Es gab viele Aktivitäten, das Schwimmbad hatte lange geöffnet, das Bett war sehr bequem und es wird auf keinen Fall langweilig dort.

Nichts, es war alles perfekt.

Das Personal an der Rezeption hätte entgegenkommender sein sollen. Auf die Frage nach der Möglichkeit eine Verlängerungsnacht zu buchen wurde gesagt, das ginge nicht, ich müsse das sonst über die Buchungshotline selbst herausfinden.

Die Zimmer waren funktionell ,die Betten waren außergewöhnlich gut das frühstück war sehr gut ein dickes Lob an das Personal sehr freundlich immer bereit Fragen zu Beantworten alles in allem waren wir Zufrieden Danke nochmal an das Personal.

Das Aqua Mundo ist eine sehr schöne Anlage nur die Gastronomie im Schwimmbad ist sehr Spärlich wenn man um 16:00 keinen Kaffee mehr bekommt und der einzige Kaffeeautomat auch noch defekt ist.

Schönes Hotel für Familien - allerding stark in die Jahre gekommen. Wir waren vor vielen Jahren schon einmal in dem Hotel, jetzt viele Jahre später ist vieles noch völlig identisch. Viele Bereiche sind stark in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchten Mal eine Renovierung. Unser Zimmer im Hotel war sauber und gepflegt. Die Allgemeinbereiche könnten Mal renoviert werden.

Der Kühlschrank und die Fernbedienung waren sehr schmutzig

The Hotel was average and overpriced for what you get! We arrived at 1030hrs as we wanted to use Aqua Mondo and knew we couldn’t check into our room until 1500 (Booking.com) 1600 (Center Parcs). When we eventually checked into the hotel just after the hotel policy time we were given 2 double deluxe room keys.Both of the rooms were on different sides of the building with one being on the ground floor and the other on the top floor! Unfortunately my sister who is suffering with a terminal illness was on the top floor room 51 so I ended up swapping rooms with her which wasn’t a big issue. When we entered the second room it hadn’t been cleaned and the room was discussing! human excrement left in the toilet, sanitary items and food left on the room bin. Clearly with all doors and windows shut it stunk when you entered the room. To top it all off there were 3 bags of opened nuts left on the main table and with my partner having a severe nut allergy this was completely unacceptable by all standards!! knowing this is not the hotels fault they could of at least checked the room after the checkout time of 1000hrs! We wanted to resolve this issue as soon as possible and we were surprised that the hotel reception was always unmanned? After walking 12 mins back to the main reception we spoke to the young receptionist who was lovely but even she had to pass our case to the manager. The senior staff who tried to resolve the issue were rude and just dismissive of our concerns, and just said they would try and get us another room. We received another room and this also was on different floors as that’s all they had left! We expected much better customer service and at the very least a decent apology to which we did not get? We have been to several Center Parcs across Europe and this Parc is our least favourite by a long way.
