Single-Level Santa Barbara Stil Haus auf 1,25 Hektar am Ende einer 4 Hause Sackgasse. Das Haus verfügt über Corian & Granit Küchentheken, überwachte Sicherheit, einen offenen Grundriss, gewölbte Decken, Rundbogenfenster, Plantagenfensterläden und einen charmanten Bienenstock Holzofen im Familienzimmer. Das große Hauptschlafzimmer öffnet sich zum möblierten Arizona-Zimmer. (800 m² zusätzlich zu den 2400 m² Wohnfläche) Der komplett umzäunte private Garten ist umfassend angelegt und verfügt über einen großen Pool (der gegen Gebühr beheizt werden kann), Teakholzmöbel, einen Grill und eine Terrassenheizung .

Best house we've ever rented!
This is not my first home to rent, but definitely, the best thus far, period.
This house has all the things you would need to have in your own home. With the lot size, location, and the surrounding vegetation, you have an awesome privacy all around. The hosts were very nice, accommodating, and very easy to work with. My wife and I spent the month of July there. The kitchen is full with all the details you would need in your own kitchen. The same for the baths and all other rooms.
The swimming pool is big and very nice to use, relax, or exercise. It is about 5 minutes from a grocery store and a very short distance from many restaurants.
A couple of things were not as perfect: Both ACs were a bit loud, especially the one next to the master bedroom. Also, although the owners have people come clean the swimming pool once a week, the pool wouldn't stay very clean more than 24 hours - maybe because of the unusual monsoon season we had. Many leaves, flowers, and bugs end up in the water. I've rented a different house before with a screened swimming pool and didn't have such problem.
We would definitely recommend it and would consider it again.

A beautiful setting in a quiet neighborhood! Interior of the home is very spacious and comfortable. The Arizona room and the backyard / pool are a Perfect 10! Cannot wait to return!!!

Perfect for us
The home is accurately described, and was just what we needed. Roomy enough when we had family visitors for a few days, but comfortable for the two of us as well. We can’t say enough about the outside area, even more so since, with Covid, we were spending a lot of time at home. We were there in the fall, and having the pool heated was great. Susan was responsive and very easy to work with.

Our family felt very comfortable in this home from beginning to end. It's the kind of home you might want to stay in for a long time. The pool is perfect and the surrounding mature tree are beautiful. Mark and Susan met us and made sure we had a good introduction to their home.

We so enjoyed our stay at this home. It was very clean, spacious, well decorated and very comfortable! The pool and landscaping were beautiful! Susan was always quick to respond to our questions. We look forward to staying there again!

Lovely home, spacious and quiet in an almost country setting.
About 20 to 30 minutes to Scottsdale restaurants and amenities. Desert drive one of most beautiful I’ve ever seen. Light hiking trails within 20 minute drive and even a small one behind the house. A nice getaway from the city! We actually stayed here for long term medical treatment and it worked out perfectly. Homeowners provided everything we needed!

Great property and location!
We rented this property for three months. Owners were extremely welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed to be very comfortable. Clean, nicely decorated and filled with amenities. Linens, towels and kitchen supplies were plentiful and in excellent condition. Located on a quiet cul-du-sac, not too far away from many local attractions, restaurants and shopping. We have rented in Cave Creek/Scottsdale for years and this was one of the best!
