Ab Anfang Juli haben wir die Nummer 2 der Ski-on-Ski-Off-Condos, die für alle bereit sind, um ein großartiges Urlaubserlebnis in den wunderschönen Jersey-Alpen zu genießen. Sie gehen einfach aus der Tür und die Stufen zu unserem schönen Deck hinunter und direkt auf den Skiberg und gehen hinunter zur Gondel. Besser geht es nicht für Skifahrer, Biker oder Wanderer. Private ländliche Umgebung mit herrlichem Bergblick. Auf dem Gelände befinden sich große Innen- und Außenpools, ein Fitnessstudio, ein Golfplatz, ein Mineral-Spa, eine Tennishalle, ein Racquetball, eine Basketballhalle, eine Indoor-Laufbahn, Whirlpools, ein Dampfbad, eine Sauna, ein Spielzimmer und ein Gourmetrestaurant. Wir sind Spa-Mitglieder, die es allen Gästen ermöglichen, das Spa zu nutzen. Du gehst runter zum Poolbereich und bezahlst ihnen ein Copay. Die Gebühr beträgt 25 US-Dollar für Wochenenden / Erwachsene, 16 US-Dollar für Kinder unter 17 Jahren und unter 5 Jahren ist kostenlos. property was a little bit dated. Outside visually needed some painting and up keep. Inside windows and windowsills were a bit dirty. living areas were clean and provided a comfortable stay.

We had a very nice time with our family. The condo was in a great location. We loved that we stepped out the door and right onto the slopes. I felt the condo was very outdated and falling apart. The faucet in the kitchen sink didn’t work properly and the oven door was falling apart which made it hard to cook dinners. The beds were also very uncomfortable. I felt the linens could’ve been better too. When I dried myself off after a shower, the towels were so cheap that parts of it stuck to my body. I wish I could give a better review but for the price we paid, many things should’ve been updated!

Things unacceptable at my VRBO:
1. The dirt and dust – fully rugged except kitchen bathrooms. You can literally see the dirt Underneath the dressers, night stands, the dirt is visible, plus all the edges of the rugs around the entire room. My daughter in law suffers from severe allergies and I have mild and we all suffered, sneezing, and issues breathing. There is also spider webs hanging from the beautiful window.
2. Water issues. The upstairs bathtub could not be used because the water went everywhere. So much so that the ceiling beneath had water damage and is peeling. Everyone had to use the downstairs bathroom to bathe and shower because of this. We didn’t want to cause further damage. I don’t understand why no one mentioned this to Mr.
3. The living room furniture has a settee that has a tear and the living room couch and other loveseat couch is so worn down, the loveseat could not be used. The couch is very uncomfortable and needs two pillows under your seat to sit comfortably.
The owner was contacted about all these issues. We were not able to enjoy because of these problems. I asked the owner for a partial refund and he would not because he said he has expenses to cover. No one should be allowed to have their home on this site to be rented in this condition. I am very sorry I wasted my money.
I began contacting William Gordon, the owner, about the various issues the first afternoon and there are pages of text between us, mostly regarding my complaints about the rental. I also paid money too to arrive early.

Nice stay with beautiful views.
Overall we were very pleased with the property. It was very quiet and comfortable. A couple of little things came up which we took care of: we ran out of TP the first night, there was only 1 coffee filter which turned out okay because the coffee pot didn’t work anyway! Everything else was great!

Did not know there were so many stairs from parking lot to the front door of the condo. Extremely close to the ski hill - that was terrific.

Nice getaway!
Nice place! Comfortable and clean. Just a few steps to the slopes and off you go. Had some communication with William a couple of times and he responded pretty quickly. Had a great time!

Apartment was perfect for our friend mini getaway. Only issue was weird open box of ice cream left in freezer.

WFH Retreat
The property was a great retreat for us to have a change of scenery as we continue to WFH. The condo was perfect for the 2 of us, convenient to great hiking trails, and a few restaurants for takeout. Only suggestion would be to have 2 nice chairs for the deck since the view in the trees is so nice.

A fabulous family ski trip
Our usual rental was taken and we were pleasantly surprised! This unit is right by the ski slope, so you can ski in and ski out. Very spacious and cozy. It’s in the great gorge complex. The owner had a membership to the minerals hotel spa, so we enjoyed the pool, sauna and steam after ski. At night it was so comfortable in the condo that we skipped our dinner reservations and decided to dine in. Very recommended.

Great ski weekend!
The condo was true to the listing. Everything a family could ask for. The location was perfect! Loved the ski on and off from the condo so the family got together for lunch, dinner and resting! We could watch the skiers from our living room window and call the kids when it was time for lunch. Difinently coming again!

Cozy condo on top of mountain
Property has pretty tree top views. Upon inspection property needs a deep cleaning and has poor lighting getting into the condo. Outside landing lights not working and we had several lamplights that were burned out. Deck benches appear broken and that would be questionable for sitting on. Difficult and many stairs to and from condo. Not good for children or seniors with disabilities.

Perfect for our family weekend getaway!
The condo was exactly what we were looking for--3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for our family of 6 to use as we explored the area. We used to it just to sleep, watch a movie and play games. Kitchen was clean, with granite countertops. I would consider using it to make dinner if I returned. You would need a 4 wheel drive car to get to it in the winter.

Beautiful condo
Perfect location for where my niece got married, plenty of room and peaceful quiet setting. Owner actually let us have a late checkout at no charge which was totally appreciated!

I was pleasantly surprised at how well maintained and clean this property was.
The unit was in great condition and updated advertised. The location was perfect! Everyone was able to jump right on the mountain a few steps from the condo. We had no complaints whatsoever.

Beautiful Condo, but not for small children
My rating of only 3 stars is not because of anything wrong with the condo, it just didn't fully meet our needs. You should just be aware when planning.
We were there on a family vacation with 3 of our kids, and 2 of our grandchildren.
First, the good:
-The condo is beautiful, well kept and well equipped.
-The owner is responsive to all questions and issues.
-The Jacuzzi in the loft bathroom is incredible.
The not so good:
-The loft bedroom has no wall or door: If you are trying to sleep, you will hear everything from the rest of the condo.
-The description makes it clear that to use the facilities of the resort, you would have to drive. There really is NOTHING to do outside the condo without driving. -This is not a place to bring small children. Our grandchildren that were with us are both in strollers. Be warned, there are many, many steps. And if you even just wanted to take a walk outside, there is very little level ground. You will need to push the stroller up and down steep roads.
As I said in the beginning, these were issues for us. They might not be concerns for others, but just be keep them in mind.

NJ summer - hiking biking and water sports
Unit was in great location accessible to different parts of NJ to hike and bike and to NY mountains and great shopping. The unit was really cute with 2 bedrooms and a great loft with its own bathroom. The kitchen is galley style but completely functional with coffee maker and toaster. the outdoor pools are really nice and Mountain Creek which is basically next door is fantastic during the summer. If you are planning a trip especially during ski season this is the place to stay.

Perfect Location for all seasons
Nice property in a perfect location right off Mountain Creek or a short drive to Crystal Springs Golf resort. The owner was very helpful throughout the process and easy to contact. This house has more beds than other properties in this development which makes it perfect for groups. The second floor, end unit location also provides additional privacy in this development.

Great Condo! Highly recommend!
Had a blast doing the ski on / ski off at this condo unit. The trail is a short walk from the condo on the Vernon peak.
Can ride down to the red tail lodge.
Could see the fireworks on NYE from the balcony.
Cleaning service prepares the room very well.
Very spacious and comfortable.
The loft and spiral staircase are a really nice feature.

The condo is absolutely gorgeous. The surrounding area was incredible.
We could not of been more happy with our stay. Bruce was incredibly helpful in his initial emails laying out the logistics of things and there was a folder that was super helpful about the condo and the resort. Everything was incredibly clean, the bathrooms were stocked with towels and toiletries (if needed). The living room has an amazing window that had an incredible view. That was our relaxing spot. My friends and myself are already in talks of coming back for the winter. Thank you again Bruce!

Beautiful Location, Great Stay!
My group was 3 sets of a couples - we wanted a relaxing weekend to explore the orchards and vineyards in hudson valley. Bruce's condo was prefect! The view from the living room window was beautiful, the entire condo was incredibly clean and well stocked with towels, sheets and blankets. Bruce's instructions were clear and he had great recommendations for things to do an eat.
I would definitely recommend for any future stays - we're hoping to come back in the winter season!

very pleasant and relaxing mountainside townhome
My wife and 2 children stayed in the townhome for a long weekend. It was even better than the listing suggests. Right on the slopeside and easy access to hiking and mountain biking. We really enjoyed the pool and though we didn't make it to the waterpark it was within easy reach. We would be happy to stay again.

Great place. Private location. Responsive and helpful owner
Bruce, we had a great stay. You have the perfect place for experiencing the NJ Alps. We were welcomed by an exceptionally clean unit with comfortable seating and beds and treated the place with respect. We ziplined next door, lunch at the Gardens of Cascades Lodge, and dinner outside at the patio of Smokey's.
Of course my wife and daughter got pampered at the Minerals Spa.
We hope to be back soon. A full week would be nice.

From the moment me and my family arrived at the condo we loved it. Big spacious living area with everything you need. I loved waking up in the morning and the view seeing of skiiers going down the mountain was just breath taking. My kids, husband and I cant wait to go back!

I stayed at few different condos over last few years and this one was by far the best one I rented. Wifi was as promised available, each room had their own TV and the space was set up with thought. We had no problem finding anything we needed. Most importantly its a true SKI IN & SKI OUT! To the main slope! We will definitely come back in the next season.

My family stayed here for a winter weekend getaway. It was my husband and I with our two little boys, my parents, brother and his finance. The condo is spacious with a nice open layout. Great location, we walked right to the mountain a couple feet away to ski. The option for a late check out on Sunday was great! We skied all day and left by 7pm. Bruce was great and fast to respond to any questions or emails. We will be back next year!
