朝食がおいしかった。特にフレンチトースト!キッチンに鍋、炊飯器、調味料が揃っていたのがよかった。

シャワーのみなので浴槽があればいいと思うが、近くに温泉もあり不自由はなかった。

自炊出来る。無料の朝食付き。朝食が日替わりの卵料理付きのパン食で、飽きません。 アパートメントタイプですが、言えばゴミ捨て、ベッドメイキング、タオルの交換をしてくれます。洗濯機・乾燥機は24時間使えます。

食器が重い。薄くて、丈夫で洗いやすい皿やボウルだと（コレールなど）、家事が楽になると思います。

部屋がとても綺麗で、期待以上の滞在でした。朝食がとても美味しかった！子供達も毎日ラウンジで遊んでいた。ゲームの部屋は外遊び目的の親からするとテレビに噛りつくことになるので、不要かも(笑) 部屋にお風呂があれば完璧でしたが、近くに温泉があるのでそれも気にならず。もう一度必ず使いたい宿です。

ラウンジが夜は使えなくなってしまうので、使いたい人やグループは申請すれば使えるようにして欲しい。 朝食があのクオリティなら、是非夕食の提供もやって欲しい。

Rooms are generous for Japan-standards, super clean and comfy. The staff were all amazing, friendly and incredibly helpful. The amenities were such a bonus – large lobby with games, separate games room, coin laundry and shuttle made the stay a breeze. Breakfast daily from the cafe was excellent.

When we stayed, the bar was not open and the cafe was not open for dinner. Not a huge disadvantage as the location is so central we could eat and drink elsewhere.

시설이 너무깨끗하고 가성비가 좋았습니다 침대가 4개나 들어있는게 좋았고 현대식 인테리어도 맘에.들었으며 옷걸이가 많은것도 좋고 냉장고 전자렌지 등 편의시설이 다양해서 좋았습니다 넷플릭스도 제공되어 아이들이 좋아했어요 조식도 만족스러웠어요

주차장이 협소해서 늦게들어가면 길가에 세워야하는것이 아쉬웠습니다 난방을 하니 방이 건조해서 비염 및 카훈이 있는 남편이 좀 힘들어했어요 가습기가 있으면 좋을것 같습니다

Die Chalets sind eine Wucht. Groß und geräumig und sind für ca. 8 Personen ausgelegt ... wir waren zu viert und hatten dadurch natürlich sehr viel Platz. Aber auch unabhängig davon echt klasse und jederzeit wieder zu empfehlen

Ein Reinigungsservice ist leider im Zimmerpreis nicht inklusive jedoch ist aber auch bei Abreise keine Reinigung notwendig

Thomas was amazing, as were the driving staff. So great all around. They took us to an epic onsen and were so insightful on the area. Highly recommend!

The hot dog breakfast was kind of a surprise, but it's kind of a Japanese thing—just not my cup of tea. Would be cool to have maybe a buffet breakfast, but otherwise splendid.

Practically everything! There are so many amazing things to say about this place, I'll just go in order: 1) They were VERY prompt and communicative over booking.com chat for my questions and requests for my sister who is on a wheelchair. 2) They have a free shuttle bus service for pickup from the train/bus station and a dropoff. AND for whenever you want to visit anywhere in Hakuba that's within a 10 min drive diameter. HOW COOL IS THAT?! An absolute highlight and USP of this place. 3) THE STAFF! Omg, the staff is some of the BEST I've ever seen in all of my stays around the world. In particular, their managers Thomas and Rena. I cannot emphasize how immensely helpful they both were throughout my stay there working around the clock to ensure we had the best time. Seriously, words cannot describe how great they were and I cannot thank them enough. 4) Thomas, who was coordinating with me over messages before my arrival; made whatever possible arrangements for my handicapped sister to ensure she had the smoothest time and I am incredibly thankful to him for that. Not only this, he personally took so much time and effort to make sure we got to do the activities we wanted and made all sorts of arrangements including arranging for ski rentals and inquiring with the resorts before we got there. Anyone from the Wadano team reading this, please make sure this guy is taken care of well. He truly is the crown jewel of our experience there. 5) The hotel itself is equipped with an awesome lounge area with a pool table, Foosball, board games and plenty of spaces to relax and unwind. Never had a dull time while I was there. 6) The rooms were wonderful and spacious. A perfect blend between modern hotel rooms on one side and a Japanese inn kinda feeling on the other. Overall, this was the best stay we had out of all of the places we visited in Japan.

The only things I'd say weren't great here were: 1) The breakfast menu. Not a proper buffet and the meals weren't that great to be honest. Although I think that's probably because we visited at a time when there were very few guests. 2) There's one central wifi in the hotel for everyone to use. The signal in the rooms therefore is quite weak. But that's all.
