L'appartement est très bien situé, propre spacieux ( nous étions 5) décoré avec goût et très bien équipé. Ma fille ne voulait plus partir et mes fils étaient ravis.

Juste petit bémol sur la fermeture de la porte d'entrée. Comme j'ai trois enfants , je suis un peu à cheval sur la sécurité, mais c'est un détail vraiment.

Quelques réparations à faire : Porte de la salle de bain, Abattant wc

2 chambres Cuisine bien équipée, beaucoup de couverts L’emplacement central de l’appartement même si parkings payants aux alentours sont chers

2e chambre très petite sans prise et sans espace de rangement. Salle de bain qui aurait besoin de rénovation, sans prise et le rideau de douche à est à remplacer absolument et manque de support à serviettes

Location. Near main town, plenty of restaurants. Parking was close, just across the bridge. A 5 min walk. The parking area was nice and also free. There was a little pizza place right next door and they would make any pizza you wanted.

Bath tub area had black mildew or mold on caulk. We were given 1 towel each, for 2 days. I guess with the expectation of reuse or washing. Washing machine only, no dryer. (Why?) So, if we washed we probably would not have enough time to dry anything. Bed leg collapsed when I was trying to get a power buss connected. I had to rig it so it would not collapse during the night. I was worried that if the both of us slept in the bed it would collapse again, so I slept on the couch. Heater worked initially, but then stopped. I waited because I thought it got over heated, But it did not seem to work after that. Bed was comfortable, but the pillows were flat. We never used the washer, kitchen area, etc. And we found that we did not want to use the tub/shower because of the whatever was on the caulk. Our plan was for 2 nights. We decided to visit what we wanted the next day around Cahors. But we also decided to get an alternate place to stay the second night. Fortunately we were able to add a day to our stay in Carcassonne. So we decided to visit what we wanted near Cahors and then drive the extra 3+ hours to Carcassonne rather than spend another night. We had a place in the French Quarter, so we were used to some of the car maneuvering, narrow streets and the fact that the historic façade had to be maintained, and that usually the insides were impressive. So, our expectations were that this place would have a similar charm. It didn't. The reviews indicated that many were ok with the facilities. It didn't meet our expectations and we were very disappointed. Oh well, sometimes this happens. And the fact that we had a hard time to find alternate facilities at the last minute was disappointing -- and difficult because it was apparently during some festive activities. Further, this caused us to drive an additional 3+ hours to Carcassonne and ended up arriving there near midnight. I personally cannot recommend this place.

Size, location, and price. Good communication from owner.

Bathroom needs updating so let the property down. Didn’t want to use the both/shower. Parking is also a letdown but tourist office pointed us towards the free parking.

The location and facilities were great. It was very clean and comfortable.

Being in the centre of town it was a bit noisy at times but to be expected.

Sheets smelled musty. I found hair under my pillow. The quilts were very thin which didn't provide enough warmth considering there were restrictions on heating. There was a washing machine but nowhere to dry clothes. The hallway and stairs light wasn't working which made it difficult when returning to the apartment in the dark.

The location is excellent - very easy to walk to anywhere in the old city, also close to shopping and restaurants. In spite of being so centrally located, the apartment was very quiet at night. We had plenty of space and found the kitchen to be well equipped, with the exception of good sharp knives (typical of most rental kitchens). Appliances were all in good working order.

We would have appreciated more places to put clothes. There are no dresser drawers, only some places to hang clothes. Also, it was raining during our stay, so the clothese lines were useless. Unfortunately, there was no drying rack to hang clothes on inside. We managed by draping our clothes over radiators, chair backs, etc., but not ideal. The other recommendation is to improve the lighting in the dining room. We used the table there for many purposes, and the lighting is very poor in that part of the apartment.
