Downtown Studio, your place to stay while in Sun Valley
Gemütliches, schön eingerichtetes Studio mit Queensize-Bett. Wir sind 2 1/2 Blocks von der Innenstadt von Ketchum entfernt. Das Studio verfügt über eine kleine Bar Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine. Wir sind einen halben Block von der Bushaltestelle entfernt, um Sie zu den Bergen oder hinauf zum Sun Valley zu bringen. Sie werden die Tatsache lieben, dass Sie nirgendwohin fahren müssen. Sie können zu Fuß gehen oder den kostenlosen Shuttle nehmen. Das Studio befindet sich im Erdgeschoss unseres dreistöckigen Stadthauses. Es ist am Ende der Straße in einem kleinen ruhigen 10-Zimmer-Komplex.

Received a surprise 2nd charge for staying. Information on how to get to the resort and transportation to do it was not provided. Otherwise everything was fine

The studio was small but comfortable. The host was very friendly and willing to accommodate any needs I would have. On a snowy day the host cleaned my car off

This property is located at just a couple of blocks from downtown Ketchum, so I parked my car and walked everywhere for a week. And the hosts were so attentive, answering all of my questions, and making great suggestions about the events during the holidays. They even decorated the condo with Christmas memorabilia, lots of cheer for the holidays!

Cute studio with all amenities but it was part of the owner's home so we felt like we we're invading their privacy. They were very nice and understanding when we shortened our stay due to rainy weather. No view from the room.

Great location - easy walking distance from anywhere in downtown Ketchum. Place was clean and well stocked. Terry and Maria were great - they greeted us upon arrival, let us borrow chairs and a blanket for a concert, and even let me keep my expensive bike in their garage :)

The host is a wonderful and prompt communicator. The studio apartment is every bit as lovely as the photographs. It’s a cozy delight! The location is also a plus. Easy walking distance to everything I needed/wanted.

All perfect but sleeping situation needs work but not sure what can be done..Having one side of the bed against the wall makes getting in and out difficult for us in our 70’s….

Maria has added a lot of nice touches to her studio apt. Bathrobes, laundry soap, even scissors and really anything you could need. I stayed a week there for work. It's in a great location, within walking distance to just about everything in downtown Ketchum. Very nice people. Very nice price. Very nice stay. I highly recommend.

Can beat the less than 5 minute walk to town center, and easy access to ski mountain.

This property was absolutely perfect for my stay in Sun Valley / Ketchum. It was cozy with very easy access to the area for skiing and other activities. The hosts were delightful and provided a good array of supplies and amenities. It was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Cable TV was excellent; internet was also excellent. I will definitely stay here again if my future travel brings me to the Sun Valley area.

We had a great time at Terry and Maria’s cozy VRBO ! It’s in the perfect location, close to downtown Ketchum and less than a five minute drive to the ski resort. We were able to walk everywhere! And there were plenty of thoughtful touches that the hosts included. I would definitely stay here again!

Easy check in. Excellent location. Comfortable and clean property. Owners accessible but not intrusive. Nice coffee set up. Safe. Easy walk to Main Street restaurants and bars. Great neighborhood. Washer and dryer nice to have but didn’t use. Good hairdryer and nice water pressure.
