Good location. Bright, cozy apartment. Green environment. Large patio door. The tiler who tiled the bathroom was skilled. :) Well-chosen materials and colors. Good view. Quiet neighborhood, close to the center, shops, bus stop, and beaches.

Small imperfections. The door is stuck. The kitchen cupboard door wobbles. Next time we have a tool there, we'll fix it. :) The TV didn't work, the WiFi was average. The shower curtain is not to aesthetic, the shower panel should also be replaced.

Good location, fairly well equipped apartment and relaxing views to the pool and volcano.

First thing they don't make aware in Booking.com that the property uses a third party app for registration and deposit collection - this app doesn't have a privacy and security statement. I didn't want to use this app for security purpose, because not verifiable, but you can't cancel the booking without losing 50% of the amount paid - no communication and no refund either. It took me 3 days of arguments with customer service for finally having a bank transfer number and details approved through booking.com instead of the dodgy app. Second thing, information is bare minimum - the apartment is in a structure big a whole block, they give you the address but no pictures of where is actually the entrance (there are so many doors of Oasis Royal in the street) and at the request to be more specific they dismissed the question. The apartment facilities are not very new and well kept, could do with maintenance and refurbishment - door knob broken, kitchen tools rusty, table and bench in the terrace both broken, shower rusty. A door mat at the entrance that soaks water and doesn't dry quickly, so even one full day after raining, you end up bringing dirt from the outside from the soaked mat (basically doing the opposite job of a door mat). The cleanliness wasn't on spot either, the kitchen tools and plates where dirty, I had to wash everything that I needed to use and some items were unusable because rusty (like the kettle or some pans). After a couple of days I have noticed that the hot tap water was coming out dirty - this is the only issue that was out of property control, since there was a sand storm the week before. Conclusion, I wouldn't have gone ahead with the booking since the issue with the privacy and security policy but I HAD to because they refused to give me full refund. The staying was comfortable but basic, but for that price there are so many places with better services and decently kept facilities.

Property was clean, newly renovated in a good location. The complex is quiet and secure. The pool is small but adequate. The apartment has a good aspect overlooking pool area.

There were a few unfriendly mosquitoes.

The double bed was too small and the mattress sagged in the middle. The pool area was a little tired. The shower in the pool area didn’t work and there were chipped tiles in the children’s pool.
