'OURZ' ist ein modernes 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer Ferienhaus in unmittelbarer Nähe zu dem sehr beliebten Middleton Beach.
Auf der anderen Straßenseite vom Middleton Beach Bowling Club, und nur eine kurze Strecke von Eyre Park, wo die Kinder können nach Herzenslust laufen und zu spielen. Es gibt auch viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe von OURZ.
Für diejenigen in Golf, es ist nur eine kurze Fahrt zum Albany Golf Club.
Wenn Sie in zu Fuß sind, dann ist der Weg von Middleton Beach zu Emu Point sicher, dass Sie bitte, ob Sie an der Strecke oder am Strand entlang zu gehen möchten.

The place was comfortable overall. There were a few cobwebs in places that hadn't been cleaned for a bit, otherwise the place was good.
The pillows in the master bedroom weren't very good, would recommend bringing your own, if possible.

Stayed as extended family, grandparents, parents and kids. The location was perfect close to beach and easy access to town and all the main tourist sites.
The house was ideally laid out to give us space whilst being close to kids. My almost teen loved the double bottom bunk bed.
The games room is a great touch.
The host was helpful and quick to respond to questions.
Loved our stay and sad to say goodbye. Thank you.

We enjoyed our time in Albany and the property was central with good facilities. However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of floors and kitchen utensils.

Had a fabulous week at OURZ with our grandchildren. OURZ was perfectly located - walking distance to beach and cafe.. short drive into centre of town. Lots of sites to visit in the area. OURZ was comfortable, clean and provided for all our needs. Our host was easy to if needed. Thank you.

The home is quite nice...very much suited for families with children. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. One reverse cycle a/C in main living area with a/C unit outside of main bedroom (very noisy)
Bathrooms were efficient and clean with nice hot water. Carport is very small. Beach was a little further than anticipated..highly recommend for a family with children, very secure yard. For five adults (not couples) it was okay.
We walked to Emu Point along the beach and returned along the walkway, approx 10kms, the following day we drove to Bluff Knoll, and hiked to the top, followed by a lovely evening at The Venice on York Street. All in all it was a nice place to stay for the days we were in Albany

Great property and great location. Easy communication with owner. This was a return visit to the property, to play in the Albany golf classic.

Was not too clean seems like not swept for a while, or mopped. As there was quite alot of dust and dirt that we could see in some areas. We would like to recommend paper towels in kitchen also. Apart from that, was awesome

My Family had a relaxing time close to the city and beach, traveled to the Gap and Natural bridge, The Blowholes , went to Denmark went to Elephant Rock and a few other beaches

Location, facilities, beds and amenities was fantastic. Recommend this place - a lovely walk to the beach, close to park with flying fox and loads to do and see, with lovely restaurants and bars too

Amazing location - Eyre Park across the road, Middleton Beach a very short walk away. Comfy beds, had everything we needed for a 2 week break.

Wonderful stay!
We have 4 adults and 2 children stayed for 2 nights. The house is spacious and clean, location is great! We left our keys in the house and the owner helped to post it back to us. Very helpful and quick response. Thank you Vicki. We enjoyed our stay and wished we could stay longer.

Busy road, not very clean.
Unfortunately we were a bit disappointed with the property. It is on a busy road so there is traffic noise in 2 of the bedrooms, and the outdoor area we didn't use because of this.
The bathrooms were clean but there was lots of dust in other rooms, including very dusty under beds and couch. We found a sock, and lots of small toy parts under furniture. Toys were not put away properly and were unusable (eg jigsaw pieces thrown in bottom of drawer and incomplete).
The house needs a good spring clean.

Well located house
All good on my 3 night stay with 16,14 and 13 yo kids- wifi worked well which is always hurdle 1 with teenagers..! Clean and tidy and being able to use the garage was a bonus.

Great location for a get away
This property is exactly as advertised. It has a great area for the kids and the kitchen is one of the best equiped we have stayed in. The house was lovely and clean when we arrived. The location is awesome for the beach and there are plenty of eating choices within a short walk. Vicki was very responsive to queries and easy to deal with. We really enjoyed our stay.

Superb location, great for kids, beds comfortable. We loved playing family table soccer. This property would be even better if it had a good spring clean.

Awesome location
Stayed for 2 nights with family for a short stay. House was exactly as described. Kids really enjoyed the games room. Close to Albany centre and just down the road from an awesome beach. Check in was easy with property owner replying to my message really quickly. Thank you for a great stay.

Cleanness
The place is very nice and comfortable but the floor and kitchen I found a bit dirty. Maybe just need to pay a little bit more attention to those. Other than that all is good. You have everything you need in the house.

A cosy home with 3 good sized rooms. Enough beds to share between a family of 6. Nice kitchen and great amenities like internet, foos ball and Netflix to keep everyone entertained. Recommended!

beautifully-kept home, fantastic for families
The house was easy to find, in a great location, and very tidy. The kids loved the playroom at the front of the house, and the house itself was very comfortable. It felt like a newly-built house from the 90's with beige bathroom fixtures, carpeting, etc. but it was fantastic and I loved it! Very comfortable and extremely clean - I will definitely be staying here again in future :-)

We really enjoyed our stay, everything was spotless and there is plenty of room in this spacious house. The beds are so comfortable and we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again to explore Albany!
