House was even nice than photos. Very clean. Owners left helpful information about the area and the house was very well equipped.

We had a really delightful stay at this wonderful house, nestled on a very quiet cul de sac in a convenient location in Eastham. There's some protected land between this road and the short walk to the bike trail, which was perfect for our pooch. We enjoyed many meals in the lovely screened-in porch and afternoon drink on the shaded outside porch. The beds are really comfortable and the upstairs master bedroom/bath is an oasis of privacy, like a separate suite, which was perfect for my Dad. The only thing is that the upstairs does get pretty warm, even in June; a wall unit A/C would make it perfect (perhaps that's already under consideration!).

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this home. It was huge and we loved the open floor layout. Quiet neighborhood and all the amenities you could ask for. We ate out a lot but I did cook in the fully stocked kitchen with pots/pans/utensils etc. We had an amazing time just relaxing on the enclosed porch and on the front porch.

We had a great family vacation down the cape and the home was great. Very spacious with many areas to relax. Host was very responsive and accommodating !

We had a relaxing getaway at this house. The house is full of light and feels like it’s more remote than it is. The landscaping is quite nice. It’s also very close to beaches, restaurants and anything you need on the cape

We stayed in the house for three nights over the Thanksgiving holiday with my three kids-teenagers and a dog. The place was located in a very peaceful and quite area which let us sleep with great comforts. It’s close enough to towns for grocery shopping and dining. Everything was perfect except the kitchen wares are a bit worn out and need replacement sooner or later. Otherwise, we all had wonderful time there and will visit again!!

The house was beautiful and perfect for our group of 4 adults. Absolutely loved the neighborhood and being so close the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Everything was exactly as described and communication from the hosts was excellent. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, we hope to be back again next year!

Wonderful house on large woodsy lot in quiet neighborhood. Plenty of common spaces including wrap-around porch and screened-in porch. Amazing outdoor shower. Very comfortable. Great location, close to bike path, Great Pond and First Encounter Beach. Owners were very helpful.

The house is well laid out and open and sunny. Tnhe furniture is comfortable as well as the beds. The kitchen is well stocked and the screened-in dining and relaxing area is fantastic; we ate every meal in it. the outside porch is well equipped with chairs and our 10 month old granddaughter enjoyed playing outside. The outdoor shower was sublime. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely home with large spaces for family to gather. Owner responded quickly when informed that the smoke detectors needed attention, and that bathroom sink was clogged. Ten minutes from Coast Guard Beach and a quick run to both Hyannis and Provincetown. We had two rain days in our week, but the beautiful screened porch was a fun place to play games and listen to the drops drip.

We spent a week here with our baby, our dog, and another couple. We all loved the house- couldn’t have asked for anything more. Great location, clean, peaceful, a very nice house with accommodating hosts. Even our dog( who is picky ) loves it. We hope to stay here again.

Beautiful property, quiet and relaxing. Great to play cards out on the screened in porch at night or enjoy a relaxing cup of coffee and breakfast. Plenty of space to enjoy with friends, yet have your own space to read etc. would recommend to anyone looking to relax, short distance to the beach and orleans downtown! Plenty of yummy restaurants near by!

What a wonderful.base to explore the Lower Cape. Marconi was a great place for seal watching, swimming at Forst Encounter or Nauset (or Harwich), and dinner and drag shows in Provincetown. The house is lovely, clean and private.

We were very happy with this house. While it is not slick or fancy. it has a very comfortable feel and wonderful flow to the lay out . IT works great for being together yet never feeling like you are on top of one another!!! We rented the house for a one week vacation with our 33 yr old son and his girlfriend... both of whom had to work remotely part of the time. . They enjoyed working on the beautiful , quiet, screened in porch while my husband and I found plenty of zones to read, eat, cook , watch TV. etc. We all enjoyed biking or running on the near by rail trail or lovely jaunts to many beaches or nature preserves. There are 2 equally nice master bedrooms for 2 adult couples. I loved the downstairs bedroom with lots of windows and sky lights. The upstairs large bed room with en suite bath is lovely and more private. We came in June when It cools down at night .IT probably can get warm up there in the hotter months. I suggest to owner that they buy an additional strong floor fan to have on hand up there in hotter months. The third bedroom , which we did not use, is small but fresh. Kitchen has everything you will need . I personally found having to bring our own sheets for beds, towels for bath and beach for a group quite cumbersome to pack.. That said , it would not deter me from renting the house again..

Beautiful home in a great location. Excellent layout for six friends to enjoy a long weekend together. Phil is very responsive to all inquiries and we had the pleasure of meeting him on our last day. You will have a great time staying at this property!

Lots of room, great space, especially the outdoor screened in porch. appliances need updating. Coffee maker did not work stove lettering for the burner dial faded hard to tell what temp. Had some issues with lack of hot water. But nice spot and property. Wish had time to do campfire in the back!

Spent a “COVID New Years” with our nuclear family of 4 and had a perfect stay. Wonderful open shared space that makes board games, puzzles, cooking and reading all cozy and flexible. Sleeping arrangements really flexible too so that kids can be thrown in one room, or sneak into their own little nook in patents’ room. Cozy and old burning stove and a super functional screened in porch. Great location for access to Orleans and wellfleet in addition to all the national seashore has to offer in Eastham. Extremely prompt responses from the hosts. Only hiccup was a kitchen that had not been thoroughly cleaned, however the rest of the home was nice and tidy. Well appointed kitchen, blankets and games. If we can love this place this much in 30s and rain you’ll definitely love it in the summer!

My family of four (one not able to make it) stayed over the long weekend in October. The house is spacious and airy, plenty of windows, plants, beautiful artwork, two large dining room tables, large screened-in outdoor porch. The master bedroom is exquisite. The outdoor shower was used by all. This home is in a wooded area, drive or bike to beaches. More than enough room for four of us. Phil and Cheryl are delightful, very responsive and met our every need. A wonderful time!

We enjoyed our stay very much. House has very open feel with multiple gathering areas. Loved the screened in porch. 3 large bedrooms ( 2 very large ) Quiet, woodsy location, but easy access to rt 6, beaches, and main attractions. Close to Orleans for groceries and supplies. Kitchen well equipped plus extra refrigerator in laundry room for extra storage. Only con would be lack of air conditioning. House was very hot/ humid the first day of our stay but ceiling fans throughout helped. Remainder of stay the weather was cooler/ less humid and house was very comfortable. This home is pet friendly which is a bonus. Home was very clean with no pet odor. Our dogs also enjoyed their stay. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

This home is an oasis nestled in the woods and a short drive from the beach. It is perfectly quiet and there are many places to relax around the home and the outdoor spaces. Phil and Cheryl could not have been better hosts. They were quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay and went above and beyond to provide recommendations for the area. We would absolutely love to return to the Cod Pod!

The house is situated among trees. The windows and skylights bring the outdoors into this very roomy house. We loved the huge screened in porch. We only had 4 adults but there is plenty of living space for a large family. It is easy to get everywhere on the outer Cape from the house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at at the "Cod Pod." The house if lovely; it is light and airy with tons of windows. There is plenty of room for people to spread out and also three large tables to facilitate gathering together. The screened porch is absolutely fabulous and we enjoyed it at every meal. There is easy access to the bike trail and it is close to attractions in both Orleans and Eastham. We highly recommend this gem.

We had not been to The Cape in over 20 years and it was just as we remembered. Our grandchildren had never been there and they loved every minute of it!! Thank you Phil for a great house to stay in and for being so easy to get in touch with when necessary. We all are looking forward to next year 😊😊

This home was absolutely beautiful! My family (2 adults, 2 teenagers and our dog) spent a week here in July and couldn't have been more pleased. The house is nicely furnished, totally updated, clean and very spacious. Great location on a nice quiet street, close to beaches, restaurants etc. The front porch and screened in porch were perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxing. The owners were a pleasure! Highly recommend!

This was our first visit to Cape Cod. The home is better than advertised and Phil was a pleasure to work with. We found the property very clean, private and updated. The screened sitting room is very relaxing! We'll be back! Ryan
