Everything. From the fabulous quirky decor to the gorgeous breakfast. Veronique was a brilliant host (and an amazing jam maker!). The apartment was ideally located for both the centre and the incredible old town, and was actually built on the old town wall. We knew about there being no lift, but the stairs are shallow and wide, so easily managed. I would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation to anyone.

we were told we would have a city view no. we where at the back of the building looking over roof tops also no mention of the nearly 60 stairs to climb with suitcase and bags no lift so the discripition on booking , com website is wrong .but the lady who greeted us was great

The breakfast was so delicious! Véronique had a menu from which to select preferred breakfast options and delivered the tasty treats to our room in the morning. The homemade smoothies and caramel macchiatos were amazing and highly recommended! The fact that the bedroom was cooled by a swamp cooler was delightful (and necessary), given the high temperatures during our stay. We were so grateful for this feature!

Great local breakfast!

Very good bedroom configuration with toilet/bathroom, kitchenette and dining area. Complimentary coffee/tea and chocolates. The place is very clean and neat. Quiet room and very comfortable bed. Shower is good. Near to eateries. The breakfast and presentation is top notch. Enjoyed it very much. Host is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

Major, Major, Major complaint. three flights up with no elevator— and they didn’t note that in the property offering. we are in our late 70’s and climbing almost 70 stairs carrying luggage was very difficult, if not dangerous. A little honesty up-front, however, is not something we expect from the booking.com company! if not for that, this review would have rated it ”outstanding”
