The location and size of the property couldn't be beat. It was steps away from the walkway to the beach, with three bedrooms and a good sized living area. Very bright and comfortable. But, the property did not provide much of anything - no beach gear at all (no towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc.) and no where to clean off the sand, no laundry detergent, a single packet of dishwasher soap, nothing in the kitchen beyond basic dishes, silverware and pots/pans (no spices, etc., no foil, etc., very limited dishes), one role of toilet paper per bathroom, two small shampoo containers, no extra trash bags. Be prepared to bring everything you might want. If you do this, it is a very nice place to stay with easy access to the beach.

This is a great property. Plenty of room for 7 adults. Less than 5 min to the beach.

I really loved the location of this property. It was close to the beach so my parents could come down with us. It is much quiter on North beach vs South beach.

Locations is great- very short walking distance to beach. Great space within condo. None of the doors locked for privacy within condo. Floors needed mopping. Overall good experience.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Good parking. Close to the beach. Clean and nice decor.

Amazing time and perfect location, only thing I would recommend is updating the property a little, some trim boards falling apart, bed was a little hard, and leave more then one of everything

This property is in a very nice neighborhood and right at the beach. There was plenty of room for all of us. The only thing that I would ask next time is that there be an extra roll of toilet paper.

We had an opportunity to spend time with our children and grandchildren. We decided to spend it at Tybee and were very excited to find the vacation home steps away from the beach. However we were a little leary that it would be like the photos and description said it would be (We have been burned before). When we initially walked in, we were able to breath a sigh of relief and needless to say, we had the best family vacation that we have had in a long time. Thank you.

It is a lovely place and only a short walk to the beach. The beach is wonderful and not over crowded!

This was definitely the best rental we have had at Tybee Island. Very affordable, very clean, SUPER close to the beach ( only a few steps) everything in description was spot on. No complaints at all, we hope to go back soon.

Nice condo very close to beach. Condo nicely decorated and spacious. Walking distance to several restaurants. Condo did have a funny smell as some others commented but not terrible got used to it. The other buildings/house are VERY close (which I could not tell from picture). Wifi was spotty a few times but always reconnected after a few mins. Close to rental office and the people there were friendly & helpful.

We had a great time. It was a little of a walk to the strip but well worth it! The house was perfect. It was very spacious and cozy. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect location and perfect amount of space for a large family :) The proximity to the beach allowed my grandmother to participate in beach activities because it was such a short walk. For that I am forever grateful. Thank you for hosting us!

This is a 1st floor rental over the covered parking. The elevator was the best feature. Our view from the porch was obscured by a palm tree. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is very sparse and the rental company doesn't keep any extras on hand like I have had in previous VRBO rentals. So you must bring in everything, salt/pepper, toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, ziplocks, plastic wrap,etc. The pots/pans are also very sparse. Because you are so close to the major street the road noise in the bedrooms was louder than we expected. We really enjoyed the quick beach access and since there was only parking for a few public vehicles the beach wasn't overly busy.

A beach getaway was much needed. This property was the perfect place for it. Loved that the beach was within seconds of walking distance. Also enjoyed being able to see it from the balcony (level 1) when standing. There were a few obstacles in the way of the beach view on this level when sitting (electrical wire, palm trees & pillars), but it didn’t take away from the wonderful experience we had while here. The bathrooms could have used a little more attention and a plug for the main bathroom tub would have been nice, but the beds were very comfortable and it was convenient and much appreciated having a broom accessible to keep up on the sand that followed you back from the day at the beach. Only thing I would note is that the listing said there is a DVD player and there is not. But I may be the only one who still appreciates an actual DVD opposed to having a streaming platform (you can’t always find what you are looking for on the streaming) 😉 All in all we had a wonderful time, it was a perfect location to the beach and within walking distance of many good places to eat. We will defiantly book mark this property to return to on our next visit back to Tybee Island!

Nice big place to stay with family.

This property was easy to access from main drag as well as to beach. It was nicely decorated and beds and furniture were in good shape. The view wasn’t as good as I expected but you can see the ocean so it worked. The elevator is nice so you don’t have to take stairs. Be sure to get a set of 3 keys because you’ll need one for the patio door. Good water pressure, easy access to shops and restaurants.

Phenomenal location near the beach. Great view off the deck and from the living room Showers are pretty weak and the wooden blinds are pretty dirty and beat up.

Location was great and home was very clean and spacious! Right on the beach, and also just a mile or two from all of the great restaurants.

Very relaxing time. Actually was sorry to see that Tybee has been discovered. Liked it better when not as crowded. Condo was nicely furnished and very clean

Great place to stay. I loved the fact that the elevator opens up right into the condo. View of the ocean was a little blocked by a palm tree but I just moved to the other side of the balcony. Condo was very clean. We will be back again.
