Отличное расположение, до Мола Эмиратов несколько минут пешком, через него еще несколько минут до метро. Приятный ненавязчивый сервис, хорошая уборка, хорошая мебель в номере. В целом, совсем нет к чему бы можно было придраться - все на соответствующем 4-звездночному отелю уровне.

Die Lage ist gut und um das Hotel hat es diverse Shop sowie natürlich die Mall of Emirates.

Das Personal bzw. Herr Asif und Hamada (haben uns explizit die Namen gegeben) waren aufdringlich und pochten auf eine gute Bewertung. Aus diesem Grund ist das Hotel wahrscheinlich besser gestellt als es tatsächlich ist. Die Zimmer sind sehr ringhörig und die Duschekabine ist sehr misslungen. Die Tür lässt sich nicht öffnen, ohne das Tuch davor zu berühren respektive einklemmen.

Friendly guy Shoura was so amazing and helpful

The hotel is very good and very close to Mall Of Emirates, breakfast is ok but could be better, also sometimes breakfast gets very crowded and not much tables are available. Wifi is very good in the room. It has a nice swimming pool on the roof and a good gym.

The location is nice but its not very close to the metro station, you either walk over 20 min to Mashreq station or walk around the same to enter Mall of Emirates then go to the metro station through the mall. After a couple of days it was better to take a taxi to my destinations.

The staff is very courteous and patient

The property was a bit run down, not my expectation from a mariott hotel. Also the description of the room did not match the description on the booking.com listing and yet the hotel refused to give us a refund. I had to shift hotels but I did not get my money back

Very nice hotel, great facilities, nice clean and great customer service.

We wanted to extend our stay and requested if they could price match with other local hotels, however they couldn’t therefore we had to move hotel for 2 nights. Would have been good if customer ms could be retained with with discounted price.

The staff were very helpful and capable. The location adjacent to the Mall of the Emirates is great for shopping and dining.

The hotel is a reasonable distance from the airport so taxi travel times and cost need to be considered when arriving and departing.

The price was very good, the facilities were nice, staff was friendly. Asif was very nice in the check out process. Claire, Shoura and Khalid too.
