the lanai. The bed was quite comfortable and there was amazing storage room for clothing. The downstairs quest room and bath were perfect. While we didn’t use it, the upstairs guest room was wonderful with two beds and dressers and a huge closet for storage and its own TV. Having never done this before, I over packed my car with “daily” items. The villa was supplied with everything we brought along. Not wanting to take it all home again, we put all of the supplied items in the cupboards and used our own. There were more than enough dishes, pots & pans, flatware, cooking utensils, serving bowls, towels, sheets, beach chairs, beach umbrella, shelling contraption, boogie boards, washer & dryer, etc. Plenty of closet & storage room; the living area was very comfortable; and, the lanai became my favorite place to be. I was disappointed (my own fault) not to be on a beach or to have a beach view, but the view from the lanai was so peaceful, I loved it. Truly a home away from home. The location of the villa was a little concerning at first, kind of off the beaten path. Turns out it was a great location with many beaches within a 15 minute drive and very quiet. The grocery store was literally 2 minutes away and we even found an adorable little ice cream store about 2 minutes away with awesome homemade ice cream (we put a magnet on the refrigerator for others to see). Only negatives for me – I wish the backyard was a little more private and I wish I could have stayed longer! While 2019’s vacation is already in the works for Italy, I will be in touch to stay in this villa again. Thank you for having us and for making our 1st experience very enjoyable & relaxing.
