Zwei Gästezimmer befinden sich im separaten Flügel des Hauses mit eigenem Eingang und privater, überdachter Veranda. Voll ausgestattet und möbliert verfügt das Haus über zwei Gaskamine, einen Gasgrill im Freien, einen großen umzäunten Garten, einen privaten Parkplatz, Klimaanlage, WLAN, Kabel, ein Innen- / Außen-Soundsystem, 3 Flachbildfernseher und eine Gourmetküche, ein separates Esszimmer und eine Nasszelle Bar, Weinkühlschrank, Eismaschine und offener Grundriss. We had such a lovely time staying for 9 nights in this wonderful home. We saw so much wild life: red fox, loads of ospreys, swans, other water birds, musk rats, squirrels and deer. The house is fully equipped and very comfortable. We very much recommend it.
And we also really enjoyed the town of Old Saybrook.... Walt's market is a must for prepared foods, wonderful soups and sandwiches and great home-made sausages. And the Pursuit of Pastries for great bread and cakes.
Finally don't miss Re-Unique - a special store. We came home with an antique Bulldog garden statue :)

We loved our escape to Old Saybrook's South Cove. Elliott's home was just perfect. We were seeking a break from our wintry days in Concord and found the outdoor setting at Elliott's peaceful. Indoors it was super with comfortable beds and plenty of comfy couches and chairs. Old Saybrook and surrounding towns have a lot of interesting spots to explore. The fenced area for our senior dog was super for games of fetch and the neighborhood is great for walking. We would love to go back again sometime :)

This lovely property is in mint condition with many amenities. For us the best feature was the large outdoor deck overlooking the garden, cove and salt marsh. We spent much time on the deck having our meals, watching the birds, animals and stars. The fenced yard was really great for our toddler and dog.

My sister and I grew up in the area and I had not been back for 20 years. My wife and I met up with my sister and brother in law, who are from Florida...The homecoming exceeded my expectations. This home is absolutely beautiful sitting right on the cove...We couldn't have asked for a more perfect setting for our week. Thanks so much!!!

The home in Old Saybrook was amazing. The layout was perfect for a family gatherings with room to meet and eat in large or small groups. The accommodations are truly first class and the views of the water were fantastic!

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood with beautiful views. This is our second stay here and it feels like home. Even the neighbors feel like friends. Pricey but full of luxury upgrades. Great place for our dog as well. Works well for our elderly mother as there are minimal stairs and walk in shower. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our week-long stay at this beautiful home! The property was one of the few we founded that could accomodate our elderly mother and her need to sleep downstairs/have a walk in shower AND our pet. Home itself is GORGEOUS and extremely comfortable. View of the Connecticut River/Long Island Sound is OUT OF THIS WORLD! Owners highly responsive and kind. Will stay again!

Beautiful property with amazing view!
This property took our breath away the moment we entered! We could not get enought of the magnificent view, not to mention the spacious accomodations for all of the adults and children in our family. We appreciated the abundance of board games, fenced backyard, and the propane fire pit for family time. The house and owners were wonderful. Would love to return someday!

Christmas in Connecticut ... the best!!
We so enjoyed our stay at Kathy and Elliott's house in Old Saybrook. The location is amazing. I literally gasped when I saw the view from the kitchen for the first time. The house is immaculate. All comforts have been thought of. We enjoyed being at the house, cooking in the well stocked kitchen, and lots of walks in the neighborhood.
Would love to return in warmer months to make use of the water access.

We spent Thanksgiving week here with adult children. Very relaxing to be on cove, lots of bird watching and walks in nearby park and sea front. House was well appointed, couldn't have had a better time. Owners very responsive as well.

Family Vacation on the water
The Elliot's and their property manager were so welcoming and full of knowledge and information about the area and their home! They were flexible with our check in and check out time and responding to questions before and during our stay!
Our family enjoyed our stay at this amazing home on the water with access to a beautiful private beach on the Long Island sound just a short walk or golf cart ride away! We enjoyed dinners on the deck, lawn games until dark, quiet walks on the beach and friendly games of cards until bed!
The accommodations were outstanding with state of the art bathrooms, gadgets, work out area, all the kitchen needs you would desire and technologies throughout the home yet staying true to the charm of a beach home!
We thank the Elliot's for the opportunity to relax and enjoy the CT coast in their beautiful beach home! We would not hesitate to stay there again and invite you to do the same!!!

Gorgeous but still cozy!!
This house was beyond amazing!!!!! The pictures do not do it justice! Waking up every morning with a view of the water was just beautiful!! We had our family Christmas here and everyone was just amazed on how stunning this place is. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Connecticut

Off-season at a quiet spot in a sleepy town, perfect small family birthday getaway. Views as advertised, good walking, birds galore, good restaurants, the best is Fresh Salt at the nearby Saybrook Point Marina, great despite a mob plus wedding. House has great workout basement, comfortable and well designed layout and finishing touches, totally comfortable and truly felt at home (away)!

Wonderful replacing stay in Old Saybrook
We arrived and were welcomed, by the homeowners. They gave us a tour of the home, and went over some important features. The pictures, of this home do not come close to showing, how amazing this house, and the location is for a vacation. The neighborhood is quiet and a great area to walk or bike. There are many dining options all within a 15- 20 min drive. You can take the 10 -15 min walk to the beach or you can park nearby as the homeowners provide parking passes. The amount of wildlife from turkey's to Osprey as well as deer, is nature at it;s best. My kids went Kayaking in the cove as the homeowners provided two Kayaks! Looking for a great house in a perfect location, this is it!

Great stay at a luxury home with an amazing view!
We stayed at this home for an extended period earlier this year and have only praise for both the home and the owners. We were welcomed into a pristinely clean home by the owner who took the time to show us through the house and explain the t.v system, sound system, heat, fireplace (fabulous gas fire with logs at touch of a button!) but we could not take our eyes off the fabulous view. The photos do not do justice to the reality of the water view. We were so comfortable and felt at home immediately. I genuinely recommend this home should you be in the area, close to Old Saybrook with shops and restaurants but apart so you can access beach, walk the causeway and literally walk to golf course. A great stay with caring owners. Definitely hope to be back.
