Wir waren 2 Familien mit 4 Kindern (10 bis 17 Jahre) und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Haus. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und ausgestattet mit allem was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Der Pool ist klasse und zum Meer sind es nur ein paar Meter Fußweg. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, daher alles in allem klar 5 Sterne von uns für diese Unterkunft!!!

Utmärkt boende med pool och närhet till havet. Vi kan verkligen rekommendera Villa Silvio. Trevlig ägare som tog emot oss när vi kom och visade oss runt i huset. Kom även efter någon dag och kollade så att allt fungerade. Fullt utrustat kök och badrum till varje sovrum. Bra restauranger på gångavstånd samt bageri och närbutik. Hyrbil rekommenderas men ägaren ordnar transport från och till Splits flygplats i utkanten av Trogir. Restid ca 15 minuter.

Die Villa bietet alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Würden eś mit ruhigen Gewissen jedem weiter empfählen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die vorherigen Bewertungen beschreiben das Haus sehr gut und treffend. LG an Vermieter , haben uns sehr wohl in deinem Haus gefüllt. Vielleicht sieht man sich ja irgendwann mal wieder.

Us, 2 daughters and their friends and brother in law shared the villa for a week. The accommodation was perfect. Comfortable beds, great showers, air con, lots of outside space and a great pool for cooling off. A 15 minute drive from Trogir and easy distance from Krka and Split. The sea is a 2 minute walk, shops and tavernas 5-10. A great find.

Per the other reviews on this site, the property is extremely well positioned, extremely well organised, and extremely well looked after. Vjeko was an excellent host, making sure we knew where everything was, how it worked, and treated us to some much appreciated delicacies on arrival. The organisation of the property into self-contained units meant that our older children could have a good degree of autonomy, and there was plenty of space for our family of five to spend enough - but not too much - time together! Trogir is a must see, just along the coast. Take the boat from Camp Belvedere, as arriving by sea to the promenade is a fabulous way to see the town and begin exploring. Split is also wonderful, and also the Krka national park is worth a slightly longer trip out. All in all, an excellent holiday in an exceptional property.

We, a 3-generation family with 6 adults and 4 children ages 4-9 years, had a wonderful week in this House. The House is in a quiet area very close to the sea. The House is modern furnished and has all the amenities you could wish for. The outline of the House and the plot is perfect, despite the relatively small surface. The kids loved the pool and the adults enjoyed on the deck. There are plenty of outdoor areas and from the House is a lovely view of a Bay and You can see the sun setting in the West. Vjekoslav is a superb owner and housekeeper. His willingness to help and make our stay into an unforgettable experience knew no bounds. An example of this is that on our arrival was the fridge filled with miscellaneous foods and drinks. What a service! We want to give the best recommendations to this House. Janne / Sweden

We had the most fantastic week at this villa. Every aspect of this property is of the highest standard. The kitchen, particularly in the lower apartment is extremely well equipped and the air conditioning in all apartments is excellent. There were many many small, thoughful touches in the villa that made our stay even more enjoyable. The views from the villa are simply outstanding also. We visited for a week as a family of 8 ranging in age from children to grandparents. This Villa was perfect for us to stay together without us all being on top of eachother. The is so much outdoor space, with many different areas to spend your time. The pool is an excellent addition in which everyone delighted in spending their time.There is plenty to do in the local area, Seget Vranijca is a small and charming village with a number of restaurants. A water taxi from the little hatbour easily connects you with the slightly busier Seget Donji or much busier Trogir. Many thanks to Vuko who was an excellent host and very efficient in his communication prior to our arrival. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Danke für den super Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und nach neuesten Standards renoviert. Der Vermieter (Vjekoslav Vuko) hat uns einen herzlichen Empfang bereitet. Er kommt auch alle 2-3 Tage vorbei um sich zu erkundigen, ob alles ok ist. Handtücher, Badetücher, Bettwäsche, Kaffeekapseln !, Klopapier, Geschirrspültaps etc alles ausreichend vorhanden. Meerzugang über mehrere kleine Wege in 1 bis 2 Minuten über mehrere kleine Wege gut erreichbar. Würde sofort wieder buchen.

Ett stort fint och fräscht hus med flera uteplatser. Vänlig och hjälpsam husvärd. 2 familjer med tonårssöner som nyttjade poolen mycket som höll skön temperatur. Närhet till havet och bra restauranger.

Supernice Villa. Spacious, modern, luxurios and very clean. Perfekt in every tiny detail, we didn't miss anything. Best service ever by the host Mr Vjekoslav, who was available 24/7. If you spend your vacation at Villa Silvio you cannot be disapointed. /Pernilla

Very nice, clean and luxury villa (the two floors of the main building) and extremely nice and helpful host, Vjekoslav Vuko! We were two families from Sweden staying for one week in the beginning of July (4 adults, 4 children/boys, aged 9,10,12, 13). The villa was very well cleaned, including the swimming pool (set to 28 degrees), when we arrived and the host had even provided some delicate ham, bread, biscuits, wine etc. The standard is high and even luxury and even though our expectations were quite high, we were positively surprised. This hold true for the main building and outside area, the smaller house, however, has lower but totally ok standard. We can highly recommend the villa and the host! The villa and village is perfect for a relaxing vacation and it is also a good starting point to explore nearby Croatia. The village where the villa is located, Seget Vranjica, is small and calm, not a place for partying. It is conveniently close to the Split airport but not disturbingly close. There are cliffs (and some minor beaches), and small “piers” all around the peninsula on which the villa is located, with easy access to the ocean, and there is a path next to the water all the way around the peninsula. Not very crowded so it is easy to get access and get a place right next to the water that is very clear and clean. The villa is about 40 m from the sea (a small stairway up the street leads down to the water) and this location is also good for bathing (recommend it for a morning swim!). There is also a larger beach, with a beach bar and restaurants close to it, on the other side of the bay overlooked from the villa, but which typically is quite crowded. /Nicklas

This house was perfect for our two families with teenagers. We loved the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom and even though there were plenty of chances to swim in the sea or in lakes we loved having the pool and plenty of space to lounge around and chill out. The separate BBQ area was perfect for evenings. The house was very well equipt with all amenities (washing machine, drying racks, warm water outdoor shower, covered car parking for 2 cars etc) and things like soap, toilet roll, washing powder etc were all included and in good supply. There were also more than enough towels for 8 people to use at the beach and for showering. We were met at the house by Vjekoslav who showed us how everything worked and who had even prepared some snacks (cheese, cucumber, proscuttio and desserts) for us, along with beer wine and water. Just what we needed after arriving from the airport. Vjekoslav was very prompt and friendly answering all questions right through from initial enquiry to check out. Our only slight complaint would be that the wifi kept cutting out. Unplugging the router and reconnecting worked though so it wasnt too bad. The bedroom in the main apartment does not have air conditioning but we left the air conditioning in the main living area on and the bedroom door open and it was plenty cool enough. Also for families with smaller children there is only an outdoor staircase between the two upstairs bedrooms and the main area no internal way to get between the two areas but this was perfect for our teenagers who loved having their own space. The house is perfectly positioned in a small village (Seget Vranjica) close to Trogir. We loved that the tourists here were mostly Croatian. Yet we were close to the airport but heard no noise from passing planes and were close enough to make excursions to Trogir (15 mins) Split, Krka NP, Tubing on the Cetina river, Sibenik, and Primosten. Our longest drive was to Plitcvice NP which was 2h 45 mins away but well worth the drive. We were very satisfied with our stay here and can completely recommend renting this accommodation from Vjekoslav

Bedre hus til en famileferie er svær at finde. En stor lejlighed og 2 mindre. Masser af terrasser, den ene med en bedre udsigt end den anden. Automatiske solsejl og parasoller og en mindre swimmingpool. Alt i huset virker perfekt, lige fra airconditioneringen til grill, vaskemaskiner og opvaskemaskiner. Vjekoslav Vuko gør alt for at du får et mindeværdigt ophold. Køleskabet var ved ankomst fyldt med lækkerier: skinke, ost, kager, øl og vin.Det der gør dette hus bedre end så mange andre er omhuen for alle detaljer. SUPER!

Die ganze Anlage mit 3 Apartments, 3 Terrassen uns 2 Balkons ist sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet. Die Apartments sind luxuriös ausgestattet, vor allem das größte Apartment unten. Auch die Terassen lassen keine Wünsche offen - viele Sonnenliegen mit neuen Auflagen, große Sonnenmarkise, Terassen in Sonne und Schatten, großer Tisch mit Kamingrill, Sofa-Landschaft mit Bistro-Tischen.. Auch die anderen beiden Apartments sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir waren schon häufig in Apartments - aber diese Anlage ist wirklich außergewöhnlich - in jeder Hinsicht ! Der Vermieter ist alle 2-3 Tage vor Ort, sehr hilfsbereit und immer telefonisch erreichbar. Er war sehr freundlich, hat uns Empfehlungen für Ausflüge in der Umgebung gegeben und war immer um unser Wohl bemüht. Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub verbracht - und können die Anlage wärmstens empfehlen !

The house was an ideal place to spend the day, reading, swimming or walking nearby when not visiting the many beautiful places within driving distance. We travelled to Dubrovnik from here and did day trips to nearby towns. We also visited to the Krka national park where the many falls was very very beautiful. The owner was extremely helpful. Maison très bien équipée, neuve, moderne et lumineuse. Les chambres sont indépendantes, parfaites pour des familles avec ados ou groupe d'amis, grande terrasse avec vue mer et port. Piscine privée très agréable. La maison est mitoyenne mais sans inconvenient. Le village est un petit port tranquille, avec une fréquentation familiale sympathique, ambiance calme. on peut aussi se baigner depuis les petits pontons à 50m de la villa, eau transparente. Quelques petits restaurants à proximité. Proximité de Trogir, de Split, mais sans avoir les inconvenients de la foule touristique. Et surtout un accueil extraordinaire de Vuko, le propriétaire, avec un plateau de spécialités et vin de bienvenue, et une présence discrète, chaleureuse et efficace tout au long du séjour. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et vous le recommandons sans hesiter !
