The home accomodated our family well. Outdoor space was great as with the nice weather we used the large picnic table alot. Hot tub was also a pleaser

The house is super cute and had lots of amenities. We had four couples and we all felt comfortable and relaxed in the variety of rooms. My brother and SIL had the apartment above the garage and they loved having their own space away from the main house. We enjoyed the hot tub and were thankful that my nephew's dog could accompany us as well. The only drawback was the gameroom, which we were all looking forward to having some fun in however it smelled so badly that we didn't want to linger. It's clearly had some water damage. Also the Ms Pac-man we couldn't get to work because it kept glitching out and the air hockey paddles are missing lots of the felt that makes them glide smoothly.
Other than the gameroom, the place is awesome though! We were just really looking forward to family game nights is all but we found other things to play instead.

I cannot say enough positive things about this rental! It was super clean, very well stocked, beds were super comfy, and the location was perfect. We are a large family and the Tides at Bella Beach was everything we hoped for. Quick walk to the beach and a cute coffee shop right across the street. Awesome game area for the kids, clean hot tub to relax in, and Weber grill to bbq. I highly recommend that his place to anyone looking for a relaxing Depoe Bay Vacation!!

Comfortable accommodations and great location. Family of 7 adults stayed here. Very clean with lots of towels! (Found the throw rugs with no rubber backing on the wood floors to be a slipping hazard.) So many places to relax. Large hot tub. Found the key to the hot tub in a lockbock next to the door of the carriage house. There is a small and quaint Cafe across the street with good food and great coffee. A short walk to the dog-friendly beach where there are stairs from a deck overlooking the ocean. There is a landing half way down to the beach but my husband has trouble walking and gets winded so he chose to stay and rest on the deck. There is also limited parking available near this beach access. Short drive to the Oregon Coast Aquarium, the Tillamook Creamery and Georgie's (a restaurant we found overlooking the ocean). We would definitely stay here again!

this was a great location for a family beach trip. House is great. Game room was fun. The beach is a short walk and has tide pools. There is a great playground in the development as well. It was very quiet and peaceful

We were disappointed in the access to the beach. It was more than stated distance. The stairs were very steep for one of us who is over 70. The mold smells in the cottage was overwhelming. This should be taken care of. Mold is mold.

The house is absolutely charming, cozy, and immaculate. Beds were very comfy, as was living room couch. Most everything was labeled nicely and laminated info sheets were very helpful. Kitchen was generally well stocked. Showers had great water pressure. Fireplace was nice and heated up main living area well. Lovely front porch. Awesome hot tub, well worth $35 fee. Loved the string lights above it. Neighborhood is charming as well, very dog friendly, and so much fun to wander about. Short walk to our new favorite beach!
A few things we suggest…Provide shampoo, conditioner, soap and washcloths in the carriage house. Stock more silverware, especially spoons. Tighten the griddle handle. Label the hot tub key. Add blinds to the kitchen window. Repair broken slat in fence next to hot tub.
Definitely would stay here again!

Our family of 5 (3 kids ages 6-11yo) and grandma had a great time.
The hot water heater broke near the beginning of our stay. The owner and mgmt co. did their best to address the situation as quickly as possible in a little town. Communication was great! Fortunately, there's a shower in the loft above the garage w/ its own water heater that we were able to use.
My kiddos thoroughly enjoyed the game room despite the musty smell (just open the windows!) and grandma had a blast with her own space in the loft. We also enjoyed the hot tub.
Grandma got there first w/ the kiddos... and upon coming and going and having to lock doors - it's interesting that the combination lock is on the "front" door where you canNOT park and unload. Would prefer to have the lock near the driveway for ease of access and to lessen confusion.
This house is right across from the cute cafe. Our walk to the beach wasn't too bad! Beautiful beach for all to enjoy.

It is a cute little house in a great location. We didn’t understand that we had to add the check sign after the number in order to unlock the door. I couldn’t get an immediate answer from the property manager.
The living room furniture was very uncomfortable. We couldn’t use the hot tub because it was locked up and not heated. We had no internet for 24 hours. One couple stayed in the carriage house and there were no wash cloths, dishes or cutlery. The game room smelled of mildew so bad we did not use it. It is not senior friendly in the downstairs bathroom or getting from the parking at night. The yard has dangerous roots sticking out etc.
The owner did listen to our complaints and hopefully these things will be addressed.

Clean and plenty of space for our group of 5. Short walk to the beach and ate at the Side door cafe which was excellent. Thanks Dave for the recommendation. The cafe across the street was also nice and convenient.

This is a wonderful accommodation for those seeking a family gathering. A wonderful coffee shop directly across the street. Plenty of comfortable beds and baths. The hot tub is private and the home has plenty of seating, albeit the couch has seen better days. Kitchen well-equipped. The game room a big hit with the grands. The beach is a short walk away, maybe 5 minutes. And what a wonderful beach it is.

Property was exactly as listed. Perfect in every way for us, except one thing. Cameras! I get one on the driveway and front door. But in a private enclosed area where the hot tub was. It was like an outdoor living room. But with someone watching, and presumably listening. And teenage daughters using the hot tub. We still spent time out there, but with this strange camera looking at us the entire time and who knows watching it…creepy.

This is the cutest house and they have made the most of the space! There were 4 adults and 4 children in our party and there was ample space to stretch out. The kids loved the game room! We enjoyed the hot tub and bbq grill as well. Everything was provided, from towels and bedding, to toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and garbage bags. Easy walk to the beach and easy drive to either Lincoln City or Depoe Bay/ Newport. This is our new favorite- we also loved the Cafe across the street.

The house was very nice. It gave us weary travelers what we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was good. Very quiet neighborhood, very close to the beach, and the coffee shop across the street is probably going to miss our business. It also gave us a couple of ideas for our beach rental that we are renovating. A double thumbs up as far as we are concerned. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Highly recommend this place! The owner was very responsive and repaired a few relatively minor things very quickly. Very comfortable property. Great location. We really enjoyed our time here and will be coming back!

There are several things not functioning properly in the unit: main bath door handle is broken, main bath light didn’t always turn off when switch was turned off and inside of toaster is broken so bread is burnt across the middle. The front door pad was hard to use - may be low on batteries. The bedding and furniture have seen some better days. The location was convenient, but the stairwell upstairs was extremely steep and long.

Great little house cute. Good location but not enough heat sources for it being winter it wasn’t warm in the living room took a full day to warm up the upstairs bedroom with the twin beds. The heater doesn’t work, but overall had a great experience. One of the outlets was broken in the living room but overall we really liked her place. Thank you.

Beautiful house/property, great walking neighborhood and close beach access. Had tons of fun playing games, putting together puzzles and using the hot tub. Our doggies loved the location as well.

We really enjoy this house and the space it offers, love the courtyard/hot tub and game room. My only request would to please have some comfortable furniture in the living room. There were 8 of us and maybe seating for 5 and the seating that is there is so uncomfortable and hard for older people to get in and out of. We couldn’t all hang out together and even be remotely comfy. Otherwise, nice place and thank you for being dog friendly.

To summarize we found the property to be ok, the beds were comfortable and the location was good for us and our dog. The home overall though was more run down than the photos would suggest, (dated photos). The home needs some TLC. The floors show significant wear (worn down to bear wood in many spots), a cabinet door hinge broke during our stay , the cabinets all showed significant scratching and wear. The overall wear and tear on the property made it feel dingy. The management company was responsive to any questions and to the issue with the door. Overall I just feel you could get better bang for your buck.

This property was exactly as advertised in the listing. It had a mountain feel while being within walking distance to the beach. It was centrally located to visit Tillamook, Depoe Bay, and Newport Beach.
My only negative comment would be that visitors should have explanation on how to use the gas fireplace and all the upstair mattresses need to be replaced. They sink in the middle causing back issues for those needing extra support.
I would most definitely rent this property again even though it is not directly on the beach.

The house was smaller than we thought it would be but location was quiet and very private. This is a great house for kids; there were beach toys, scooters, and the great game room.

The home is kept so tidy and most everything you could need was there. Check in was super easy and smooth. The neighborhood is beautiful and the beds and pillows are amazingly comfortable. I don’t usually sleep well away from home but I did here. It is farther from the ocean than a two minute walk-but we enjoyed the walk in an adorable neighborhood.

Four 65 year olds and one 36 old to hang out and celebrate turning 65 this year. The little apartment was perfect for the younger girl and all of the beds were amazingly comfortable. The house was spotless. We never found the air conditioner though. We would definitely come back

We loved this place! Nice easy walk to the nice large beach. A playground nearby and game room to keep the kid entertained when not at the beach. The cafe across the street was so good! Definitely coming back!

Super cute!
We had a group of 6 stay. 4 adults and 2 kids(8&10). The location was awesome, so close to a clean beach and a cute supermarket. It’s a community feel so there’s lots of foot traffic but everyone is friendly and respectful. The house had a great hot tub and a really cool patio area under the trees. The only drawbacks were that since pets are allowed it definitely smells like it. The game room wasn’t used as much as we would have liked because it wreaked of urine and chemicals. Almost like an attempt to just cover up smell. We also had a movie night planned, and that didn’t work because the family room is small and the tv is tiny. there is a cafe across the street, but it had odd hours and we weren’t able to try it.

The house was easy to find, even though two different addresses were provided. Clean and well stocked with basics. The game room IS damp and musty. Needs to be addressed.

Charming home and neighborhood
The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The backyard area where the hot tub is had some bottle caps laying around. We loved our walks through the neighborhood to the beach, with all of the beautiful flowers in bloom. We would stay at this home again!

Perfect Oregon Coast Getaway
Super cute house. Very comfortable to bring kids to. Hot tub was nice. Grill was great. Kids did not spend much time in the game room due to dank mold smell. Possibly remove carpets? I did use the room above the garage for yoga. Bella beach cafe and wine bar was closed, even on a holiday weekend.

This house fit our needs perfectly!
This was a fabulous little house. There were 8 of us and it was perfect. It's well stocked with everything you need and the beds are pretty comfy! The beach within walking distance is a nice little beach. Even though it was chilly on our May visit, we still thoroughly enjoyed the beach and the hot tub when we returned to the house. The neighborhood stresses respecting quiet hours after 10pm, which I appreciate. It was a great experience and we would stay here again.
