It was an easy check-in and out. The location was centrally located to downtown, grocery stores and restaurants. The view from back patio was snow filled with wildlife. The family had a great time.

My family had a blast last week staying in this house on a ski trip. The house is located in a very peaceful place, near Park City and Deer Valley. It has a hot tube, view a great view that is a fantastic place to soothe the body after spending the day on the mountains. The kitchen had all the seasoning needed to prepare breakfast and a quick dinner and a fireplace in the living room that makes a perfect place to chat or watch a movie/series after dinner. To complete the package. Matthew was an amazing host, giving all the information I needed, replying quickly every doubt I had and making every effort in order for my family to have a great time on his house. We are already making plans to come back.

This was our second stay and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. The location is excellent and the property itself is very comfortable. I would stay there again.

Our group of four buddies enjoyed our stay the Park Meadows condo. Beds were comfortable, place was clean and well stocked, and the hot tub is in a great spot to enjoy the mountain views. I have rented many times through VRBO and I say with confidence that the owner of this property is top notch in terms of responsiveness and making sure we had a positive experience.

We stayed at Park Meadows for seven days. The property was fabulously maintained, communication with the owner was seamless, and access to the bus line was a short trip to the base of the ski hill as well as town. Everything you could ask for was available at the property. The place was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. We would, without hesitation, stay again at the property. Can’t say enough good things about the place or the owners. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

Our winter girls' trip was fantastic thanks to Matthew's condo! It has everything you need to have a cozy mountain stay, is in an excellent location and is super clean! Matthew was extremely responsive - he got back to us with every question right away and went above and beyond to make our stay a comfortable one. Highly recommended and we will be back again!

We loved the views. The condo had all we needed. We enjoyed the nearby rec center. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo was a perfect fit for our family. While the condo complex has some age on it, this condo had clearly been renovated and well furnished. This living room is perfect for up to 8 people, with a good TV and a powerful gas fireplace. We especially appreciated having a kitchen that included basic needs like spices, aluminum foil, trash bags, plastic wrap and paper towels. The hot tub looked new and the water was fresh. The kitchen is small but functional. Wish there had been a few more pots and pans but we got by. Overall, we loved it and would certainly stay there again.

The cozy condo was perfect for my family of 5. Hot tub was great! We cooked a couple of times and had all the cookware we needed. Very convenient to the transit line that runs about every 15 minutes. It will take you to the town or ski slopes. No need for a car. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

This is a nice place that is as described. We ended up driving most places but it is in a good location for going out to dinner, skiing any of the three nearby areas, etc

Great location , very cozy great amenities

We've been renting from the Carroll family yearly for almost 10 years, and keep coming back! Their home is comfortable, well appointed, conveniently located to the PC bus lines and skiing. We've made so many great memories here and hope to continue to be able to in the future!

We have a great time in Cozy Condo! So much nicer that staying in a hotel. The mountain views from the living room were spectacular! We took great family photos on the back patio with the snow and mountains. The décor and Christmas decorations made it very homey and inviting. We are a family of 6 that is spread out ( AK, NC, and MD) and this was a wonderful place to reconnect and catch up with one another. The condo was very clean and the beds were so comfortable and plentiful! The fireplace and private hot tub were a bonus after a day of skiing. The kitchen was a little tight but was well stocked. Matthew, the owner, was wonderful! He responded to my texts almost immediately and was very accommodating to our needs. The local bus shuttle was very close and you could ride it instead of trying to find parking at the ski lift area. The only negatives were the low shower heads (only one shower head was high enough for 3 of our family members) and the parking. There was limited guest parking (we had two cars) and the heavy snow made it difficult to see the parking areas. Other than that we truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here on our next visit to Park City.

The property was very homey and decorated for the holidays. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is small but I was the only one cooking so it was fine and fully stocked. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of skiing. The owner was very friendly and prompt when communicating with us.

This condo was perfect for us (family of 5). Close to everything. Very quiet setting on the golf course. Would definitely stay again next time in PC.

We just finished a week in Park City staying in the Quiet Hideaway Condo. It is just as pictured on the website - very pretty, and super clean! It was very comfortable for our group which was two adults and two children, 18 and 20. The unit could accommodate 8 as far as sleeping one queen?, two twins and two twin bunks in the loft. It might be a little tight in other areas (if you all want to eat together for instance). There are three full baths. The washer and dryer were really handy. There was a gas fireplace, and a hot tub on the back deck. The way the condos are set up you feel as you have a decent amount of privacy. It is decorated so nicely and you can really feel at home here. As I am not a downhill skier I spent more time in the unit than did the rest of my family and welcomed having such a nice place to make use of. We cooked breakfast everyday and a couple of dinners. The kitchen is a little tight for more than one to work in but still had all the basics you need to create your dish. Debbie was very friendly and helpful. All in all you felt as though you were borrowing a friends place. The setting is quiet and there are great views off the back deck. The condo is just a few minutes drive to town and the ski areas. You could get by without a car as the bus stop is just at the entrance to the condo. The buses run appx. every 20 minutes. The bus system is fantastic and gets you everywhere you need to go, but you can spend a little more time traveling around than you would with your own vehicle. It was a great option for our group who went in two different directions on several days. We went to four restaurants for dinner. We were here Christmas to New Years so reservations were tight. We had a couple I had hoped to try but there was simple no openings at normal times so reserve early if you can. We visited the shops on Main Street, and the Park City Museum. I highly recommend this museum, mainly on the mining history of the town. It is very well done with many high quality interactive exhibits. We also took a snowmobile tour with Lofty Peaks. A perfect day with crystal blue skies. The tour takes you into the Wasatch State Park. Traveling along the road and trails through the woods with time for open meadow play. Fun! I would highly recommend staying here, but I don't think I would exceed 6 people. Debbie was very easy to work with and so friendly. A couple I met were not so happy with a differnt unit they had rented.

The condo was very neat, clean, orderly and very comfortable for all. The location was perfect as we skied all over at 5 different resorts. If there was a negative, it was smaller than we thought it would be and we only had 3 of us. Had there been 5 as planned it would have been tight. But it all worked. It was well equipped and everything worked very well. The hot tub needed some time to get to temperature, but the owner had reported that to us. We enjoyed the use of the condo very much and would rent again if we get back to Park City for skiing.

Nice location with easy access to everything. The kitchen had everything.. A brand new oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in. Thank you for sharing your home away from home. We hope to visit again.

The accomodations were tasetful and comfortable. Worked really great. Owner (Debbie) was caring, sincere and helpful. Even had discussion with the neighbors friendly and nice.

The condo was very clean, spacious, and perfectly located for our trip. The TV's, hot tub, kitchen appliances, etc. all worked perfectly and communication with the owner was fantastic.
