We really enjoyed our time spent in this condo. It’s a perfect location steps from the beach. The condo was comfortable and we enjoyed opening the sliding doors to hear the ocean waves. Kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of space for my husband and my sister and I. We loved being able to walk down to the beach to have a front row seat to the rocket launch. I would highly recommend this place and would certainly book again.

This one bedroom, one bath had everything we needed for our winter getaway. Location is perfect if you like privacy. Owner was so kind and quick to respond to any questions. Will be returning next year.

The cottage was just ok, the door is in bad need of repair, the outside chairs need to be replaced. The location was good, but if you are looking for a property with true beachside feel, this property is not the one. There is no view of the beach, only a view of the low foliage.

The property was as described in the listing, and the instructions on checking in were spot on. (A bit of graphite in the deadbolt would be all that I suggest). My front door was close to the beach, and the location provided an easy access to the roads leading south to Cocoa Beach and north to the Kennedy Space Center, the site of my week-long conference, about 20 minutes away. There was good nearby grocery shopping, and the flat neighborhood was appreciated by this morning jogger. I had to watch out for the neighborhood peacocks, though. Good property, good location, good experience.

We really enjoyed the property. The location right on the beach was great with only pretty vegetation separating us from the ocean. Our condo was as described in a very nice first-floor corner unit with a nice lawn outlook. While the private beach was our favorite, we also enjoyed a little time at the pool and hot tub. The unit was very clean upon arrival, with a well-equipped kitchen and plenty spacious for the two of us. Since we flew, we very much appreciated the supplied linens. Overall a very enjoyable week!

After researching several properties I'm so glad we chose Royal Mansions! Our condo exceeded expectations it was clean, has a large patio and faces the Ocean for lots of sun. The location was great, close to Port Canaveral and Cocoa Beach restaurants.

We had a great stay. The place is clean, peaceful and private. A perfect get away to recharge! The host was very responsive and gracious. Looking forward to returning!!

We would definitely stay here again. Overall, the area is quiet, peaceful, close to ocean and businesses but not busy. The condo was very nice, and well supplied, except the front gate and front door both need fixed. The pool is lovely, even heated. The price is reasonable for what you get.

Very nice condo...pool nice, hot tub needed a bit of cleaning or skimmer and filter replacement. Grounds beautiful and a safe gated community. Short walk down. The boardwalk to the beach. Very relaxing..quiet neighbors or other renters.

Easy to find. Pool very clean. Access to beach easy. In unit laundry was handy. Only issue was when a visitor stayed on the Murphy bed; he had to walk thru the master to get to the bathroom. Awkward.

We loved our stay at the condo. We were in town for a softball tournament. Very relaxing and quiet location. Our kids loved the ocean and pool. Short walk to the pier for fishing. For the reasonable price it had all the amenities we were looking for.

This is our third stay (different units) at the Royal Mansions and it certainly did not disappoint. Location of this condo is great. Close access to the pool and also the walkway to the beach. Condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrella. Communication with Bill and Kym was very easy and response time was very quick. We had a question regarding the parking pass and Bill responded right away and took care of the matter. We would absolutely stay again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend Bill and Kym’s condo to friends. Thanks Bill and Kym for a great stay.

We love the Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral area and have vacationed in the area for many years. We loved the quiet of this property and the convenience of the few steps to the beach. The pool area was great, no fights for chairs but the hot tub could use a fresh coat of brightening paint. It appears green but I think it was just a reflection of the paint color. The condo is beautifully painted with beach furnishings. The walk in shower was beautiful. We loved access to the beach toys, towels, and chairs. Everything we needed to enjoy the beach. We actually traveled by air with only 1 school size book bag each for clothes and loved the use of the washer & dryer also. It seemed like home away from home. The ONLY thing I disliked was the Laundry/Furnace closet could have been cleaner. The Furnace/AC filter should have been changed and/or cleaned, it was kind of gross! Also the blinds on the front entry french doors were damaged and parts were missing, which affected the privacy of the living area. Such small things that could have been tended to before we arrived.All in all, we so much enjoyed and appreciated the use of this condo. Thank you for allowing us the use of this condo.
