The place was very clean and nice. The size of the room was really big and enough for 2 people. (Eventhough I was alone). Internet was perfect high speed.

The room is just near the street, you can hear the cars passing by and that is annoying. Also the heater is not working, and I was cold during the evening and early in the morning. But I used both of the blankets they had left for me. I forgot there were no soap for the shower or handwashing so you better get yours.

The building should be demolished.

The location itself was quite centric and had access to several transport services and places to eat.

The "hotel" is just a house that has been fitted to act as a guest house. It does the trick in the sense that it has rooms with beds and bathrooms but the place looks very sketchy and there are a lot of suspicious people in the vicinity

Room was comfortable

Disorganised. No instructions on how to access my room until an hour after my check-in time, despite many messages beforehand, room hadn’t been cleaned and cleaners turned up after I’d been in the room an hour. No soap. “Garden” view is view of car park (which floods when it rains), with a picnic bench where people sit and smoke and talk loudly all hours. Needed earplugs, noisy at all hours every night.

When we first read the reviews, we saw a lot of bad comments. So we were a little bit scared.. BUT, I will write here the most said bad comments and if they were still like this when we stayed here. 1) Noisy location?- No! The streets were very quiet. BUT in the early morning some man who came to do some repair? in the hallway listened to music VERY loudly and he also drilled the walls, and that was very noisy too.. 2) Location overall - It is quiet and has many good restaurant near it. But nothing special. If you want to have active vacation then choose some other place, if you want to pass by the city and need place to stay the night- perfect. 3) Was the room dirty? - Room was very clean. The bathroom was also very big and clean. 4) Parking - There was only one place behind the house where you can park for extra fee. we were fine with that, but if someone else would have parked there then we would have been without the parking place. 5) Was the check-in and check-out difficult/ poorly constructed ? - No! The check-in and check-out was independent. It made it very comfortable. 6) The staff/ personal- Very very friendly and helpful. They wrote back very fast so we were not left without answers. Overall rating: 7/10. Depends on what kind of vacation you want.

The rooms are in a pretty run down house and are equipped just with the bare necessities. I guess it's because of the budget nature of this "hotel" but the rooms are quite stripped down. There isn't even a place to hang your towels and there is only one light in the entire room. The small armchair had stains on it and overall the room didn't look very clean.

I should think a lot to tell something good about this room

Tv didnt work and WiFi password didnt work too. Not clean in room and view from the window for rubbish. Shower was stucked and water falled on the floor. Pressure of water in the shower was horribly weak. None of touch with owner of that property. Pictures on booking.com showed room as a perfect one but when I went into I was really in shock that its a room from booking.com

Nothing

There was fungus all over in the bathroom, the mattress was so dirty that even when it was covered with the white bedsheets the dirt still showed..i was offered just one pillow even though i made the reservation for 2 people. The TV remote had no functions, it was a total waste to have it in the room... under the bed was never cleaned , left over things were all over under the bed. I will never recommend this place to anyone even if it was for 1€.
