The service was exceptional and the aesthetics. It was in a great location with fabulous facilities.

The only two issues I had was the lift was very slow and the valet parking was not the most convenient. It would take a long time to receive the car and would have to walk downstairs and wait for the car.

The internet in the hotel is bad and need to be improved

I stayed at the hotel for three days, and had a bad personal experience. Three days after leaving... I was contacted by the director of the stars: Rika Rosita Her interest in me had a very positive impact, and I was happy to write to her I would like to thank her face to face I will return to the hotel for her and for the director’s assistants: Younes

The interior decoration is distinctive Japanese lounge and its staff Flashback and his team The pool restaurant meals are delicious

Security is unprofessional and rude when you return to the hotel with visitors The general manager promised me to improve the image and informed me that the mistakes I made would be corrected...which made me stay another night at the hotel...but unfortunately nothing was corrected.

The hotel is beautiful, excellent location and restaurant has great food.

The hotel is too big there delays with service, we had a problem with our door cards. We called serveral times and had to go 4 times to reception for us to get assistance

In the morning one lady was not listening to my request on breakfast and my partner and me did not have time to waste So we left as we felt as if she was not listening to us

room is spectacular, bed is comfortable

i ordered room service the next day they did not remove the left over

the rooms are a good size and clean. the hair dressers in the salon do a great wash and blow dry

the quality of the food from room service and particularly the breakfast is so poor! the hotel is so busy and the lifts take forever to come and always extremely full !! the pool gets very little sunlight and it’s so shallow you can’t swim in it. when calling room service the phone would ring up to 10 mins before someone answered, sometimes there was no answer at all I’m unsure how this hotel is 5 star, in our opinion this is a 4 star at best. the price to stay was cheap and you get what you pay for. I would not return to this hotel unfortunately

I liked the room, it was well equipped and comfortable

We arrived very late as we landed after 11PM. When we arrived to the hotel (~00:30) the lobby was full with drunk people and escorts making deals with hotel guests. We decided to leave after 1 night.

Every thing was perfect the hospitality from all the staff specially Mr. Sayed from reception.

The hotel is new, the internal design of the building is very good. concierge service is quite good.

- i literally changed my room card 10 times because they stop working very easily - waiting time at the lift is way too long, you can’t loose 10 minutes 4 times a day waiting the lift, make new ones! - (most terrible service) the parking attendant in front of the hotel do not help you with taxis, they have their own taxis which try to cheat you with absurd prices!!! i complained at the front desk and they lied telling me that the parking attendant could help me with normal taxis if required, i tried and it was not true, the parking attendant told me that they get a percentage from those fake taxis with absurd prices (price more than triple than a normal taxi). The hotel should help me instead of stealing my money. - Wi Fi service is not strong enough, in fact TV did not work at all for the whole holiday… - the shower in our room has a wrong slope, so some water was staying on the ground and the floor remained wet for days. - during the check out, nobody asked me any question about my staying.
