Chalet Strickland had everything we needed and was very spacious for our group of 11. Yuri was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after during our stay. We will be back!

amazing location! amazing house!

The chalet was very huge for 13 of us. The location is great. Easy to find and near to both Hakuba 47 and Happo One ski resort. The staff in charge, Lily was very friendly and helpful. She made sure all the arrangements were done efficiently. The facilities were great. Wifi, TV, 2 showers and 2 onsen to accommodate 13 of us, kitchen really big, parking space for 2-3 cars, big dining table for all us eat together, clean sheets and towels, toiletries, basic kitchen items were provided and many more. It was our first time in skiing in Hakuba and definitely not gonna be our last time since now we have our favorite chalet there!

The only problem we had during our stay there was the bidet for toilet and kitchen vent fan didn’t work. We had to open the window while cooking for ventilation.

Huge space and private onsens what more could you want. The open fire place was great to unwind and relax after a day of boarding. The location was a short walk from the main strip in Echoland which made the walk to the shops or bus very convenient. There is room for a you to park your hire car also! Our host lily was awesome on hand when ever we needed something weather it be firewood or questions in how to turn in the washing machine

The beds were a little uncomfortable and the heater in one of the rooms wasn't working but that was quickly fixed when we notified our host!
