The house was as described, clean, and quiet. We would stay here again.

My family enjoyed our 2 day stay. Very close to Lookout Mountain, Rock City and Ruby Falls. The house was very comfy and convenient for my elderly parents.

The house matched the description perfectly and was in a nice and peaceful neighborhood. The house had plenty of space and was very clean. The Kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of linens. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location for getting to and experiencing the sites of Chattanooga. Host was great and decorated the house inside for Christmas for us. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room, kitchen is very functional for cooking. The closet in the M. Bedroom was unaccessable due to furniture, unable to hang up closthes. It was a good week for us!

This was a comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. Owner was responsive and helpful. A bit far removed from down town but an easy drive.

Excellent home to relax and enjoy Chattanooga. Close to many points of interest and great host.

Our purpose of the stay was the Motorcar Festival. My husband and I joined another couple for the weekend. My only complaint is the owner had no communication with me prior to our check in at 4pm on our check in day. I had to initiate the conversation by requesting the check in instructions, which I received at 4:01 pm. The property was perfect for our needs. It was clean and spacious. All of the amenities were present and the neighborhood was quiet. It was a perfect location to enjoy the downtown area and also to enjoy St Elmo and the Lookout Mountain. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay again it I were to return to Chattanooga..

The house was very clean, very nicely decorated. The neighborhood was very quiet with nice neighbors. The location was perfect for Lookout Mountain and Ruby Falls. St. Elmo is a great little area with everything you need nearby. Great communication with the owner. Thank you for a nice place to stay!

Pros: The home is very spacious. The beds are super comfy. The house is decorated very cute. The owner is nice and responds quickly. The kitchen is very spacious and has tons of great stuff to use. There were plenty of blankets and pillows. Cons: Fire detectors need batteries. They beeped the entire time. The sofas need more support. The neighborhood isn’t in the best area. The parking garage was overly packed so unable to park in garage.

Everything was good except check-in. I had asked if we could check in around three, and received an affirmative answer; however, I was not able to get a phone response regarding how to get in until around five. It made it extremely tight for our dinner plans.

My family enjoyed our stay. The house was large enough for my family and had everything's we needed.

Close to everything, spacious bungalow, good parking. Hostess was responsive to us having to reschedule and checkin issue.

My family and I came in town for a wedding. I had no idea of anything in the area but boy did we find a neat place. It was the cutest little community with very colorful and nice looking places. Our house was wonderful, very clean and so many incredible little touches to make us feel welcome. Just loved it and if we are ever in the area again we would definitely stay here. Just loved it!!

Jackie’s home was perfect for our 2 night stay while my son was graduating from SLTC. We had a variety of ages, 2 sets of grandparents, 4 teens and my husband and I (50 ea). The house was perfect. 30 min from SLTC campus for the rodeo and 10 min from the Convention Center for graduation. The space was clean, bright, and spacious! Nice touches here and there with the ice maker, futon, tons of blankets, towels, ect…. We sat outside on the porch one night and are pizza. It’s about 20-ish min from lots ofc as shopping/food. Jackie was a great host and very prompt on communication and very easy to communicate with. Lots of condiments in the pantry left from other guests. Iron and board in the cabinet which came in very handy to iron my sons graduation clothes. We visited the Georgia winery, which was fantastic and only about 15 min from the house. Great use of time for us between rodeo and graduation ceremony. Neighborhood was nice, clean and quiet. 5 stars!

We enjoyed our last minute destination change to Chattanooga. The house was clean and had everything we needed. A few minor “problems”, but the host was very responsive (thank you!!). My only suggestion would be to have a few helpful reminders posted on the refrigerator (How to use washing machine (there is a trick 🤣), places to eat, favorite things to do, where the locals park, and information about the free trolley). Overall, we had a great time and would come back again.

Hiccup on check-in... no key in the lockbox. Resolved with owner & property manager. Sitting outside an iffy proposition, due to proximity to something unpleasantly smelly. House was very nice, as advertised, and super convenient to downtown, expressways, airport.
